Tombolo Talasso Resort

The hotel itself is excellent. The beach and beach facilities are excellent, we didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but again the service and selection at breakfast is excellent. The surrounding area is really quiet and easy access to bars and restaurants.

The Tombolo beach is sandy and has plenty of loungers managed and provided by the hotel. Entering the water however can be a little precarious and due to the sea bed can form currents and large waves.

Il bagno è sicuramente da rinnovare, troppo vecchio. In una struttura di questa fascia non è ammissibile trovare un servizio così datato.

아이와 같이 2박3일을 지내기 너무 좋은 곳이였습니다. 수영장도 너무 잘되어 있고 따뜻해서 아이가 놀고 어른들이 즐기기에 너무 좋았습니다. 전용 해변도 너무 잘되어 있어서 해변을 즐기기에도 너무 좋았습니다. 예약이 많아서 리조트의 식당을 이용하지 못했지만 리조트 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많았고 산책하기도 너무 좋은곳이였습니다. 아이랑 같이가서 오후시간에 정말가까이 있는 테마파크도 이용했는데 너무 즐거운 시간이였습니다. 다음번에 기회가 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

아침이 4성급에 비해서는 좋은 퀼리티는 아닌것같아서 조금 아쉽습니다.

Boek iets charmanters in deze mooie regio!

Ik zou dit hotel persoonlijk niet boeken. Het is heel smerig, alles ruikt naar schimmel, vooral in de “wellness”, het ziet er op de foto’s beter uit dan in het echt. Absoluut geen goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n achterstallig hotel meegemaakt voor dit bedrag, echt schandalig! Boek iets charmanters in deze mooie regio!

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitenden (ausgenommen jene am Frühstückbuffet ) und einer unglaublich schönen Lage.

Die Mitarbeitenden des Frühstückbuffets fielen deutlich ab. Unfreundlich und überfordert, ganz im Gegensatz zum restlichen Personal.

Ottima posizione, colazione eccellente, camera comoda e confortevole. Accesso alle terme molto comodo ed apprezzato.

Hotel położony jest w parku przy plaży. Dużym atutem hotelu są baseny w grotach z podgrzewaną wodą i spa. Bardzo dobrze przygotowana prywatna plaża z zapleczem gastronomicznym i piękny basen zewnętrzny. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Sprzatanie pokoju nawet dwa razy dziennie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Hotel przyjazny psom.

The cave pools were lovely. The location on the beach was great. The room was big as was the veranda.

This is not a 5 star location. It is old and is in serious need of a revamp. The service was not 5 star. The staff were nice but they were not as attentive as should be. It was like a ghost town during the day. The bed was very hard, it was big as it was two singles pushed together, with no topper, so there was a hard hole down the middle. Everything was very very expensive and getting anywhere from the location without your own vehicle was expensive. It was definitely not worth the money. Disappointing!!

La gestione non è da 5 stelle così come arredi e finiture. Il servizio in spiaggia un po da rivedere : c’è possibilità di ordinare all’ombrellone ma nonostante fossimo in 20 clienti la comanda si perdeva … A pranzo non era certo trovare un tavolo per pranzare al bar/risto della spiaggia perché prendono prenotazioni da fuori. Più di una volta La tessera della nostra camera è stata presa e poi “persa” dalla signora che puliva la stanza e ci è stata consegnata la tessera di un’altra camera per sbaglio. Da rivedere l’organizzazione di questi dettagli

Lovely salt water spa and outdoor pool. Spacious, relaxed and quiet - never a problem getting a sun lounger. A genuine highlight of the hotel and at several points during the day we had it to ourselves - got busier later on in the afternoon. Lovely staff at the pool and pool bar. It's great to be able to swim up and order a drink. Great cocktails and reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent and varied - really good selection and good quality. Spacious bedroom and it was a nice touch that my son had his own bath robe for the spa.

