Väldigt trevligt överlag, fina och rena rum, helt okej mat och väldigt trevlig personal som jobbar där. Rekommenderar!

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s'est bien passé sauf la nourriture (moins bien qu'en 2023) Je tiens à remercier le personnel de cet hôtel et en particulier les agents de l'accueil pour leur gentillesse et leur amabilité. Très bon hôtel, je le recommande vivement.

Good area, very good bed. A bit warm in the room as in April the air condition wasn’t yet working.

Very good vale for money

Séjour d’une semaine en couple, je suis enceinte de 7 mois. Hôtel récent, proche de la plage. La saison n’était pas adéquate (mars), il faisait frais, trop froid pour se baigner (piscine extérieure / plage). La piscine extérieure est cependant située au milieu de résidences, cernée par la route, bruyante. Je n’ai pas trouvé le personnel hyper attentionné, sauf le cuistot et le barmaid. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas optimale mais c’est surtout parce que le service de ménage des chambres se fait entre 8h et 11h du matin. Beaucoup d’allemands passent par l’hôtel pour faire des escapades à vélo. Le spa (piscine, solaire il, hammam et sauna) est ok quand il fonctionne. Peu de transat disponibles faute de place mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place malgré cela. Restauration ok malgré qu’on ne nous ai pas expliqué le système des boissons : à commander à part, à régler à part. Pas d’eau du robinet en carafe/ fontaine disponible, il faut payer pour l’eau en demi pension.

Hotel molto confortevole e pulito , buona insonorizzazione , personale cortese e disponibile . Cucina discreta con rotazione di piatti giornaliera (anche se sulla cottura della pasta e sulla qualità delle salse , da italiano , non mi sono piaciute)

Me gustaría repetir otr vez por su lugar y piscina y vista al mar desde habitación! Pero show de la noche de la picsina falta algo!

La estadía ha sido increíble. Le pongo un 10 en todas las áreas y volvería a ir, sobre todo por la atención del personal.

Essen: Riesenauswahl an verschiedene Gerichte. Jeden Abend ein anderes Thema. Hier findet jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack. Es gab jeden Abend Fleisch und Fisch in ausreichender Menge. Frisches Obst in einer fantastischen Auswahl. Dessert’s in einer vielfältigen Auswahl!! Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform. Das Zimmer sehr, sehr sauber und die sanitären Anlagen perfekt. Es hat alles funktioniert ohne Probleme keine Stufen im Bad alles aus Marmor und sehr sauber. Jeden Abend Livemusik am Pool. Der Pool war nicht so meine Welt, wenn man das Meer vor der Tür hat! Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!!

Destacar la atencion,la tranquilidad, la simpatia y buen hacer de todo el personal sobretodo del socorrista y camareros de la piscina ,Pepe,Toni y Simon. Con razon tienen clientela de años ... Te hacen sentir como en casa. Felicitaciones al equipo de cocina.Buffet muy rico y variado. Para repetir!!

Hôtel agréable, la grosseur de l'hôtel ne se ressent pas vraiment, bien placé, personnel disponible. Petit déjeuner très varié.

Hemos pasado muy buen fin de semana las instalaciones muy bien, la comida muy buena.

Hôtel bien situé, calme, chambre propre, repas bons et variés. Personnel agréable…seul bémol pas de parking…mais nous avons eu à chaque fois de la chance en trouvant une place soit devant l’hôtel ou dans les rues voisines. Espace Spa agréable…seul le hammam n’est pas opérationnel (température trop basse pour être efficace).

Les plus : Un bon logement propre et agréable. Des rues plutôt sûres et sécurisés. Une terrasse est à disposition ! Accessibilité de la mer à pied ! Bon buffet matinal Moins bien : Il n'y a pas de parking attitré mais vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement dans les ruelles du bas. Quelques finitions étaient à prévoir dans ma chambre mais rien de dérangeant.

Séjour de courte durée mais pour autant agréable, Personnel au petit soin et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Celui ci parle très bien le français. La personne en charge des petits déjeuners et vraiment agréable avec toujours un sourire et un mot sympathique pour tous le monde Vraiment aucuns doutes à avoir sur cet établissement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Genial, es nuestro hotel de cabecera en Mallorca, buena ubicación, tranquilidad, buena comida y bebida, y por sobre todo volvemos por el personal. Siempre están disponibles y la atención es excelente. Y cómo cada año volveremos.

