La literie de l’une des chambres : matelas très ferme qui peut convenir cela dit à certaines personnes mais pas forcément à tout le monde.

Emplacement impeccable. La disponibilité de l’hôte qui nous a apporté les clés et qui était déjà sur place avant notre arrivée à 23h malgré qu’il soit 23h.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean View Villa. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The view from the terrace was beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The location was quiet, making it a great place to relax, while still being within easy distance of beaches, restaurants, and other attractions around Mahé. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, and he made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend Ocean View Villa to anyone visiting the Seychelles.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ocean View Villa in Beau Vallon. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and has exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for when visiting the Seychelles. We went for walks along the beach every day, and since the terrace is located right on the beachfront, we could watch the stunning sunsets from there — unforgettable moments. The villa was excellently equipped; we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, whether it was cooking, relaxing, or spending time outdoors. A big advantage is the private parking and automatic gate, which made it easy for us to head out and explore the island whenever we wanted. Ocean View Villa is a place you naturally want to return to. We will definitely come back.

Wir haben zwei Nächte mit Freunden in der Beach View Villa auf Mahé verbracht und waren wirklich begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, privat und bietet genau die entspannte Atmosphäre, die man sich auf den Seychellen wünscht. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist hervorragend – besonders die große Küche und die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean. Dort haben wir viele angenehme Momente verbracht, ob beim Frühstück oder einfach beim Entspannen. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist der private Parkplatz direkt an der Villa sowie das automatische Tor. Dadurch konnten wir problemlos mit dem Auto die Insel erkunden und waren jederzeit flexibel. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Beach View Villa ausgezeichnet. Jetzt reisen wir weiter nach Praslin, aber an diese Tage in Beau Vallon werden wir sehr gerne zurückdenken.

The villa is rather old and is not properly maintained.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, besser geht eigentlich nicht ! Abgeschlossener Bereich mit eigenem Parkplatz und eigenem Security Nachtdienst. Wenn man auf den Seychellen einige Häuser kennt , ist das schon weit vorne ! 1A !!!!

Wir hatten leider nur 2 Nächte Zeit dort zu wohnen ...

Это не первый наш визит на Сейшелы и не первый раз мы останавливаемся у владельца этих вилл, поэтому никаких опасений не было. Но по приезде нас ждало полнейшее разочарование. Вилла выглядит практически заброшенной. Уже с территории — автоматические ворота не работают и открываются вручную со скрипом, двор и веранда в запущенном состоянии: ободранная штукатурка, неокрашенные ограждения, разбитые пустые цветочные горшки. Создаётся ощущение, что за объектом долго никто не ухаживал. Внутри ещё хуже: грязь, пыль, пятна, липкий кухонный стол, лампочки просто висят на проводах, сантехника расшатана. В одной ванной вообще нет двери в душевой, в другой вместо нормальной двери — пластиковая перегородка, которая не закрывается. Розетки убитые, вытяжка грязная, в ванных плесень, на окнах ржавчина. Всё старое и крайне неухоженное. Отдельная и очень серьёзная проблема — насекомые. В доме кишели огромные тараканы, действительно большие: они постоянно бегали и даже летали. Также встречались и другие насекомые. Это создавало постоянный дискомфорт и ощущение антисанитарии. Мы были в шоке, так как заплатили немалые деньги и ожидали достойного состояния. Да, вилла не новая, но даже элементарного ухода здесь нет. Менеджер Питер сделал вид, что не знал о состоянии виллы, во что верится с трудом. Единственный плюс — расположение: вилла стоит прямо у океана, с собственным красивым пляжем. Но, к сожалению, вилла не соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Не рекомендую.

Отличное расположение. Идеальный вариант для семейного отдыха с детьми и с арендой машины. Большая территория двора, гараж. Прекрасный пляж с рифом и небольшими лагунами для снорклинга. Раздолье для детей, которые зачастую играли и купались на пляже сами, так как с трассы виллы все прекрасно видно. В доме есть все необходимое, все кухонные принадлежности, барбекю. Готовили сами, как и планировали. Петр, хозяин вилл, всегда на связи. Даже организовал нам в качестве комплимента, ужин в ресторане отеля. За что отдельное спасибо. Ночью дежурит охранник, который с фонарем периодически обходит всю территорию в темное время суток. Все таки большой открытый пляж со всех сторон и возможность краж видимо присутствует. За время нашего пребывания, таких инцидентов не было. Очень довольны нашим выбором. Большой плюс возможность позднего выезда. Рекомендую этот вариант!

The house was great,spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom for each bedroom (3x) . The view from the porch is the best. The sun sets over the sea at this location , so splendid views every night. There is an AC in each bedroom, while main living/lounge rooms have ceiling fans, we mostly sat outside. The beach is directly accessible from the house, and it is a great swimming beach area too. You can walk to the main beau vallon (and centrum) beach at low tide, it is about 1km. Parking was easy and secure. The property have 2 houses sharing the entrance from the road , ocean view have the access gate to the beach, while the beach view guests likely will use the same access to reach the beach. This was fine for us, our neighbors walked around the back to go to the beach and not across our porch (it would have have been fine, but i can imagine others might be surprised if not aware) . Security was good, there was a guard patrolling the premises at night and there is alarm system during day when you go out. We did not feel unsafe there, area around was all normal holiday houses , but its easy access to the beach also makes it easy for others i imagine. Wifi was decent, 4g speeds (4 mbps or so). Seychelles internet was generally on the slow side on the island ..

We had no major issues, but just little areas of note. The heavy metal gate to enter the property from the road is not automated, so you need to get out of car and push it open and close. For older people this might be difficult to open. The house can probably do with an update here and there, eg having normal showers instead of in-bathtub showers and adding shower mats in the baths to avoid slipping.. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a rather flimsy divider as a door to the bathroom. A normal door would be nicer here. While you can walk along the beach to beau vallon centrum/ restaurants at low tide with some rocks along the way, at high tide , you will be forced to walk on the road. We found the road pretty stressful to walk on as there's no pedestrian sidewalk (so you walk in the road) and this road is very busy and small for the amount of traffic. This seems to be a general issue in beau vallon/ mahe , so i cant fault the property for this. It was easier forcus to just drive into town.

Excellent location. Plenty of room. Million dollar views.

The location bing next to a very lovely beach was epic for us and our kids to enjoy anytime. It was 7 stairs away to paradise. And back yard is with ocen view, perfect sunset, BBQ ... There is night time security guard, our stay was very comfy, staff like Anushka bring anything missing for our stay in minutes, paul helped us with getting a good car for thebtrip with fair price and helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, they were ok for extended checking out because of our flight bing in the afternoon. Good AC in all bedrooms, good WiFi, clean, cozy. Only something's to be corrected to make it perfect stay.

Maintainance, for security Camera not working, back side small gate doesn't have lock brocken, front yard plants and grass could be well watered, on the last day the remote front gate wasn't working and less care by the owner when we report, when the other villa was occupied less privacy and they use our back yard to pass to the beach.

You have your own beach😁. There are three bedrooms and three WC.

As there are no sidewalks on the road, its not easy to get to restaurants on foot😁

The host was very kind to present the building to us and give us information regarding the surroundings. Gave us all the instructions we needed.

Can't think of anything worth mentioning.