Not what I would consider a five star restaurant - bit chintzy and faded decor. When we arrived our floor was not clean - very gritty. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was resolved quickly. Strange and confusing layout with hotel room a long walk down corridors. Found the hotel and our room a bit dingy. No balcony and net curtains = minimal light. But if you're being kind you could say it kept everything cool. Definitely caters to an older Italian crowd - not a problem until you mix that with boisterous kids around the pool - said older Italian clientele complained about splashing and my son was told off for swimming too fast. Something to consider if you have energetic kids who like to splash around in a pool (don't most kids?) Evening meal restaurant food is average and I think caters mostly to half board customers. There is an a la carte menu too but it's nothing special and any salads/vegetable sides come from the buffet. There are other restaurant options a short walk away in the village though.

Tutto Personale sempre cortese ed efficiente Stanze pulitissime e ben gestite. SPA e piscina perfettamente fruibili. Reception precisa e puntuale. Anche la spiaggia è comoda, con tutti i servizi e personale gentile.

very nice & clean pool (with bar service) exceptional breakfast very nice and spot clean beach; very well organized; not crowded; excellent services (bar/restaurant, showers, restroom). Very nice hall with a mid century atmosphere. Cozy location (small Tuscan village) with a pleasant atmosphere.

I servizi sono unici, specialmente le terme. Anche il ristorante è di livello alto.

L'accesso diretto al mare sulla spiaggia di Marina di Castagneto Carducci non ha prezzo e le docce di acqua dolce attrezzatissime sia calde che fredde! Un'organizzazione piu' che perfetta.

Le 5 piscine interne e quella esterna non si poteva stare: strapiena di candeggina e non si poteva tenere gli occhi aperti dal bruciore. No sinceramente datata la parte della Grotta e della talassoterapia. La stanza era piccina. I mobili e le porte datate e rovinate. E sinceramente per l'elevato costo di 1 notte in doppia con nessun tipo di vista, solo del verde del giardino, speravo almeno di avere 2 caffe' doppi lunghi inclusi nel totale, invece non facevano parte della 1a colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Altra cosa che non mi e' piaciuta: siamo arrivati domenica 19 luglio.ed alla sera ha suonato una bravissima pianista e nessuno a parte me e qualche sporadico cliente applaudiva. Era molto brava ed ha spaziato da Enya ad Einaudi ad altre fantastiche melodie americane ed internazionali, ma ha suonato 3 ore e non so credo ci fosse una clientela non molto interessata. Io vengo dal mondo della musica classica grazie al mio nonno tedesco ed ero sinceramente rattristata per la pianista che si era impegnata a suonare pezzi bellissimi.

Beach was great and although outdated, indoor spa pools were great

Staff is condescending as if they are doing u favor. Safe was broken, asked to fix and he proceeds explaining how to use it and then realizes it actually is broken. Then door was jamming when closing. He tries to fix it by removing the door and changing the hinges. Mind u, we just moved in, so our stuff and bed nearby getting dust. I paid for “garden view” but it was literally staring at alleyway. We stayed only 3 nights, so it wasn’t worth it to switch

La comodità di avere il mare subito fuori dalla struttura. La piscina esterna molto bella e anche ben tenuta. Anche le vasche della talassoterapia tenute bene e in un ambiente molto particolare ( riproducono una grotta), peccato per i lettini in legno, qualcuno rovinato dall’umidità. Una menzione speciale alla colazione: vasto assortimento di tutto, cosa che per me è fondamentale, dato che se la giornata inizia bene prosegue meglio…

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Im Bad würde ich bei den Duscharmaturen ansetzen zu verbessern.

