Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Other than friendly staff, close to jetty and able leave the car for parked for 3 days, nothing! The room is facilitated with air cond but that’s the best I could give. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Omg, where to start? It’s horrible, so outdated and not comfortable at all and I’m glad we only stayed for one night. The first room they gave us had a bad odour and cockroaches running in bathroom, I asked to change. Second room they gave us was slightly better but still had some odour. Carpet was so outdated we weren’t sure if we should walk barefoot or would be bitten by insects. My kids noticed ants running on the wall and the bed was close. The property hasn’t been maintained, probably some basic level cleanliness but that’s about it. Showers are broken/not functioning properly - and when you see conditions like this, you question if their towels and bedsheets are cleaned properly. It was so late, i had no time to book another place. I do think for the price you pay this is what you would get, but I also expected a 6/10 not 1/10.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026dekat sangat dengan jeti jalan kaki sambil tarik beg hanya 5 minit jer, dan boleh parking kereta di hotel bermalam jika nak pergi langkawi dengan bayaran RM10 , tak perlu nak pusing-pusing kereta untuk sewa parking bermalam di tempat lain. Staf hotel pun mesra, tanya soalan pun ok jer diaorang jawab. Bilik besar, luas, selesa. Tapi tu lah kami dok sekejap sangat.. next time mungkin boleh pilih tempat ini lagi.

The hotel facilities are basic & not ideal for longer term stay.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Zou gerenoveerd moeten worden, maar het is een uitstekend overnachtingshotel, en niet duur. Goede bedden, uitstekende WiFi, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Goede douche, kleine koelkast en waterkoker op de kamer. Vlakbij busstation en ferry. Wij kwamen 's avonds aan met de bus en hadden de volgende dag de ferry. Voor wie 's avonds wat moet eten, er zit een KFC een paar deuren verderop.

bilik jenis lama tapi masih selesa untuk di diami. jika mampu untuk naiktara bilik adalah lebih baik dan meningkatkan keselesaan bagi pengunjung kelak dan mungkin akan meningkatkan pelanggan berulang ke hotel ini. selain itu, pihak hotel juga boleh menambah kemudahan seperti lif bagi pengunjung yang lebih tua dan golongan yang tidak berkemampuan untuk menaiki tangga ke bilik hotel.

There’s nothing actually wrong with the property or the location itself, it’s Kuala Perlis that was the problem. Reviews say it’s a quaint fishing village with seafront restaurants specialising in seafood. It’s an absolute shithole and I couldn’t wait to get out. I love Malaysia but would never go back here again. Maybe this review is a bit harsh on the hotel but just wanted other travellers to know what to expect.

The location was convenient, which made it easy to get around. However, the amenities were quite basic and didn’t fully meet expectations. In general, it’s a decent place for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement to make the experience more enjoyable.
One thing that stood out was the lack of basic amenities — items like shampoo were not provided, which was quite inconvenient. I would recommend the hotel to improve on this, as these small details make a big difference to guests. Additionally, the water heater setup could be improved for safety and usability. It would be better if the knob were changed to a plastic type and the hose replaced with a rubber one.
