24/7 open restaurant. Shuttle bus was on time according to the schedule.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones individuales/camas individuales no son muy grandes, pero si tienes que hacer una noche antes de un vuelo temprano o tienes una escala larga, lo recomendaría.

La limpieza podría ser un poco mejor.

Frühstück war gut und der Shuttle vom / zum Airport fährt ausreichend oft und umsonst

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt, die ganze Zeit / Nacht lief hörbar die Lüftung über ein Lüftungsgitter im Zimmer. Die Lüftung war nicht regulierbar, weder die Lautstärke noch die Temperatur. Die Betten sind sehr schmal und die Bettdecken auch. Die Radiatoren waren (noch?) nicht in Betrieb, so dass keine angehme Zimmertemperatur erreichbar war. Die Wassertemeratur der Dusche war nur zwischen lau und warm einstellbar und das Bad verfügte auch nicht über eine Wärmequelle.

The location is near the airport and they have a free shuttle bus. It is also near a bus stop which goes to Marsta where you can catch other bus or train

The lack of variety for dinner, and because it is in a remote place (although location is good for what I stated before) if you don't eat from outside you have to see what you eat there because there are no other options nearby

Frukosten ok, men köket måste lära sig att koka ägg. Inte bra med grön gula!

Returtransfer. Man hade missat vår beställning, blev nekade att åka med trots visat bokningsnummer, och fick stå och vänta ca 45 min på annan transport. Det var midnatt!

Staff was very nice both at check in, breakfast and check out.

It is run down. The room I got had a "patio" but you cant open the door because every single person has access to the patio. So great fail. So no air in the room. The room looks like KUMLA prison. The adjoining door solution is crazy. All night someone tried to walk through the door, waking me up. I heard every word the neighbours said. The potholes situated outside on the tarmac was a foreboding sign of what was waiting me inside. Adding to this, the reception is also doubling as a bar. A lot of people who seems to be regular long time stayers sitting getting drunk.

Det var EXTREMT varmt på vårt rum, vi fick ha fönstret öppet på vid gavel hela natten. Det var hemskt. Våra två små barn var helt kladdiga av svett och hade jättesvårt att sova. Otrevlig och icke tillmötesgående personal i receptionen.

i liked that i could get hot tea all the time at my own convenience as the necessities are at a 24/7 disposal. the hotel also offered a wider range of teas so that was nice. i believe the same availability applied to coffee. this was my second stay in the matter of a couple of days and every staff i met or interacted with was actually nice and approachable. i liked my first room more (on 3rd floor) as compared to the one on the ground floor because it offered much more privacy and silence, although the ground floor is closer to snacks haha. i enjoyed the breakfast, packed nutella for the win and traditional english breakfast (although not served fully hot) were great. shower was extremely clean, so was the room. no weird smells either. would deffo come back for the purposes of an overnight or two day stay. the airport shuffle came in EXTREMELY handy, can book anytime to & from the airport as a part of your stay, so no extra costs + very comfy & easy to navigate all over.

the cups were dirty and that is a big one for me. the ground floor had window in the bathroom that didnt feel private at all as it was facing a common area and other rooms, had to keep the shades down in the morning and lights on. but i suppose that comes down to subjective prefference. the breakfast could be served hotter but for the price and all benefits (shuffle), i was very very happy

Att man kunde parkera bilen och att det fanns shuttlebuss till Arlanda samt att det serverades frukost. Positivt att bilen fick stå gratis första dygnet.

Väldigt smala sängar. Rummet var som en bastu och det gick inte att öppna fönstret, har aldrig sovit i ett så varmt hotellrum någonsin.

Hade beställt transfer till Arlanda kl 3.52 men det kom ingen. Till slut stod vi ca 30 personer utanför hotellet och väntade. Superdåligt då vi alla hade tidiga plan att passa. Ingen info från hotellet utan vi som gäster fick vid flera tillfällen fråga.

Shuttle bus to airport is an outsourced service and the vans are not clearly labeled. If you don’t speak to the driver and confirm they don’t stop.

Booking the shuttle online was tricky as it's in Swedish. They book it for you for hotel departure. Booking it at the airport is the issue.

Helt ok. Är ju jättebra med förbindelser till flygplatsen. Vi åt tidig frukost, och den va bra.

Va grymt vart på rummet. Tur att det va uppehåll, så att man kunde ha fönstret öppet på natten. Gick dåligtr att se på tv. Störningar hela tiden..

Dziwny zaduch w pokoju, nie mogłam usnąć i musiałam wietrzyć pokój.

L’albergo è comodo all’aeroporto, la camera niente di che ma biancheria pulita. abbiamo fatto una fantastica colazione.

Siamo arrivate all’una di notte e la nostra stanza era occupata. Grazie alla gentilezza di Kenth L., che dopo tante telefonate ci ha trovato una stanza, siamo riuscite finalmente ad andare a dormire.

Comodo per aeroporto con servizio navetta gratuito anche di notte. Colazione buona.

Ok the room and the breakfast and the position

Dinner rather absent. It is necessary a better servire for dinner. We asked for sauna but when we arrive we discover it need a reservation. Never told before. We lost the opportunity to di it. It is necessary a Better information. More human, less AI

The breakfast buffet was nice and had variety of foods to choose from. The transfer to the airport came on time. The hotel is near a bus stop, so it was easy to reach the train connecting to Stockholm. If you need more towels or toilet paper - you can take what you need in the corridor. It's a budget hotel to stay at for one night near the airport.

The main problem we encountered was the transfer from the airport. We had reserved the transfer option a few months prior to our stay, when we arrived at the airport, we found the bus stop where the transfer was supposed to come. We were at the stop an hour prior to the transfer time (we were ready to wait for our designated time, just landed at the airport sooner) and we waited an hour after our transfer time, and in our two hour wait we didn't see any transfer bus to our hotel. There were several transfers to other hotels, but not this one. After waiting for an hour, we decided to call the hotel - the automated answer came in Swedish so that's where our call ended. Then we tried the hotel's AI chatbot - it said that the transfers come every 20min (which it does not), and to just try waiting for the other transfer times. Also tried reserving a transfer again - the given times were not even near the ones the chatbot provided, and even after trying a new reservation - the transfer never came. After this we tried Uber to the hotel, which was also practically impossible due to the concert happening in Stockholm, but finally after 2,5h we reached the hotel. Minor problems with the rooms - one room was too hot, from the two windows we had only one worked, so the cooling was not great but enough, the other room was too cold with no buttons to control that. One of the rooms shower head did not stay on, so you had to hold it with your other hand while showering, and the drainage in the sink didn't work properly. Even though we knew this is a budget hotel, we expected a bit more.

Morgonmålet var bra, mångsidigt faktiskt över förväntan och serverades tidigt på morgonen så vi hann äta före avfärd till flygstationen. Busstransporten var fint ordnad från hotellet till flygfältet. Transporten ingick i hotellpriset. Rummet var anspråkslöst, enkelt, men hade fräscha sängkläder och madrasserna var bra. Inget att klaga på. Rummets mysfaktorn var noll, men priset var lagom och hade inga direkt förväntningar. Sov gott.