Frühstück super/ Strand: Die Anlage wurde sicher in den letzten Jahren gemacht! Der Strand ist perfekt auch das Rest und die Räume dazu sind in einem perfekten Zustand !! Zimmer: Es ist ein altes Hotel und es fehlt überall an Kleinigkeiten! Duschkopf total verstopft. Türen die man nicht richtig schliessen kann! Es fehlt ein gutes Handwerker Team das diese kleinen, störenden Sachen beheben würde.

wie gesagt überall kleine Sachen die nicht 5 Stern würdig sind: Pflanzen die nicht gepflegt sind Gehwege die gepfelgt wenden sollten

Im Spa Bereich haben nicht alle Düsen funktioniert. Ich habe es angesprochen, teilweise gingen dann die Düsen. Aber z.B. in Pool Nr. 3 ging der Wasserfall nur selten. Die Gäste halten sich nicht an die Vorgaben für die Benutzung der Pools. Dies wird vom Personal nicht geprüt bzw. abgestellt. Frühstück: oft nicht koordiniert

Il letto in ferro assolutamente negativo, traballante e cigoloso. Non degno.

The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful.

The clientele is more above late 50s/60s so if you have children, you may attract unwanted attention from seniors who absolutely dislike children. We had an unfortunate incident with a couple that hated us from day one. Our 3 kids (11 to 13 years) are not particularly rambunctious but they are happy and playful. For families, the place is very quiet and lovely, great food and service perhaps not the best for active children with this type of clientele who seeks peace, grumpy faces and nothing else.

Piscina bella e originale, ottima colazione anche senza glutine.

le portate a cena non ci sono piaciute, la cucina dovrebbe migliorare per un Hotel a 5 stelle

Semplicemente spettacolari le piscine, bagno turco e sauna. Le camere accoglienti. Il personale eccezionale. Abbiamo passato un weekend rilassante, sentendoci coccolati.

Non era accesa l’aria condizionata e nelle camere a piano terra fa molto caldo.

Het hotel beschikt over een uitgebreide welness spa, maar in deze spa is het zeer vochtig waardoor er een onaangename geur is in de spa. Een betere verluchting is wellicht nodig om dit te verhelpen. Het halfpension dat wordt aangeboden is beperkt qua volume. Het buitenzwembad was niet verwarmd

La spa e’ vecchia e l’hammam neanche funziona a dovere..

Le terme con acqua di mare sono davvero molto belle e ne ho tratto gran beneficio. Struttura in cui ci si rilassa e si sta molto bene. La struttura è dotata di una bella palestra. La spiaggia è vicinissima e ben attrezzata.. Gli spazi i del resort sono ampi e confortevoli. Il personale davvero attento. Ci si sente coccolati. Anche le camere con vista giardino sono spaziose e luminose. Colazione superba, ricca e molto varia. Dal sabato al dolce tutto molto buono. Le torte erano strepitose e anche o croissant erano una delizia. Atmosfera ottima. Anche la cucina del ristorante è curata a dovere e ha sempre soddisfatto ogni aspettativa ottima la materia prima utilizzata.

Sinceramente non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Ho solo trovato un po' eelevato il prezzo dell pasto )non avendo opzionato da subitoi per la mezza pensione. Tuttavia la qualità c'era tutta.

Il letto che cigolava in camera al minimo movimento ma lo staff è stato competente e attento e ci ha cambiato di stanza

I had a room on the top floor and I could see a bit of the see and the vegetation. It was amazing how close the facility was to the beach and the sea and how close to the little center and the beautiful maritime pines. Some of the staff were impeccable!!

Most of the staff was great and impeccable, yet at the reception, on the day of the arrival the person who did the check in the early morning was not the most accommodating and cordial in the attitude. He did everything to help us but as if he was doing us a favor. I didn’t expected that in a 5 stars hotel. The rest of the staff at the reception, at the restaurant and at the spa was super kind and professional.

Un po' più attenzione tipo la scheda che apre la porta per entrare nella camera non funzionava più per un albergho di cinque stelle non dovrebbero succedere

Struttura bellissima e pulita,staff efficiente e disponibile, torneremo sicuramente CONSIGLIATISSIMO per chi vuole staccare dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni
