Colazione con buffet non troppo ricco, e 2 materassi su 4 " sfondati". Inoltre la doccetta nella doccia poco.funzionale, scomoda.

Lovely traditionally Italian look hotel that has been updated too. Spotlessly clean rooms. Fantastic location just a few minutes from railway station. We got a room with a terrace that got morning sun, which I loved. Lovely reception & housekeeping staff.

The breakfast was hit and miss and the tables were barely cleaned between settings though lots of staff on duty. Some mornings the hot food was gone. The cold cuts & cheeses sat uncovered for hours on buffet table. I would have liked some information on the town & surrounding area as we stayed a week.

Les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable : nous avons demandé un petit déjeuner à emporté le dernier jour car nous partions à 4h du matin et ils nous ont préparer des sacs avec sandwichs, gâteaux, fruit, eau et jus de fruits.

Il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre et des tasses mais pas de café ni thé à disposition.

Bollitore in camera ma senza bustine di the o caffè, che si trovavano solo a pagamento in un distributore automatico nascosto al primo piano, un solo ascensore che fa aspettare lunghe attese per salire e scendere.

La gentilezza di tutto il personale, pulizia ai massimi livelli, camera e bagno di grandi dimensioni, ben accessoriati, insonorizzati, condizionamento silenzioso e ben funzionante, interni ristrutturati recentemente con applicazione di impianto elettrico con fotocellule, comprensivo di frigo e bollitore oltre un moderno televisore apposto a parete a giusta altezza, letto ampio con comodo materasso. Ottima colazione, abbondante, sia salata che dolce. Non saprei cosa aggiungere, tutto ottimale, da provare. Ringraziamo lo staff.

La prima volta che mi capita, il riscaldamento molto alto ma poi risolto ma ad averne hotel così....

Un vero 4 stelle. Camera spaziosa e bene arredata, bagno nuovo pulitissimo, ristorante e colazione di alto livello, personale gentile e servizio impeccabile. Posizione perfetta proprio di fronte al teatro Verdi per rientrare subito dopo lo spettacolo

Ho soggiornato un week end con la mia famiglia in mezza pensione. Servizio impeccabile, ottima colazione e cene deliziose. Il personale di sala è molto cordiale simpatico e professionale. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta pienamente. Le camere erano confortevoli e sempre pulite così come gli spazi comuni. Molto gentili e disponibili anche il peraonale della reception. L'hotel è un posizione ottimale per girovagare e per raggiungere la stazione. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

The young ladies working at the desk were so nice and helpful with taxi arrangements, room needs, and reservations.

We were in the suite with two rooms. We had to prop the doors open with chairs. It would be nice to have door stops for the doors.

Staff were super friendly and location was great. Car park was great and easily accessible to elevators. We had a room with a little balcony and we sat outside in the afternoon with a bottle of wine enjoying the views. Highly recommend.

Kényelmes szoba, kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Parkolni tudtunk a szálloda zárt parkolójában 10 euro/ nap ellenében. Légkondi megfelelőem működött.

A reggeli nagyon egyhangú volt. Minden nap ugyan az. 3 fajta felvágott, 1 féle sajt és sokfajta édes sütemény. Aki szereti reggelire az édeset annak jó. Hiányoltam a paprikát, paradicsomot, tojást bármilyen formában, virslit. Ami még nem tetszett, hogy a szobában volt vízforraló, de a teát vagy a kávéhoz valót autómatából kellett volna megvenni előre csomagolt formában.

The room was old and smelled very bad. It didn't have a regular window but a skylight in the ceiling. The air conditioning was not working in the rooms, so there was an unbearable heat or... mosquitoes..The breakfast was very poor.I don’t think that is a good choice for a pleasant stay.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Some rooms had no heat, most rooms look out onto parking lot, food at dinner- not good, breakfast ok. Some staff good, some rude. Good walking location. Old, worn- needs updating to be a four star hotel! Misleading.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles ist sauber, gute Bette und ausgezeichnete Bettwäsche. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir ein bisschen Gemüse.

An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!

WiFi doesn’t work

We attended a Wedding at Terme Tettuccio and found the hotel's location fantastic. The room was a good size. The hotel was an easy walk to anywhere within the town.

