Kotimaailma Apartments Joensuu - Kalevankatu 36

Siisti ja pyykinpesumahdollisuus.

Sänkyihin saisi panostaa, varsinkin kun itsellämme majoitus toimi lähinnä nukkumiseen.

Hinta, modernius ja sijainti

Avaimien nouto suhteellisen kaukaa majoituspaikasta. Tähän olisi kaivannut kuvallista ohjetta, sillä avaimet olivat nurkan takana piilossa. Asunnossa oli sokeritoukkia.

Hyvä sijainti, hyvä sisutus

Kaikkialla oli edellisten vieraiden jälkiä, astiat olivat likaisia. Astianpesukoneainetta ei ollut.

Ensimmäisessä asunnossa muurahaisia ja toinen asunto huonokuntoinen

L'apartament en general. L'equipació.

Desplaçament per a aconseguir les claus.

Asunnon kunto ja todella korkea lämpötila asunnossa

Ihan ok sijainti ja siisti asunto, hyvä lyhyelle vierailulle

Aika paljon piti siivota

Very functional and clean apartment.

The place where to get the key is not easy to find. It is 15 minutes away walking from the appartment. The locker was empty (no key!!!) so I had to call then wait then call again then wait. I lost 1 hour plus the situation was stressful. Furthermore, it was not possible to communicate with the person who finally came because she couldn’t speak English.

Everything seems to be ok.

To collect the house key far from the house. It's winter hopefully can do something about it.

beds, really soft, with old springs, both beds seem old too, and very small single beds. both beds sunk in the middle, meaning they have been in a long use. Those need to be changed. that's our only complaint, and getting keys from a totally separate location, get a lock box nearby. the extra trip was a nuisance and so unnecessary. Also need curtains that fully cover the blinds, that let in light.

Handy location, spacious, nice modern decor. All that we really needed was available in the apartment.

It was a bit inconvenient to pick up keys at a different location, though it was not very far away. Apartment was on the first floor and the view was of a parking lot, however we didn't spend a lot of time in the room looking at it so it was ok. An outdoor space such as a small terrace would be nice though, especially in the summer.

Everything, the apartment is spacious and cozy, plenty of room, nicely equipped kitchen

it was ok, as agreed, apartment was clean and in order. Very near everything, near the center, university, etc... Nice neighbourhood, supermarket also near.

only problem was that temperature was high in the apartment. Difficult to sleep. No problem that there is no air conditioning, if the window could be opened, but in summer there is the problem of mosquitoes, quite many of them, so definitely the window needs a mosquito net.

good location, good value, clean, comfy and warm

the key pick up point was a bit far from the apartment (walking distance)

Ihan täydellinen kokemus! Enemmän tulemme käymään!

Siisti ja uusi asunto. Hyvä sijainti.
