Clean, comfortable room with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the overall experience was very good.

It's ok but very isolated. For better to stay near town. This hotel surronded by industrial estate.

I like this hotel because staff was friendly and helpful, even I had a problem, they helped me as soon they can. The breakfast was delicious and service was great., even when you are late.

The TV doesn't have Netflix account, 360 TV account and ViOn account. But it is not huge problem.

Breakfast - they ran out of Pho The pool was manky (it was low season but very hot - and swim would have been nice) The fridge was turned off. We wanted to watch the Soccer and have a cold beer. We ordered a bag of ice and filled the bathroom sink with beers - they did assist with this.

Despite being located right on the highway, it was surprisingly quiet, perhaps also because there were few other guests in the hotel.

Lack of water pressure made showering impossible. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

Вроде как многим расположение не нравится. Но я скажу, что мне наоборот было удобно, так как я ехал на мотоцикле через этот город, и отель был прям ровно на моем пути, что было удобно. С другой стороны, люди, которые пишут про расположение отеля, что им не зашло - неужели вы заранее не смотрите, где находится отель? Отель классный, людей было мало, так как это вроде как исключительно вьетнамский курорт, и у них был не сезон. Так что и цена, вероятно, для моего номера была доступной. Отель потрясающий, все. что нужно есть, и все то нужное мне количество розеток, про которое я часто вспоминаю. Завтрак также был включен! В общем, если будете в Вине, то это хороший отель

Сейчас покапризничаю. У них написано, что на 6м этаже есть спа, массаж и прочая штука. Вот не было ее. а я хотел массаж, капризный я человек. Нет у них того, чтобы мне не понравилось, селитесь на здоровье!

Het vriendelijke kamerpersoneel en de rust. Eten op de kamer laten komen was lekker en niet duur.

De was laten doen was heel duur. Adres was met Google maps niet te vinden. Het leek alsof wij bijna de enige gasten waren in dit grote hotel.

À notre arrivé on nous demande de payer les chambres de suite et non à notre départ. Ils nous ont informé que notre carte bleue ne fonctionnait pas, donc nous avons dû payer en espèce alors que nous avons retiré de l’argent et été dans un centre commercial juste après. Elle fonctionnait très bien. Les coordonnées GPS pour se rendre à l’hôtel ne sont pas les bons. Ces derniers nous ont envoyé dans le sens opposé dans un endroit désert.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and would come back. I wish the hotel location were closer inside the city of Vinh.

The only drawback is the location.

It´s a quite Hotel to stay with supper breakfast. The localization is far from downtown center however, near main road for travellers.

Dinner was well served but the fish ordered seems pre cooked, But taste was excellent.

Clean room, lovely staff, enough facilities, amazing breakfast! We are really happy we stayed here on our bike trip from south to north Vietnam. One of our best stays when it comes to comfort!

Not many (almost none) tourists in this area, so don't expect anyone to talk English. There's not much to do in the area, but it's great for a one night stop.

This is a new hotel with full of facilities, services are great.

It's out of the city, but given we used private car, and the city is small, it won't be a trouble for us. Please consider this fact if you don't have a car.

It was a nice hotel. We did not get to use pool, but it seemed clean. Just very weirdly located, you hat to go through main lobby wet. Room was very bug and ahower was good. Breakfast was good, wide choice of food, however it wqs not aimed at foreigners amd was for the local taste.

When I entered there was a used cotton stick on the table :(. Location was horrible, even taxis did not want to come so.we failed to get a grab taxi and azked the receptionist to get us taxi, instead. It is very far from the city and in front of a factory.

we didn't stay in the end because one of the reasons we booked it was because it had a pool. however on arrival (very hot day) we were told the pool was out of service. They were understanding and let us cancel our booking for no fee. In fairness to the hotel, they had a note on the Booking.com page that mentioned the pool issue, but perhaps the booking search shouldn't have highlighted the hotel when we selected the pool search filter.

Staff very helpful, used translating app, nice breakfast with more than enough food. The only small thing is that the fridge did not make anything cold and in Vietnam's hot weather, it will be a great plus if this can be rectified.

Swimming pool closed due to water problems. Mini bar fridge wasn't working so no cold drinks available in the room (room service did deliver ice). Location is not great for access to Vinh centre.

Huge comfortable and clean room, great for relaxing after a day on the road. For westerners looking for a high quality hotel, this is a great option at a competitive price. Room service is good with a large menu. A porter was nice enough to carry our bags to our room even though they were quite dirty from the ride from Phong Nha. And there are English language channels on the TV! If you are looking for an overnight to break up the ride from Phong Nha to Ninh Binh or Ha Noi, this is a good location.

Location is in an industrial area, if you come by motorbike, expect to be dusty. OK for us, we were dusty anyway. Breakfast is forgettable, coffee was bad. In-room mini fridge is barely cold.

The staff were really helpful, kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice.

Taxis were required to get to the town. Wifi was a little patchy in the room.

A good hotel, with an awful location on the highway around 20-25 minutes drive from the city center.. Breakfast was not bad, however it was partly buffet, partly menu. The hotel was not full and the staff was removing the breakfast at 9 am. The rooms are very clean, very good service. They speak English. Great place to arrange seminars, presentations, outings, etc. Good rooms and very good service!

The gym is awful! It is just one machine without anything. The swimming pool is useless.

This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food.

The toilet stopped working 😅 (they offered to change room, so it was fine) The restaurant didn't work (probably too few people). And in the neighborhood there are no places to eat. So we had to make a small trip to eat anything for supper

The quality of the hotel is high, however, the location is very awkward. Located in an industrial area there’s no convenience or nearby stores or shops. Transportation to and from anywhere you wish to go is essentially required.

Excellent hotel, with amazing breakfast! Too bad we couldn't stay longer!

They charged a lot for laundry, without letting me know the price in advance. It was more than I have spent on the hotel room! The lady at the reception was too busy talking on the phone when I let her know that the laundry was left on the bed. They also ruined our clothes, they must have washed them in super hot water, as the colors were faded and some of them had color spots. The reception employees were not very helpful. They did offer me a discount, but after I asked for it. And it was still expensive.

It’s really nice but there was not enough hot water to run the bash/spa very spacious room the suite. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is nothing in walking distance but the taxi to the centre was about 3usd. Overall a good hotel

I stayed just one night for an stop on my way north. The room was great, reallly big and well equipped. The staff was really nice, but couldn't speak english. Not a big deal, I wasn't expecting this for an hotel at this price range. The hotel is a bit out of town.
