Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Location is good to access MXP airport with car and train station is across the street. Breakfast was good, wide variety, but if you want coffee, you have to ask hostess for it.
Not many restaurants around hotel. Hotel could use some updating ( carpets stained, old fashion keys ). When I searched for hotels with airport shuttles, this hotel came up but they use a private shuttle service that I was quoted would be 70 euros. It advertises on-site parking, and that is an additional charge. I wish they would advertise those extra charges instead of being told at check-in.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Lo staff, che andrebbe premiato per la cortesia e la professionalità dimostrate, nonostante le condizioni in cui devono lavorare.
La moquette andrebbe eliminata completamente, poiché molto sporca, sia in camera che in corridoio. C’erano perdite di acqua tra il quarto e il terzo piano. Segnalate al personale in reception che ha prontamente risposto alla segnalazione. Non vengono forniti asciugamani per il bidet, ma solo se richiesti alla reception. Posso solo immaginare quante volte se li sono sentiti chiedere i receptionist. Complimenti per la pazienza. A colazione c’era solo una persona a gestire tutto: fare i caffè, pulire i tavoli e rifornire le pietanze esaurite. Potete immaginare i tempi di attesa. Complimenti anche in questo caso allo staff per la pazienza. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate a sufficienza: dal quarto piano si sente, a partire dalla mattina alle 7 corca, il rumore di chi fa colazione al quinti piano. In particolare lo staff che sbatte il porta caffè per svuotarlo in continuazione (ci mancherebbe, è il loro lavoro) sembrava un martello. Insomma, complimenti ancora allo staff, ma la direzione dovrebbe fare qualcosa per aiutarle loro e gli ospiti.

la propreté, des bouts du plafond tombaient dans la salle de bain, les pommeau de douches étaient désagréable, très de peu de buses fonctionnaient (calcaire???), les moquettes étaient tachées, pas de possibilité de réserver une place dans le parking pour l'ensemble du séjour (premier arrivé....) et on règle à la fin en fonction du nb de nuits passées dans le garage.

Everything was excellent, including the room service, breakfast, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The reception staff, both in the morning and evening, were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Emad for his warm hospitality and outstanding assistance. He is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about the guests. I also noticed how kindly and attentively he helped other guests, which truly reflects the high standards and hospitality of the hotel. A special thank-you also goes to Ms. Sabrina, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and made the check-in process quick and easy. Thank you to the hotel management and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Whenever we return to this area near Milan, this hotel will definitely be our first choice and the place where we will always stay. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026L'hotel può andare bene per 1/2 notti al massimo. In camera c'era la moquette e anche macchiata in alcuni punti. La doccia aveva un soffione fisso in altro che appena la aprivi spruzzava acqua fuori dal piatto doccia. C'era molta polvere sui mobili, soprattutto sul ripiano sotto del comodino. Comodità dei letti accettabile. Colazione varia e ricca, molto apprezzata la parte salata e la presenza di frutta secca e semi. Molto meno il cappuccino senza schiuma e le brioche secche. Gentilezza dello staff variabile, il receptionist un po' scocciato, apprezzato invece il fatto che essendo partiti nella notte ci hanno fatto una box per la colazione anche se con prodotti confezionati. Attenzione che il parcheggio davanti all'hotel dove c'è il cartello "riservato agli ospiti! ha un costo di 7 euro al giorno. Le 4 stelle saranno anche per i servizi presenti, ma non li merita per la qualità complessiva

Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno dato una camera che puzzava di fumo di sigarette. La seconda aveva l’interno del wc nero, pieno di muffa, polvere ovunque. Lenzuola sporche, che non hanno cambiato dopo il nostro avviso. Ce le hanno cambiato solo il secondo giorno dopo che abbiamo deciso di toglietele e metterle a terra. Non forniscono asciugamani per il bidet. Flaconcini di bagno schiuma assenti, hanno fornito solo quello dello shampoo. A colazione, abbiamo chiesto qualcosa senza lattosio, perché intolleranti, e non hanno saputo soddisfare la nostra richiesta. Pessimo soggiorno!!! Struttura vecchia con moquette dove senti l’odore della polvere degli ultimi 40 anni, va ristrutturato. Hotel da 2 stelle, non da 4. Personale poco professionale.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Honestly, there was nothing I liked about this property. The experience started badly at check-in, where the night receptionist kept me waiting for several minutes while working on a computer before even acknowledging me or processing my passport. The room key was attached to an unusually heavy keychain that felt outdated and inconvenient. I had booked a Junior Suite, but the room was extremely disappointing. It appeared to be connected to another room, and the sound insulation was so poor that I could clearly hear the guests next door. Privacy and comfort were practically nonexistent. Honestly, there was nothing I liked about this property. The experience started badly at check-in, where the night receptionist kept me waiting for several minutes while working on a computer before even acknowledging me or processing my passport. The room key was attached to an unusually heavy keychain that felt outdated and inconvenient. I had booked a Junior Suite, but the room was extremely disappointing. It appeared to be connected to another room, and the sound insulation was so poor that I could clearly hear the guests next door. Privacy and comfort were practically nonexistent. Reviewed May 29, 2026Sicuramente ci sono tante cose da rivedere, arrivo a Milano un caldo infernale, e in questo periodo penso che trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua sia il minimo, a loro non costa veramente nulla, comunque morale della favola una la prendo da minibar ne bevo un sorso e la richiudo il giorno dopo rientro in camera e la bottiglietta non c'era più, nonostante avessi messo il cartello di non entrare a pulire sono entrati Comunque e mi hanno buttato la bottiglietta, quindi un sorso d'acqua alla modica cifra di 3 € infatti ho dichiarato di aver preso una sola bottiglietta, ma ne hanno addebitato 2 Sono entrati in camera a pulire perché il giorno prima hanno lasciato la pattumiera piena di altre persone, poi che dire Sicuramente sconsigliata la doccia, con un solo getto dall'alto, davvero difficile lavarsi così, poi vabbe il personale non è proprio abilitato al problem solving però vabbe....