Struttura ben tenuta. Pulita ma non pulitissima (si perdono nei particolari). Cibo buono ma non ottimo (un po' ripetitivo). Posizione vicino al mare a alla via principale. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Grupotel Montecarlo is really convenient for the beach and all the restaurants/ bars nearby, whilst remaining quiet and chilled. I was surprised to have a top floor room with a huge balcony that had amazing views towards the ocean and mountains. The hotel caters mainly to German tourists, but I had no issues. The pool is really nice and everything was cleaned daily. My only gripe is that I couldn't find anywhere to refill my water bottle - but water on the island doesn't seem drinkable.

Siempre repetimos, el personal nos encanta y por eso volvemos. Muy buena actitud, las bebidas del todo incluido son básicas pero muy bien hechas gracias a Pepe y Simón. La recepción ágil, la cocina sencilla pero con lo necesario y calidad. Ambiente tranquilo para pasar un buen tiempo de relax. Felicitación al equipo del Montecarlo. Seguiremos viniendo.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Als Vegetarier habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Und das besondere, man hat Meerblick!

Todo correcto

La estancia fantástica, hotel muy tranquilo y limpio, habitaciones justas y modernas. Spa genial, muy completo, estaría bien mantener citas porque hay horarios de mucho movimiento y te encuentras haciendo cola por el sauna. Este verano visite 4 grupotel distintos, y este está en el puesto 1 sin duda, buenas bebidas en el todo incluido, bien elaboradlas, comida espectacular, poca variedad pero calidad supera las 4 estrellas. Pero lo mejor de la cadena grupotel es sin duda el personal, todos amables con la mejor predisposición. Deberían abrir en invierno también, los visitaría sin dudarlo.

Albergo in posizione tranquilla e vicinissimo al centro e alla bella spiaggia del paese. Camera spaziosa con un grande balcone, dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione e cena a buffet con ampia scelta. Cene a tema, ogni sera differente menù. Personale di sala gentile e professionale, in particolare la signora Cati. Da migliorare: la tv in camera non aveva neanche un canale italiano, la cena iniziava troppo presto (18.30) e terminava troppo presto (21.00) per chi come noi voleva godersi il mare fino a tardi, wi fi spesso molto lento.

Pequeno almoço muito bom. Quarto razoável Piscina e acessos razoáveis Jantar, uns dias bom outros razoáveis, mas nao inclui bebidas. No geral foi bom

We stayed here in mid-June on a late booking. Although the hotel is not new, it was clean and very well maintained. We found the buffet breakfast above average and the buffet dinner varied and very good quality. All of the staff from reception staff to cleaning were welcoming and friendly. The only downside was that the number of dining room staff were thin on the ground and rushed off their feet, making some service slightly slow at times, however still friendly and courteous.

No me gusto que en lugar de una cama de matrimonio nos dieron dos camas individuales juntas. Tampoco me gusto que en la media pensión (entra desayuno y cena) no entre la bebida ni siquiera el agua. El wifi no se conecta. El hotel esta limpio la piscina es bonita, el spa es normalillo, pero esta bien, y la comida esta bastante buena. Estamos contentos con el hotel pero decepcionados con Expedia ya que primeramente habiamos reservado un hotel con unas características y por fallo de ellos nos lo tuvieron que cambiar y el segundo mo tenia las mismas características, cosa que nos hizo perder dinero ya que el que habiamos solicitado al principio era un apartahotel, y el que finalmente nos dieron era un hotel normal. Al cambiar nos dijeron que el segundo hotel tenia las mismas características, asi que llevamos comida para preparar allí, cosa que nos hizo perder el dinero de la comida comprada y el dinero que tuvimos que gastar en la comida en restaurantes

Good points: - close to shops, restaurants & short walk to beach - nice bathroom - balcony Bad points: - breakfast & dinner does NOT cater for British. Very poor selection of foods that we could eat esp for dinner. Only ate dinner 1 out of our 7 nights - very firm uncomfortable bed so didn't sleep well during our stay - lifeguard at pool strange. Walked around smiling & looked at everyone up and down. Also wouldnt let people jump in even though pool is deep enough. - ants all over our room floor - no ice machine - no tea/coffee making facilities in room On the plus side the beautiful weather made our holiday! Just wouldnt recommend this hotel

Arrived late afternoon to what appeared at first site to be a "run of the mill" hotel. To our surprise this was nothing of the sort. The evening meal and breakfast was, for a buffet, excellent. No shortage of choice and a varied menu each evening. Reception staff were very welcoming, hotel was spotlessly clean with room service every day. The pool and outside bar area were very welcoming and the gardens with their canopied beds provided the height of relaxation. This hotel provided the most relaxing 5 days my wife and I have had in many a year.

A nice, friendly hotel with great staff. Decent sized pool that never got overcrowded. Good location. Would be happy to stay there again. There weren't many children staying at the hotel which was a plus point for us.
