Het hotel viel een beetje tegen in vergelijking met alle andere hotels die we in Vietnam hebben gehad. De prijs van dit hotel is erg hoog ivm de rest van Vietnam. Maar misschien is dat normaal in Ho Chi Min.

残念だったのは以下の4件。①セーフティボックスの使い方が他のホテルとかなり違います。RESETとENTERではなく、AとB。しかもAは使わない。さらに説明書がすでに閉まっている金庫内に保管されてました。②ルームクリーニングを13時にするよう係の女性に直接お願いしたのに、16時過ぎに戻ってきたらそのまま。③シャワールームの水はけが悪くバスルーム全体が水浸しになる。④トイレが簡易ウォシュレットになっているのは有難いが、紙をトイレに流していいのかどこにも表示がない。不親切では？　全体的にスタッフの仕事が緩いと感じました。

Very happy with my stay. I arrived at 4 AM and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made the late arrival very easy. I also had a special request before my stay, and everything was taken care of perfectly. The location is great as well, very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, a really pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely little Hotel close to many of the things Ho Chi Minh has to offer. The rooms are clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable. The roof top bar and swimming pool were a great bonus. Loved the free breakfast and afternoon tea. Staff are wonderful making every effort to ensure guests needs are met with grace and kindness. I had a special request which reception managed for me and for which I’m very grateful.

The furniture at the roof top bar needs some minor repairs.

地點非常方便，附近有很多按摩店及餐廳，走路到景點也都很方便 早餐也很豐盛，每天都有一些變化。

冰箱的飲料除了酒類都可以免費享用，早餐也很豐盛。地點是我們最滿意的，離景點及百貨公司不遠，步行可達。房間隔音也很不錯，窗戶關起來就聽不太到街上的聲音。(但附近有施工，難免會被影響)

Het hotel ligt midden in District 1, dus heel veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. De kamer is heerlijk rustig en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar wel precies genoeg om even heerlijk af te koelen. Het was echt een heel fijn hotel. .

Staff were great, hotel reception is welcoming and location is great for HCM District 1. I stayed at Icon as a one night stayover before catching another flight the next morning early. Perfect for this.

Everything was fine. I felt that the bed could have been a bit more comfy, but the bathroom and the bedroom were simple and easy and it was all I needed for essentially a layover.

Excellent location and helpful staff. I loved the coffee!

Excelente hotel, ubicación a 2 calles del ayuntamiento, cerca de todo , las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias y cómodas con todo lo necesario para estar muy a gusto, nuestra habitación no tenía ventana al exterior, pero tiene una ventana a un patio interior, que está bien pero deben estar con las cortinas cerradas porque sino cualquier persona que pasa por el pasillo puede ver dentro, quizás si tuvieran un cristal para evitar que se vea el interior sería mejor y daría más sensación de ser una ventana al exterior. La piscina en la azotea es un plus. Es pequeña pero cumple su función y al volver tras un largo día , un chapuzón te da vida, además la azotea está preparada para ser muy acogedora. El desayuno, variado y muy rico. Quizás faltaban opciones de zumos naturales. Pero la fruta , mesas para solicitar huevos hechos en el momento y los platos calientes le dan un toque muy completo. La merienda que ofrecen por la tarde está muy bien, ofrecen fruta, te, café, algo de comida salada y bollería, genial si vuelves de la calle quieres tomarte algo. Por último , el personal del hotel muy amable, serviciales y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo necesario, Agradecer al señor que nos ayudó con las maletas cuando llegamos que vino corriendo desde el garaje para evitar que subiéramos nosotros las maletas. En resumen, es un hotel sin grandes lujos pero con muchos puntos destacables que hacen la estancia muy agradable.

Solo intentaría mejorar las ventanas de las habitaciones interiores para que desde fuera no se vea el interior de las habitaciones. Los colchones son un poco duros, si pesas poco parece que duermes en una tabla

Property was well located in District 1. We walked everywhere. Rooms are smallish but well appointed. Bathroom is well sized. Good breakfast spread. Pool is more of a plunge pool but the rooftop bar is nice. The staff is excellent and very helpful. They also have a complimentary afternoon tea.

There are only internal windows but to be fair this was disclosed up front.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk to River. Walking distance to most attractions. Rooms are of good size with all relevant amenities. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Pool and Bar on the roof. Small gym in basement. Overall a great stay. Will stay again

La ubicación, la excelente predisposición de los empleados de conserjería.

En las fotos el hotel parece muy nuevo y luego la realidad muestra otro estado. Igualmente la habitación, falta actualizar y renovar, se nota el paso del tiempo. Además mi tarifa incluía algunas ventajas que,por los honorarios, de 4 días solo pude disfrutar uno,me refiero al te de la tarde de 15 a 16.30, dos días llegue sobre la hora y no me permitieron tomarlo...también las habitaciones con ventana exterior no tienen sentido porque la vista da a una escalera de emergencia. Hago estas aclaraciones porque la diferencia de tarifa es importante.

loved it. Room was smaller than expected, but was clean and comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance to good coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We really enjoy the breakfast buffet, lot of good options. The staff were also amazing and super helpful. Great Value for the price.

Location was perfect, very central and 5 mins from Walking Street. Breakfast choice was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was not huge, however, completely adequate and the bathroom was lovely and the shower was good. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

The balcony king room was comfortable and quite spacious. Great buffet breakfast. Nice afternoon tea. Small pool but a pool to cool down. Roof top bar. Restaurant was great and served delicious Vietnamese food.

Smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadanie (szczególnie Banh Mi), doskonała lokalizacja, komfortowy pokój, mini-bar (piwo i napoje gazowane) w cenie, basen i sky-bar.

Śniadania - zupa pho mogłaby być lepsza. Była dobra, ale wyraźnie słabsza niż inne jedzone w trakcie pobytu w Wietnamie (w innych hotelach i na mieście). Poza tym nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

The mattress was too soft and gave me a sore back.

The location is the best part of this hotel! Walkable to everything and a Circle K and grocery store right across the street. The room also had good AC. The breakfast was also good!

We did feel like this property looks better in photos than in person - more of a 3.5 star then 4.

My wife and I have always chosen to stay at this hotel, not only for its high standards of cleanliness but also for its prime location in District 1. The property is conveniently situated near major tourist attractions and shopping malls, making it an ideal choice for travelers. That said, during our most recent stay with our baby, we noticed that the hotel is not as well maintained or as clean as it once was. We hope these standards will be restored.

Location, and surroundings are close to popular restaurants and SPA. The staff is passionate and happy to assist you in any way.

This is my ‘Go to’ Hotel in Saigon. The Staff are brilliant…..very helpful and very friendly. The Hotel is in a great location, very clean and all the facilities You need.

We had to change our hotel because it was so uncomfortable because they give us a room with a construction in front of the balcony, it was so noisy that we couldn’t rest properly. Besides we developed back pain because the matter was not good.

Convenient location and the staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is good and had the best meal of my holiday in the restaurant.

Bar and pool area very small

Great hotel in the perfect location with the city on your door step. Staff were so lovel and accomodating when we wanted our son and hiss friend to join us. Best breakfast I've had in 4 months travelling.

Some sun loungers by the pool would have been nice for a lazy day but I appreciate that there's not a lot of room with the sofas and table for the roof top bar

Good service, location, and cleanliness! Restaurant above was amazing and authentic, the breakfast was delicious with a rooftop view. There is a rooftop bar as well.

The swimming pool was a bit small but good for just a quick dip to cool off.
