Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Location right next to hop on hop of bus stop, close to the main train station. The rooms were great size, very clean comfy. Staff are friendly. The interior of the Hotel is modern and cozy. Breakfast is worth buying even if for one morning. They even have luggage storage at a small cost for the day you check out. Would definitely stay there again.
The only thing the pillows on the bed are not the best there hard to fall asleep on if they were changed it would be 10 star plus

No escalator going down to move suitcases, shower curtain could be another 100mm longer to catch some of the water, glass shelf above toilet- too low (I am not tall)

Rooms are small (Cabin size) hence the name. No aircon or air circulation so need to open the window Combined toilet/shower area and gets very foggy. Scarry ladder to get up to the top bunk bed.

El tamaño de las habitaciones es muy pequeño, no había entrada a la camas por los dos lados, las maletas no cabían, teníamos que hacer turno para poder arreglarnos. No hay ducha como tal, es un grifo en la pared con una cortina que es mejor no poner.

Das Badezimmer war total unpraktisch. Der Duschvorhang klebte einem am Körper, der Duschkopf war so klein und nicht verstellbar. Shampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen, war schon eine Herausforderung.

Nos alojamos en una habitación con literas un poco incómoda y con un baño pequeño y además cobraban por todo, dejar maletas unas horas, ampliar horario de check out...

Woken several times in night with noise from room above. Staff very apologetic, checked the guests had left and offered us coffee. There was no chair in room ( unlike in hotel photos). Bathroom was tiny. Beds were against wall.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We stayed at Cabinn City Copenhagen, and our experience was mixed. The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely its excellent location. It is very close to the bus and train stations, and most of the places we wanted to visit in Copenhagen were within walking distance. This made it very convenient for exploring the city without relying heavily on public transportation. The breakfast was also good, with a decent selection and a good start to the day. However, we were disappointed with the room facilities, cleanliness, and housekeeping service. The room was quite small and the facilities were basic, which made it less comfortable for a family staying for several days. The cleanliness and availability of fresh towels were also not at the level we expected. One particularly inconvenient policy is that housekeeping and towel changes have to be requested before 10:00 PM. Since we were spending our days exploring the city and sometimes returning late to the hotel, our room was left as it was on those days, without cleaning or fresh towels. This was quite frustrating, especially during a multi-day stay. Overall, the location and breakfast are definite positives, but the room comfort, cleanliness, and flexibility of the housekeeping service need significant improvement. The hotel may work well for travelers who prioritize location and price, but for a family staying several nights, we expected a more comfortable and better-maintained experience.

Die Bettdecke war dreckig, der Badspiegel nicht richtig geputzt und der Mülleimer würde in den drei Tagen nicht einmal geleert. Im Sommer stelle ich mir das Zimmer super schlimm vor, da man keine Möglichkeit zur Lüftung hat. Außerdem gibt es kein richtiges Raumlicht und keine Steckdosen am Bett

No AC (known when booking but still missed). Slept with the window open. Woken up by noisy people in the street at night and the traffic in the morning.

Non sono esigente , ho preso una stanza con bambina solo per dormire non conta grandezza o posizione della stanza. Prenotato soggiorno con colazione. La bambina dopo la visita della città (giorno precedente) era stanca e si è svegliata alle 9.00 (alle 10.00 - 10.30 dovevamo lasciare la stanza ) e non aveva fame. Volevo fare un panino per portare con sé , invece è stato proibito di portare cibo fuori . Ha fatto due morsi al panino e lasciato li. Capisco le regole della struttura, comunque potevano fare una eccezione .
