Chambre plutôt propre malgré la taille pas très grande. Le seul hic était qu’il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre.

Un réceptionniste tres avenant, un établissement accueillant et des chambres tres agréables. Petit déjeuner classique mais satisfaisant

The hotel was spotlessly clean and maintained! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The room was much bigger than we expected too. The hotel is in a lovely area, with lots of excellent restaurants and shops and only a 20 minute taxi ride to the centre of Paris. I would definitely stay again.

Chambre au prix surcoté par rapport aux prestations moyennes. Malheureusement l'isolation phonique est inexistante face aux bruits venant du périphérique situé à 10m. Dommage cet hôtel ne m'a pas donné envie d'y revenir et je ne vais pas le conseiller. Par contre l'accueil a été correcte.

Buffet struggled a bit for the price charged. Scrambled eggs were horrible, bacon greasy and cold, hahbrowns cold. Spme nice fruit.

The room space it’s ok The bathroom was nice too, the water temperature and pressure was fantastic. The air conditioning was not properly working, rather than cool or cold air, was more like steam, even when there was a fan there, is not the same. Elevator is very small, only 2Pax with Carry On and no more space for anything or anyone else. Can’t talk about the breakfast as I didn’t included it. Water is available for refill.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind! Our stay was great!

Personnel aux petits soins aidant et souriant. Eaux gazeuses et plate à volonté (fontaines) et petit dej au top des 7h. Chambres très spacieuses et deux restaus brasserie (plutôt animé ) et italien (plus calme et excellentes escalopes milanaises) à qques pas. Je recommande.

Great staff! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Easily accessible to the La Défense area by Bolt/Uber/Bus. Water refill station at the lobby was much appreciated.

LOVED staying at The Best Western. Super quiet, friendly staff and was only a 15 minute walk to the Metro.

20m away from the metro by walking, which is probably the biggest thing if you’re trying to get around. Otherwise, safe environment, nice restaurants outside the hotel, staff is super friendly, room was nice. Gas stations nearby for snacks. Metro isnt as packed because people don’t typically travel this direction. Overall very pleasant and would return.

I was able to go out bye the train and bus bye my self with no problems. The problem I didn’t like there was that they didn’t have bottled water so you have to get a bottle from the front desk to get water from the fountain that is very poor.

What a very friendly happy staff here very helpful and kind. the beds were comfortable . There is a beautiful neighborhood close by with shops and restaurants. I would definitely look forward to staying here again. There is a very busy street close by that can be a little noisy at times but not enough to disturb my sleep so I was okay with it.

The front desk state was great. There was one in particular, a young woman with a light tan and dark, short hair (so sorry I forgot her name) who was very helpful where is went beyond her job title in assisting me with my luggage lost at the airport. She always would follow up with me about it and I appreciated that. One drawback is the area doesn't offer any food options for purchase after midnight so please be sure to eat elsewhere before then. I will return. -USA resident

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. There was no ice machine and the hairdryer was challenging to use but overall an excellent experience in a convenient location.

Location was fairly convenient. Quite a walk downhill from the tube. Took a different 20 minute walk to a different tube to avoid the big uphill. Room was small but okay. No AC. Wifi was good. Bathroom and shower were good. Tiny elevator with enough room for two of us and our luggage. Friendly front desk who spoke English. We enjoyed it!

Malheureusement et de façon inexpliquée,la chambre 205 avait une odeur très désagréable d'oignons ,d'ail de sueur,alors que tout était propre.Impossible de la faire partir en ouvrant régulièrement la fenêtre.Elle ne venait pas des conduites de la salle de bain ,pas de restaurant à côté. La personne au standard a bien noté ma remarque mais ne m'a pas fait de réduction sur les trois nuits passées.Bsume d'eucalyptus pour rhume heureusement ds ma valise pour oublier cette odeur puante.Flacon de gel douche décroché du support faute de vis, tombé sur mes pieds.Non réparé.

J'ai eu une chambre donnant sur le boulevard très fréquenté par les voitures. De plus, la ventilation ne marchait pas.

Excellent hôtel très confortable, accueil chaleureux on m'a même offert un surclassement avec baignoire , excellent petit déjeuner . mon seul mini bémol j'étais côté rue et c'est bruyant malgré une bonne isolation

The only thing that was not a positive is the size of the elevator (tiny) and the size of the room (tony). This won’t stop us from coming back though as they are an amazing hotel in an amazing spot

No me gusto la entrada y zonas comunes. Por el contrario la habitación estaba muy bien sobre todo el baño. A mejorar el espacio de la habitación y sobre todo el armario se queda muy ajustado.

Paid for a king size bed with breakfast. Got a twin and was asked to pay for breakfast. Front desk not interested and suggested we email the manager.

I booked a superior room with king bed, and they gave me single beds. Worst nights sleep ever. Complained and they said they would give compensations, then changed their mind and didn’t. Very poor - won’t stay there again

It is a nice hotel. The only problem was the mildew smell, which bothered my allergies.

The staff at the reception were cold and not bothered. We went to the hotel with out car. We drove up to the front removed the bags and asked them if they had parking. They gave me a slip of a parking garage and told me to park there. Later I found out that parking is free during August in Paris. They could have saved me over 15 euros if they had just told me that. The room was small but clean and ok. The a/c wasn't working and thus was super hot. The fan didn't help much. The location of the hotel is in a safe looking area and that was the only plus. Won't be staying there ever again.