The rooms were uncomfortable and small the first room offered has a tiny window high up in tbe wall . There was nothing on the hospitality tray apart from a cup and kettle . Most of the staff in tbe restaurant were off hand . Food was average . Staff were helpful on tbe last night of our stay when the tip envelope was out

The location is perfect near the thermal springs, great parking, the room is cozy, comfortable and quiet.

Next to lift bit noisy Breakfast terrible terrible Redhead young waitress should not be there aggressive arrogant little upstart.. who does she think she is! Night and early morning reception no speak english. Younger and older ladies behind desk very good. Good position great little town with lots of nice restaurants.. probably stay at other hotel

Pas mal de charges supplémentaires cachées lors de la réservation (parking fermé mais pas surveillé 10€ par jour, prix payant par animal de compagnie 10€ par chien pour une nuit -pas de service sur mesure qui justifie ce prix) Le prix affiché et la devanture de l'hotel sont alléchants mais a la.fin du séjour ça revient cher pour ce que c'est: une quarantaine d'euros au départ pour en arriver à une centaine avec le dej et taxe de séjour élevée Petit dej très mauvaise qualité des produits, sûrement de l'industriel et surgelé. Le séjour ne vaut pas plus que 40€, pour 100 il y a sûrement mieux. Mauvais rapport qualité /prix

This 4* hotel is amazing. Montecatini Terme is the hidden gem of Tuscany. Great town with lots of places to eat, including the mountain town of Montecatini Alto with a great square for local shopping and dining with a great view of the valley. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, modern, with a classic feel & SUPER well price!. It's a few minute walk to the town center which has great shopping and places for coffee and to eat. Has free secure parking in the back of the hotel. We so happy with my stay and hotel.

A lovely Italian hotel, and a beautiful setting. Clean comfortable and everything worked properly.

I wish the air conditioner would have allowed it to be a little cooler. It would be nice to have a bathrobe and access to some thermal springs.

I booked a five night stay here with Tailored Travel. The website of the hotel really raised expectations showing light and airy rooms with beautiful drapes. After paying a hefty single supplement our rooms could not have been more different . The first one I was shown had a tiny skylight with an odd net drape. Im fairly short so couldn't see out. You had to duck under this curtain to walk around the bottom of the bed. No wardrobe just a rod with some hangers. I refused to stay there. The second room offered was in the lower ground floor. The " French "door could hardly be opened as there was an electric car charger just outside in the car park. The bathroom was tiny and narrow. I measured it and it was approximately two A4 sheets wide. Anyone over 5foot 3 would have hit their knees on the towel rail using the loo or bidet.. Other single rooms for solo occupancy were equally as poor. Either no chair, no dressing table unit no proper window etc just an unpleasant place to stay. Beds are rock hard. Totally unacceptable accommodation for a hotel purporting to be 4star. The website shows a kettle with cups and one assumes coffee and tea would be provided as is the norm on a hospitality tray . When we queried where the coffee and tea was we were told coffee was available from a vending machine on the first floor ! However this wasn't sachets etc but actual coffee. Why provide a kettle but nothing to use with it ? Food for the party was very average. Maybe the al la carte was better. Most of the waiting staff were off hand. Once when I asked the waitress for something it was almost slapped down in front of me . One waiter only actually used to smile at us when we walked into the restaurant and was helpful and friendly. I wish I had found out his name . We did not feel very welcome. Amazingly on our last night the waiting staff became very attentive and we then noticed the tip envelope on our table. Pity they hadn't been like it all the way through our stay. There seems to be mention of a spa but this was shut and looked like it had been for a long time. Maybe if you book this as an individual you might have a better stay. If you're travelling with a party and also paying a single supplement AVOID. Maybe other nationalities had better luck and Hotel Tettuccio ( I won't use Grand it isnt ) thought because we were English we wouldn't complain . WRONG.

The room very dated, old, ugly.

They had a great breakfast. The room was big enough. The bathroom was also big enough. They had a kettle and a small refrigerator that was not cold enough so I just placed our water bottle near the window where it got colder. The location was okay near a Ferris wheel and some bistro.
