The associated restaurant beside BWButler seemed run down. Not up to standards. Would not eat there. Reflected poorly on BW

I thought the breakfast was great. The waffles were awesome. I would have liked a bit of bacon some of the days and a bit more selection of fruit. Overall, the staff were excellent.

I liked everything. I suppose hallways might need updating eventually.

Outside patio was excellent to sit back and relax. Staff was extremely helpful

A lovely location, friendly staff, clean hotel room and a pleasant breakfast area.

There was no safe in the room and the breakfast area was not air conditioned.

Reasonably priced. Immaculately kept. Beautiful outdoor space on large front porch to sit and have a glass of wine or just hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Good coffee.

There was only one available outlet besides the bathroom.

Best Western Hotels remain a great value. Our experience was as excellent expected. I loved how the building blended with the local architecture. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The included breakfast selection were tasty. Carol, the woman who oversaw the breakfast room, was so nice and took great care on wiping every surface and restocking supplies. We were within walking distance to the center of town. We sat out on the shaded veranda and had our coffee. Glad we made the choice to stay here.

Really want to over praise this hotel. Yes it's old school, but in an homely fashion. The staff are pleasant and the morning/breeakfast staff great - the breakfast really is a nice start to your trip with the waffle machine which our son loved. Travelling from the UK we found this a great base to explore NOTL - we could walk into town for an evening meal. The town is stunning, lots to see and do, and bar a loud aircon in the room we had a lovely stay and it gets 5 stars for a reminder when a hotel was about its staff, and welcome as much as all the mod cons. We left feeling, in a nice way, we'd gone back in time and that's no bad thing in this day and age. Thank you!

Excellent breakfast. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with powerful shower.

Prefer refillable shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower as small bottles not enough for long hair!

Super clean and well maintained. The Grill/Bar next to the hotel serves actually really good food and NOTL is just super nice and close by. Breakfast is nothing to complain about. 10 out of 10, so glad that we did not stay in Niagara at falls directly, but here instead.

Location is the main draw.

This location was perfect, away from all the traffic and people when you wanted the quiet. The staff were so friendly and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

No microwave was the least I was expecting , I expected everything to be included in the room but when asked if I could get any as a special request, it was declined

Quiet area outside of the main touristy street downtown. Yet we were close enough to walk (a pleasant 20 minutes through a neighborhood of beautiful homes). Or a short bike ride. There was an excellent restaurant next door, Butler’s Bar & Grill, where we had a dinner on their patio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. There was a terrace for the guests to enjoy. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff member was friendly.

The hotel location was convenient for us because we had our own car. Very clean throughout out and particularly our room. It was very good value and satisfied our needs very well. We did not use the breakfast facilities - but they looked nice.

The hotel entrance and foyer were pretty basic and did not give a good first impression. The bathroom was quite small but functional

This is an excellent (and affordable) option for a visit to Niagara on the Lake. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. Both rooms were a good size and in immaculate condition. And the town itself is beautiful.

Bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d have liked but that’s just personal preference as everyone is different.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The area is quiet, which made the stay very relaxing. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but it could be improved with a wider variety of food options. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, especially if you’re looking for comfort and a peaceful environment.
