One of the jest hotele i be been on this year and i liked the food and IT was great activites and especially the animation team and especially Alex he was do friendly and fun

Excellent hotel ,beautiful hall ,spacious rooms. Fine cuisine ,French mainly ,a large selection of dishes, especially liked the sweets.Fun and active animators did not let you miss a minute. Dancing, aqua aerobics and more. Huge thanks to animator alex dance . And for loving his job and making his stay fun and joyful.

Good atmosphere despite the weather , regarding the animation, it must be stressed that the animators are at our care. alex is unique really top 😂😍👍, that it does not change anything.😍😍

It's a wonderful hotel. I visited on February 14th and it was a delightful visit. The restaurant is fantastic, the bar too, and the staff are always smiling at customers, especially the animator. They are professional, funny, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Mario; he was a dancer the whole time. We danced with him! Thank you so much

First time in Djerba and what a pleasure to have discovered this hotel. Or luxury combines with a family feeling thanks to the kindness of the staff. That make your stay an extraordinary one. There's a trainer named Mohammad Qasemi! If I remember correctly, he's truly an excellent trainer, and I'm very grateful to him. He helped me a lot in changing my lifestyle and adopting a healthier eating habit. He has several amazing and effective exercise programs; you can tell he has a lot of experience in this field.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I enjoyed the sports activities with my fitness trainer, Momo. Special thanks to him.,

Zero organization, stuff impolite , our reservation was all inclusive soft ...no bracelets were provided so we were asked about thee room number thousand of times everytime we ask for water...even when we asked for extra pillows we had to wait ages...and last but not least the room lighiting was so poor ( we can say dark) . An experience to be avoided next time we think of djerba

3 nights in Djerba Plaza hotel : from 20 to 23 November. 145 Euro for 3 nights with Half board - booked directly via the hotel`s website. Be careful, some websites pretend to be those of the hotel, offer cheap scam prices. too good to be true!!! Location : in the tourist zone of Midoun. Nothing close reachable by feet but taxis are foundable and you can ask the reception to request one for you or go directly outside the hotel and find one. if you are there for a stay of more than a 5 nights and would like to explore the island, better to rent a car. Hotel : spacious beautiful reception area. there is a shop for souvenirs and little snacks. A gym ( some equipments need to be fixed ) , a heated indoor pool ( I did not try it ) . A big outdoors swimming pool and a private access to the beach make the charm of this hotel. Rooms : for the first night, I had a room just above the reception desk. clean , spacious but in the middle of the night, I woke up with a noise of an engine coming from outside. The noise didn`t want to stop. I managed to sleep at the end but stil I decided to change the room as soon as I woke up. As soon as I requested a room change, the reception staff gave me another room which was better than the other one without any noise. Nice bathroom. Staff : Staff I dealth with either in the reception, the bellboy or restaurent staff were polite and chatty. Buffet : wonderful - I liked the show cooking either for the omelette for breakfast or the grilled fish and chicken for the dinner. Either for breakfast or dinner : choices are multiple and it conveys to all tastes. some minor details need to be improved ( painting of the wall for instance ) but still, it remains a very good hotel and I will come back to it whenever I will find the occasion to be visit the beautiful island of Djerba again.

I spend one week here, the hotel is beautiful and the people are very nice. The food is also delicious, I really liked it. I liked the pool and also the beach. I sure that I will come back in the next year. Yaya is a very cool person and I liked talking with him. I had a very nice holiday here.

I have been here for one week and I found very amazing. The food is here very good . There are many activities, but because there were too little people there wasn’t any big show. YAYA is a very good person , he is a very energetic person and very helpful. He makes people laugh and smile. The beach is beautiful, but when I was there it was very windy. The weather was good , though there were some bad days.

We had a very good vacation with the family. The beach and the pool was nice. The food and drinks are good. The room was clean and everybody was very friendly. The animation team, especially Yaya, Steve and Amina was very good, kind and funny. Next summer we come back. Thank you.

I spent 8 days at this place, I really enjoyed. Especially the animation team was really good, I did aquagym with Yaya and step with Moha, and did ping pong with Wajdi. It was the best vacation ever, they were very friendly and welcoming. I also really liked the show and the party about the traditional music, and the white party. I plan to go back again because I enjoyed so much!

It‘s a really nice hotel. Nice Pool and very good Restaurant. The restaurant-staff is very kind. The rooms are always clean and they are very big, so you have a lot of space. The sea is also nice, but you must go a little distance to reach it. The animation team is really kind and friendly too and you can have a lot of fun with them. Espacially Yaya is a very nice person. You can talk with him and have a lot of fun together. It was a really nice vacation and we recommend it for other couples.

We had a good vacation. I stayed here 7 days with my girlfriend. Around the pool theres much to do. You have people who come to ask if you want to join some activities. I think many people will like something here! The people are very nice to you, espacially yaya who came multiple times to ask if everything was good with us. I enjoyed my stay!

