Service was awful, they bring the check to you while you are still eating, they never took the plates from room service out. When you try calling to the restaurant they never attend. People at counter and and dinner are rude. The hot water was damage they need me to change the room after I asked twice. They never carried any of my bags to help me.

I didn't booked the breakfast so cannot really say anything about that. Room needed some minor upgrades/touch ups. Small paintwork repairs etc.

Su ikramı azdı. Kahve vs ikram edilen bir yerde içmek ve kullanmak için odalarda ektra su ikramı olmalıydı ki resepsiyonda ücretsiz ikram bölümünde zaten var. Odalarda olmaması çok şaşırtıcı.

The Spa included one sauna, and even that sauna did not work properly (the door was broken so it could never really get hot)

Las habitaciones un poco antiguas, hacía frío y nos dieron un calefactor que consiguió calentar la habitación pero creo que este servicio así no corresponde a un 5 estrellas y de un NH collection. El agua de la ducha salía fría y había que esperar mucho para conseguir que saliera algo templada. No tenía enchufes universales, un poco raro a día de hoy en una cadena internacional y tampoco tenían en recepción un adaptador para dejar. En definitiva, muchos detalles que hacen que no corresponda a un hotel 5 estrellas.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026My room was close to my ideal hotel room, except that I would have been happy with something a little smaller! There were huge windows with an interesting view, a nice desk, some very nice chairs (two for the desk plus an easy chair), and a decent ensuite bathroom. The hotel as a whole was also nice enough, as were the staff. The area was also excellent, with plenty of very nice cafes and restaurants and a whole street of banks with ATMs. I booked this hotel because I wanted to start my travels in Colombia in a safe, upmarket part of town. I also had some business to finish off via Zoom, so I wanted a reliable internet connection. This hotel was perfect for both those things.
The gym was about what you get for a hotel gym (small), but the sauna looked like it hadn't been used for years and when I asked about it I was told you need to pay extra, which I'm not sure had been clear on the Booking.com page. In general, I feel like this place had lots of traps set for tourists from rich countries. I drank a bottle of water in the minibar on my first night and it ended up costing me 10 pounds, although the price was on the list and I should have looked it up rather than assuming it would be reasonably priced. The laundry service was also borderline extortionate, although of course you don't have to use that service either. The hotel restaurant also looked very expensive to me, although the room service seemed reasonable. So my advice would simply be to be very careful about add-ons: check the price first and don't assume you'll be charged local prices.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Stay away, it is a horrible service. There was no hot water and no water at all in the shower for two days. I changed twice room because of this. Had to wait an hour in the morning to change rooms. They offered zero compensation. The hotel is aged and furniture is tired. Upon arrival they copied my passport and my US visa. When I protested why they need my US visa copy the front desk guy called Charly git rude and impolite and wanted to cancel my reservation “if I were not happy with their procedures”! After a long argument he gave me back the copy page of my USA visa!!! A very big disappointment. I have stayed in other NH hotels and they are nothing like this.
