La gentillesse des employés Je n ai pas aimé que l on me gronde comme une gamine car je donnais â manger à 2 chats L arnaque si je m etais laissée faire pour le transfert de l aeroport à l hôtel 35 euros que j ai dû payer â l aller et on me redemandait la même somme pour le retour chose que je n ai pas payé

I stayed there for one week and it was really great holiday. I had room 724 with balcony and view of every part of hotel. Everything was close to the main restaurant. Food was delicious and the great variety to choose from. Animators were providing program all day till 23:00 and than the hotel disco started. The beach was clean, we could do some water sports. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

I had a 705 room and my neighbour had 706 with a common door between. This russian blondie wh@re arrived alone and soon found a foreigner, who she f#cked all the time with and she was screaming so defiantly and loudly that I wanted to break her face. When I knocked several times, she didn't open. I complained at Reception, they said that they would "fix that", but nothing changed. I was staying with a daughter and I was very concerned about the sounds from #706 which could frighten her. The whole 8 days of torture with this damned neighbour who I could normally live with if the oldest door between the numbers didn't have such holes on the bottom and had a modern soundproofing. this is the main reason why I'll never ever return to this hotel, in spite of the tasty food, huge territory and good sea-view. To all the cooks at the kitchen my great thanks.

Manque d'hygiène dans les toilettes communes, très sales vers la piscine et dans la discothèque. Ménage sommaire dans la chambre uniquement le sol et pas sous les lits. Présence de poussière depuis un moment. Pas de télévision, elle est payante tout comme le coffre fort. Obligée d'acheter des lingettes desinfectantes. Absence de fruit frais au repas. Pastèque à tous les repas. Jus d'orange frais payant le matin à 2 euros soit 6 dinars le verre. Absence de fruit et de yaourt au goûter des enfants que des gâteaux secs. Plage pas nettoyée, présence de verre cassé. Le spa est à rafraîchir, presence de tâches d'humidité au niveau du plafond dans la salle avant la hammam. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, a été signalé mais rien. Il manque le wifi dans la chambre. L'accueil est très bien. Les animations sont sympas. Les massages au spa sont de qualité. La nourriture est correcte. La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Le café et le thé le matin sont imbuvables. Je conseille de le faire soi même. Comparer en dehors de l'hôtel pour les excursions et le transfert vers l'aéroport, moins chères. J'ai du payer à l'hôtel l'impression de mes confirmations de billets d'avion 4 feuilles 4 dinars. La propreté reste le point noir de cet établissement.

Our family - me, my husband and our 2 kids - have just spent 7 amazing days in beautifully planted paradise, clean and cozy, with wide range of fresh tasty foods and really nice staff. But the most unexpected experience for us was to meet ANIMATORS, professional and hardworking team, putting the whole soul to everything they do. These guys have really filled our days with joy and happiness from the early morning to the late night, so we have immediately forgot all our worries, relaxed and enjoyed every minute! ANIMATORS were taking care of the kids so sincerely, at the same time they've been paying so much attention to seniors, so all the tourist were in love with this crew very quicly :). All we were excited by so talented and sociable young men, artist and sportsmen, communicating in many languages, loving and proud of Tunisia and happy to tell about country culture, history and traditions: Hishem, the great painter and football player, aerobics instructor, dancer and singer; Mustikue, unforgettable gifted dancer, showmen and comedy player, aqua-aerobics and zumba trainer; Scooby, inspiring and pationate, so creative professional dance artist, volleyball and football player, zumba master; Sofiene, patient archery and morning gymnastics trainer, sportsmen and dancer; Bader, king of the beach activities, great dancer and drumer; Ziko, Nesim and Shukree - all modest, very talented and so friendly . Thank's to the ANIMATORS in Sangho Club Zarzis we have tried many interesting activities, where we have met new friends, we have been watching incredible shows and we were dancing through the nights in the amazing discos leaded by unforgettable DJ Riko. We returned back home and now we feel so alive, so energized and ready for new challenges! We miss Club Zarzis so much already and we recommend everyone to experience the same. Me and my family :-) We spent wonderful 14 days in this amazing place. First day we spent in a very nice garden bungalow. There were fruit to welcome you, one bedroom with a large double bed and a bung bed there. Everything was clean and nice. The next morning I discovered La Prestige Bungalows and Suites. The staffs were so unbelievably helpful ... I was so happy the suite was available - we paid - off course - extra money. It was worth every Euro :-) My husband also wanted to enjoy extra treatment in a la carte restaurant - so I pre paid All inclusive La Prestige programme there...The best decision EVER... BE PREPARED!!! You will meet extremely nice people – always prepared to be there for you – especially Muldi – this man raised our gastro experience in Sango Club Hotel to 14 days lasting festival of joy. The management is always keeping eye on things. We are definitely coming back and recommending you to come here and enjoy the beautiful sea and beach, lovely people and this exceptional hotel.

No maintenance, air conditioning not functional,: Could not sleep well cause of the heat in the room. I asked the hotel for a compensation they refuse asking me to pay my room even if it was not ok. the guy told me I am not the owner cannot help you. Sheets are not changed. Cats with skin diseases drinking to the swimming pool.
