IL personale cortese e disponibile, tutti estremamente educati e simpatici. Le escursioni intorno alla struttura, la tranquillità, il paesaggio.

L’hotel è raggiungibile ESCLUSIVAMENTE tramite una funivia, la cui ultima corsa è prevista alle 16:30. Questo rappresenta un limite significativo, in quanto condiziona notevolmente la libertà di movimento e, di fatto, consente di organizzare solamente escursioni e visite nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura. Dopo tale orario, infatti, non è più possibile rientrare in hotel, rendendo poco agevoli eventuali spostamenti verso altre località.

The location is after taking the cable car up in the mountains, and you have to leave your car in the parking lot in the city. The location and view are great, the windows look out onto the Cervino. The room has very little space, the amenities are simple. The hotel is for mountain tourists, ordinary, everything is a bit outdated, but adequate. It has several terraces, a restaurant and a bar. A big advantage is that you can get up earlier than other hikers who leave town, so you are one of the first at the top.

The breakfast is very simple, there is little fresh food, there were no vegetables or fruits, coffee and drinks of very poor quality. During dinner, only the soup served was tasty enough, the second courses - both veal and fish - were inedible, but there was a good salad bar at the beginning, so if you come for dinner a little later - there is nothing left. The same goes for desserts and fruits. Water is not included and is very expensive like in a bar. Check-in was easy, but check-out had to wait more than half an hour for the administrator to come to work. The staff does not overdo it. No explanations.

ECCEZIONALI LA POSIZIONE E LO STAFF. L'HOTEL è POSIZIONATO AL CENTRO DELLA VALLATA AI PIEDI DEL CERVINO, UN PANORAMA IMPAGABILE. LO STAFF (TUTTO) SI è DIMOSTRATO MOLTO ACCOGLIENETE, ALLA RECEPTION, AL BAR, ALLA SALA PRANZO ED ANCHE L'ASSISTENTE ALLA PICCOLA SPA. LA COLAZIONE ED IL BUFFET DI APERITIVO BUONI, BUONI ANCHE I SERVIZI NONOSTANTE L'HOTEL SIA DATATO.

DA MIGLIORARE SENSIBILMENTE LA CENA, PIù PRECISAMENTE IL PRIMO (PASTA SCOTTA E SPAGHETTI SPEZZATI) ED IL SECONDO, MENTRE GLI ANTIPASTI AL BUFFET SONO VALIDI, COME ANCHE LA COLAZIONE E L'APERITIVO. SUGGERIREI DI PREPARARE PIETANZE PIù SEMPLICI E PIù IDONE AD UN CONTESTO DI MONTAGNA E DIVENTERETE UNA STRUTTURA DA 10 SOTTO TUTTI GLI ASPETTI

Un po’ dispersiva al suo interno non a caso è in attesa di rinnovamento

Qualche piccola disattenzione dello staff, ma il prezzo e la posizione hanno compensato tutto. Anche la mia cagnolona Zoe ringrazia per l ospitalità e le passeggiate favolose.

Il personale leggermente impreparato in certe situazioni, ma cmq sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Sono giovani e si può sempre migliorare

Situato in una posizione fantastica per chi ama la montagna, è perfetto. Con il costo della camera è compreso anche il servizio della funivia che porta da Breuil Cervinia all’Hotel stambecco che può essere utilizzata per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L’hotel si trova proprio all’arrivo della funivia. Fare colazione e cena con vista sulle montagne a 2500 m è meraviglioso. Offrono inoltre un antipasto per gli ospiti alle 17. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Posizione fantastica, relax completo nel silenzio più assoluto sopratutto dopo l'ultima corsa della funivia che porta a Cervinia. Belle escursioni anche senza allenamento grazie alla funivia che porta a cime bianche e plateau Rosà 😍

Staff at Lo Stambecco goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They were super nice and fulfilled our every request. There are a lot of things to do such as the spa (that you get to use privately) and games area. We had the best time. Food was okey. Overall, for the price it's great value and you get much more than you expect.

The hotel is definitely old and could use with a renovation. It's functional but just barely.

Posizione meravigliosa, attaccato alla funivia e con partenza di moltissimi trekking rilassanti e suggestivi. Il cibo è prettamente turistico, ma ci sta essendo che stanno rifacendo le camere quindi il focus sulla qualità del cibo è giusto che venga dopo, così va già bene. Menzione davvero onorevole allo staff, simpatici, disponibili e accoglienti con tutti. Sono stati in grado di farci sentire a casa in poco tempo e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di check-out per fare un altro trekking prima di tornare a casa, davvero apprezzato come gesto e per niente scontato.

