Renaissance Nanning Hotel

The staff at Reception Desk is very nice and they can keep smile to visitors that I like. Other staffs are also very helpful to solve my problem about use apps to call taxi. Excellent Service!

This hotel was amazing , the lobby and the room was breathtaking anyone that wants to stay in nanning should try this hotel out 10/10

Everything‘s are good! No complaint. The quality of the room is excellent, everything everywhere in the room is nice and clean and artsy. The service is an excellent too, staff were helpful.

No complaining at all.

The panoramic view from the room is very nice! The bathtub is amazing.

The hotel can provide bathing salt or bathing liquid.

Location is great, big and nice rooms, very good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and fitness room.

Temperature in my room was quite low (due to air-condition) and it was not possible to regulate.

Staff is kind, location is good and room is comfort.

The price show on booking.com has discrepancy with hotel register card. Take a little time to understand from Front Office. Besides, air conditioner in room is getting warm in the night time and will disturb sleep quality.

Very high standard hotel, very helpful staff.

Everything was good

SpA

Staff were very nice, all could speak English. Breakfast was decent. Comfortable room.

Located far from anything interesting. Expensive but my family enjoyed it. Dear staff, get some proper toilet paper please 😂

The staff n lobby manager has been extremely helpful. Glad to have found this hotel and would be frequenting henceforth!