We visited the hotel in September 2025. The hotel is clean, has a wide range of activities. Beach is a very short walking distance from the hotel, very clean, perfect blue water and golden sand. The animation team has a wide range of activities prepared which are always a lot of fun - especially Yaya, rio, wajdi ,steve , gayeth. The staff of the hotel is also super helpful. O recommend this place!

I recommend with all my heart. The food was delicious, with a lot of diffrent cousines so anybody will have something for him. The pools and sea were amazing to swim in. When it comes to activities we’ve had lot of them because of amazing and friendly animation team esprcialy Mr.Yaya

Das Hotelzimmer war leider nicht sauber und es gab viele Insekten. Teilweise roch es im Zimmer unangenehm, fast nach Fäkalien, ohne dass ich wusste, woher es kam. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Herrn an der Rezeption sowie die Putzfrau – beide waren sehr freundlich und korrekt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings war die Auswahl eher begrenzt. Die Kellner behandeln Gäste deutlich besser, wenn man Trinkgeld gibt – ohne wirkt der Service eher gleichgültig. Der Pool war nicht sauber, zudem waren einige Fliesen beschädigt. Auch die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise zerrissen. Der Strand an sich war okay, jedoch wird man dort oft von Verkäufern angesprochen, die teilweise sehr aufdringlich sind. Negativ finde ich auch, dass ein Mitarbeiter namens „Rio“ Gäste dazu drängt, gute Bewertungen für das Hotel zu schreiben – das wirkt unseriös. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für den verlangten Preis kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

The hotel is big and beautyful, there is so much food to pick, even picky eaters will leave every meal full and the pool is fun. The animators are creative, there is always some activity going on, so many games and dances, we recomend :) thank you yaya

Review: ★☆☆☆☆ I regret staying at the Plaza Hotel in Djerba. The service is absolutely terrible. The workers are careless, unprofessional, and show no respect for the guests especially a waiter the name on his badge is “masmoudi rafik”Instead of being welcoming, they make you feel ignored. The restaurant is even worse. Every time I ordered something, the waiters completely ignored me or made me wait far too long. It feels like they don’t care at all about providing basic service. Eating here was frustrating instead of enjoyable. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Bad service, rude staff, and a restaurant where guests are not treated properly. I definitely do not recommend this place — there are much better hotels in Djerba that actually value their customers.

I am very pleased with my holiday stay at Plaza Thalasso. The hotel staff was always helpful and committed. I would especially like to thank Mr. Kamel Tlili and his team (food service) for their professional approach to everyone. I would like to thank the gentleman from the cleaning service who took care of the food hall, lobby, swimming pool and the entire hotel grounds. The kitchen crew and chefs in the dining room offered top-quality food, super fresh, tasty and full of regional flavors (Italian, Tunisian, European). All dishes were served imaginatively and diversely. The cleaning service was also great, the rooms were clean, well-kept and fragrant, fully air-conditioned. The hotel with its swimming pool, gym and spa met all my expectations. I recommend this place to everyone, for 14 days we felt like in paradise.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a fantastic location, with direct access to a beautiful beach and crystal clear waters. The facilities are modern, clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and stunning views. The food is another highlight — every day there was a wide variety of dishes, both local and international, always fresh and well presented. The spa also deserves a mention, with relaxing treatments that perfectly completed the relaxing experience. But what really made the difference in this stay was the incredible entertainment team. Always with a smile on their faces, full of energy and friendliness, they managed to create a lively, welcoming and positive atmosphere. The daytime activities and evening shows were very well organized and full of creativity. Indoor pool and the beach

Reception staff needs more training as it took them ages to find my booking and they kept asking me about the reservation name several times Buffet at the restaurant was too crowded and not refied quickly it wasn’t organised properly no one was checking often! Outside swimming pool was dirty We were missing towels in the room I had to call the housekeeper to ask for towels

Stuff was good. Food is ok. The structure of the building is amazing. Price is quite fair. Location is good. The see shore is clean and nice. The lobby is Luxury. Heating system is good.

TV is not smart, not even satalite. There were local channels only. Pillows were hard. Rooms open to outdoors. some corridors are not clean and some elevators are very old fashion and not clean. Shower not stable truns cold and hot. Everything is old. Need enhancement and repairing. No kettle in the room neither coffee nor tea. Rooms not well isolated for sound I can here my neighbors while they were having love😁.

The worst experience in my life was going to this hotel, the staff was not professional at all, at the dining room the waiters chose who serves based on the tips, they were talking with no respect using some rude and appropriate words ( Tunisian words). I had more than one incident with some of the visitors there, they told me that the supervisor Mr. Walid is not here and I asked about him multiples times during my whole week and he didn’t showed up, honestly I regret a lot going there. I was with a little boy and the day that I was supposed to leave asked the receptionist for a taxi at 7.am to go to the airport but he said that I have to find one by myself while he was on the phone booking a taxi for visitors whom were leaving at 11.am. My advice for you don’t go there.