Bel endroit, beaux restaurants, bel accueil des employés. Cependant la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré qu’ils nous ait fourni un ventilateur et une bouteille d’eau à notre chambre, il faisait très chaud. Le wifi ne fonctionnait que dans le hall. Un employé m’a enregistré sur son wifi personnel pour m’accommoder.

After a long flight from US, when I reached hotel at noon, they asked me to wait unit 3 pm. Over and above that in that hot summer there was no air condition in the entire hotel. The issue was there for almost a month and it didn't show up in Hotels.com site. Further the staffs are rude. There is only one Manager and one assistant manger and I had never able to reach them via phone or in person. Be prepared to stay in small room (standard room) that has no space to place a big suitcase.

The hotel is in a great area (we stayed for Lollapalooza) but also only 20 minutes walk to Puteaux station. Hotel itself has been recently renovated and although the rooms are small, they were clean. The 2 complaints I have we’re the air con (out of order) which made the rooms incredibly uncomfortable despite the fan. From reading previous reviews it appears that the air con has been out of order for some time now. My main complaint was the attitude of the housekeeping staff, didn’t refill the tea/coffee any of the 4 nights we stayed and also repeatedly only left us one towel despite it being obvious there were two of us in the room. One morning, I went back to the room to find again that we hadn’t been left with tea/coffee, only one towel and the bed hadn’t been touched. I asked the housekeeper about this who was incredibly rude in response, a shame as the rest of the staff (front desk, waitress etc) were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Stayed before and it was fantastic, this time it was still very lovely however there was a couple of things that could be improved pr changed. We stayed for 4 night and the whole time we were there there was no internet. We asked for a double bed but got two single beds pushed together. There was a orange light i our bathroom that would stay on as there was no switch to turn it off. Our aircon for our room wasn’t working so had to use a fan. However apart from this we had a good stay here and I would recommend this Hôtel to a friend/family member.

I really like Best Western. However there were several problems this stay. Number one there was no air conditioning. They did have a fan and it was a little cool outside, but it was still a bit uncomfortable. When I came in, there was somebody else’s nasty trash in the bathroom trashcan. Also the coffee service was not renewed for the second night, neither was the fresh water in the fridge. The fridge also didn’t keep things very cold. then there was that noise. The door is two bedrooms close automatically, but they shut with a bang. This sense of vibration all the way into your bed waking you up. They need to change that right away. Also the cleanup service would bang your wall with the vacuum in the morning. Very annoying. Finally, one of the room service people came into the room without knocking even though the door was locked. I was not happy. I would also like there to have been a brighter reading light by the bed. The one they had was not nearly bright enough. The Decour is very nice and the bed is comfortable the front desk staff was also very nice. I was disappointed that the hotels site didn’t make it very clear that the AC was not working. Had I seen a warning, I would not have booked. I hope they can make improvements.

Stay away from this hotel, especially during the summer. Air conditioning is out of order since 12 months! I checked in at this hotel when outside temperature was around 28oC. To my surprise, inside the hotel was most probably 35oC as there was no A/C anywhere.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel, chambre moderne et tout confort. Boisson et gâteaux d’acceuil. Petit bémol sur la salle de bains où l’eau chaude avait du mal à venir et sur le parking inexistant, très penible de trouver une place à se garer. Sinon pour le reste c’est top, je recommande.

This is the worst experience. I booked a room for 4 people. When I arrived at the hotel at 12pm, the room 001 was cleaning and was assigned to me. I put the luggage in their front desk and went out. When I came back at 9:30pm, the front desk told us that there was no room for 4 people and the room 001 was assigned to others. He repeatedly said he only knew what the day-time staff had said and did not know any other things. He did not listen and did not try to solve the issue. He was rude and irresponsible. After argument, I had to stay in a room for 3 people. I did not get what I paid for but the hotel has no apology on this. They showed an uncaring attitude and was totally irresponsible.

The staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. An extra charge had taken place by a staff member when checking out, BUT, upon check in another staff member told me that charge was not going to be counted towards me. The staff obviously don’t know their own hotel policies and are not on the same page with running the hotel. The location of the hotel is terrible if you have taxi/Uber/ or personal vehicle to transfer your luggage.

1 nuit dans cet hôtel pour aller à la U arena voir un concert. Chambre propre, pas très spacieuse mais suffisant pour une nuit. Douche immense. WC séparé. Bouilloire. La chambre donnait sur la cour, aucun bruit. Environs tranquilles et sûrs nous sommes allés et revenus à pieds à un concert à la U arena sans souci. Pour les personnes qui veulent éviter de s’arrêter en métro en zone 3, descendez à Pont de Neuilly et traverser l’ile de Puteaux jusqu’au pont ensuite à gauche traverser le pont l’hôtel se trouve en face (l’ile est fermée le soir par contre).

Kregen niet de kamer (voor 3 pers) die ons beloofd was, maar een keer voor mindervaliden waar een bed was bijgeplaatst. Aankomst om 11.45, bar gesloten, receptionist kon ons ook niets meer te drinken aanbieden, ondanks aandringen. In de omgeving van hotel alle cafés toen ook al gesloten, geen nachtwinkel, kortom qua klantvriendelijkheid niet meteen zeer bevredigend. Haast onmogelijk te parkeren in de buurt van hotel, tenzij op dure openbare parking wat verderop. 15 euro/pers voor een ontbijt lijkt me voor een hotel buiten het centrum van Parijs ook lichtjes overdreven. Zou hier niet opnieuw boeken.