Breakfast was adequate. Despite saying they were “dog friendly “, dogs had to stay in room and not allowed in public areas. I understand that the restaurant would be out of bounds, but no reason given for other parts. So, NOT pet friendly

Very nuce place. It is well renovated, clean, and animation team actually do their job very well. The nights actually have distinctive different themes unlike Djerba Resort (a resort we previously went to). The food is very good and there is constant variation. Here, they also recycle some food but a lot less then the other resort we went to. Additionally, here they do it descretely to make sure it doesent look like pure leftovers from previous days. Rooms are also very large and comfortable. To sum everything up, this place is great and I would definetely come back. Highly recommend.

Hi Everybody It's me again Djerba Plaza Hotel is located in DjerbaTunis V.nice, I had Double Room No : 2224 for a night in 12/12/2024 , room were nice, Clean, comfortable,Nice breakfast & very nice diner,bathroom was nice, Staff was friendly Waled is Jovially & Skilled cook Alla, free WI-FI & stronge, close to the Sea, good value, I recommend… Salah

nourriture de cantine, club enfant inexistant et vieillissant, directeur menteur qui nous a remboursé 45€... alors qu'ils nous avaient attribué une chambre standard alors que nous avions payé pour une chambre TRIPLE. A fuir Perte de temp et d'argent

Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel.

我们一早的飞机，早上到酒店的时候离入住时间还有很久。酒店工作人员非常亲切的为我们办理了入住手续，并在等待时间为我们提供了免费的早餐。 酒店后门出去步行1分钟就是沙滩，有很多付费项目可供选择。11月中旬的天气依然能够下海游泳，沙滩很细，海水清澈。 酒店里儿童房的工作人员非常有耐心的陪我女儿玩了很久，儿童房开放时间内可以完全托管。 总体来讲，对酒店很满意

Très bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons passé un super séjour. Cependant nous avons sentis que nous n'étions plus en haute saison, la piscine était assez verte. Le personnel est au petit soin. Un petit bémol pour les espaces fumeurs qui se trouvent a l'intérieur, c'est un peu a l'ancienne et l'odeur de la cigarette pour se faire sentir.

Solo age 29 canadian for 4 days, was looking to relax after a long trip around Tunisia. My all inclusive experience is one time in Riviera May and another in Punta Cana. Crowd: 90% old retired French people.. not a party or family hotel.. i was down for it as during the day it was peaceful around the pool to read. Oh and they play old french music all the time to satisfy the crowd, that sucked hard Pool/beach: Pool was fantastic very big and clean..lots of chairs available and in good condition. Beach is nice sand is soft but big oops tons of algae on the shore made it look bad (early october)..some other hotels nearby did not have any Amenities: Basic all inclusive activities but enjoyed the tennis as there were many courts.. but cant believe i had to pay 25 TND for a hour in an all inclusive.. cmon.. The big upside is the spa it is obviously the heart of the resort..much higher quality than anything else the hammam experience was amazing and there are so many options. Gym was too tiny/minimal Food/drinks: No free "à la carte" restaurant for an all inclusive is a big downside.. but the buffet was good always found something nice.. it is mostly tunisian influenced food which is good but not the biggest variety. Dont expect pork in a muslim country. Also drinks is a disaster i suspect the bartenders never drank in their life.. they were clueless on proportions and juices arent in the fridge..oh and they dont work with a bracelet you need to sign an invoice each time..?!

It was not excellent stay and hotel. The rooms were clean but not big,bathrooms very old,some ants where in the rooms. We told the staff and they remove ants. The restaurant was very dirty also the water in the pool wasnt clean. There were no snacks during the day. The food was very good. Some waiters very nice some not. Animations very cool and intensive. Beautiful beach and amaizing water in the sea.

Le personnel du restaurant fonctionne au pour boire , on vous reserve une table que si vous donnez un pourboire, votre bouteille d eau dans un seau de glace que si vous donnez un pourboire…… quelques serveurs ne sont pas cimme ca heureusement

les buffets don’t de moins en moins bon ainsi que le bar et ses cocktails Animation moins sympathique qu’auparavant

séjour agréable, hôtel propre et personnel très gentil seul petit défaut, les buffets répétitifs au niveau du choix

Essen sehr mangelhaft, jeden zweiten Tag das gleiche, keine würzung der Lebensmittel, Fleisch und Omlett oft nicht richtig durch gebraten. Nationale Getränke (Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite) immer leer. Bei Alkohol merkt man keine Wirkung. Am Ankunfttag, war unser Zimmer nicht sauber, schwarze Haare waren überall auf dem Fußboden. Dusche und viele andere Fugen im Hotel schimmeln. Strand und das komplette Land an sich, übersät mit Müll. Verkäufer sehr aufdringlich und hauen einen sehr krass über die Ohren. ( z.b. 2 Tücher 70€) Mitarbeiter: die meisten sind nett und kümmern sich schnell, denoch wird man oft einfach vergessen und man muss nachfragen wo den die getränke bleiben. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, Anhand der Bewertungen und Bilder im Internet, waren wir fasziniert, aber Vorort sehr enttäuscht. Und ja, ich verstehe selbst nicht, wie manche so gute Bewertungen schreiben können, wenn so viele Deutsche im Urlaub nur geschimpft haben und wie wir gesagt haben, noch einen Urlaub dort machen wir definitiv nicht.