La pulizia della stanza era frettolosa, briciole qua e là e un forte odore di umido causato probabilmente da uno straccio usato non ben strizzato. l'odore è sparito dopo 20 minuti di finestra aperta ma avendo il balcone in comune con altre due stanze non era piacevolissimo. Comunque nulla di estremamente negativo, sono solo piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza

General looks are "not so luxury, not to say poor". Shower was very small in m2.

E una bella struttura!paesaggio meraviglioso il personale molto gentile e cortese ci ha accolto Francesco che ha fatto veramente la differenza ! I servizi eccellenti a l interno del hotel un po sprovisto peccato per quelli esterni che c e veramente poco !la posizione e un arma a doppio taglio dalle 16 e 30 non ti puoi piu muovere !

Geen warm water uit kraan en douche en vaak ook gewoon helemaal geen water. Water was grootste deel van de tijd ijskoud en met zeer zachte straal. Lawaai van werken naast hotel, al van smorgensvroeg. Vaak ook nachtlawaai buiten van andere gasten, waardoor goede nachtrust geen enkele dag aan de orde was. Ondanks grote hoogte blijft gebouw zeer warm snachts, waardoor je genoodzaakt bent met raam open te slapen en nachtlawaai te trotseren. Koud avondeten en door geen beschikbaarheid aan water ook geen koffie uit koffiemachine bij ontbijt. Kabellift sluit soms meer dan half uur voor officiële sluitingstijd, waardoor je niet meer beneden geraakt om te gaan eten. Bij inchecken werd geen informatie meegedeeld over hoe alles werkt, waardoor je niet weet of je kabellift zelf moet betalen of niet, hoe alles daar werkt,... De meeste medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpvaardig op één persoon achter de balie na, die zelf ook meermaals foute informatie doorgaf op vragen die we nadien stelde over informatie die we bij het inchecken niet kregen meegedeeld.

Il personale si è fatto in quattro per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente. C'è una sala giochi a disposizione, la funivia per raggiungere l'albergo è inclusa nel prezzo. La posizione è superba.

Gli esterni risentono un pó delle intemperie. Cucina abbondante ma migliorabile.

L’hotel ha una posizione davvero fantastica, avrebbe bisogno di una grande ristrutturazione fatta da un architetto. Carina l’idea dell’aperitivo alle 17:30, tra l’altro anche economico. Il menù dela cena piuttosto basico e di qualità media. Il personale di sala e in reception invece è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Gli ambienti sono rimasti agli anni ‘70 con alcune zone più recenti ma ristrutturate in economia.

How can you not love a Hotel overlooking the Matterhorn that you get there by cable car. It is magical and an adventure. Good pricing. Beautiful spacious room. Breakfast Buffet with views. Lovely patio to sun bathe and an outdoor trampoline to jump up and down on while looking at the Alps. Classic Mountain Hotel. Have been two years in a row.

The wife would not stop jumping up and down on the trampoline.

Super hyggelige ansatte, utrolig bra service. Perfekt beliggenhet for en tur i bakken. Vil absolutt tilbake!

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Skigebiet. Das Personal an der Reception, Bar und auch im Esssaal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es sollte dringend renoviert werden.

Boendet ligger mitt i backen så man slipper morgonrusningen till liften. Trevlig personal, välstädat, stället är slitet men ok. Frukosten var bra med både varm och kall mat, frukt och sött.

Middagen på hotellet var smaklös! Det var trevliga rätter på pappret, men kockarna misslyckades med i stort sett alla rätterna. Väldigt smaklöst!

It was impossible to get to this hotel and I found very unhelpful staff at facility. Not negotiating. Not trying to find a solution. Could not get to hotel and they would not give refund and refused to change dates so I was charged over 175 euro for nothing even though I contacted them within 2 hours of making reservation. Very unfair.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen war sehr gut, die Lage perfekt für Skifahren, Zimmer mit Blick auf Matterhorn und mit Sauna. Die Anreise mit der Bergbahn unkompliziert. Zimmer war sauber.

De ligging direct aan de pistes halverwege de berg. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Goede prijs/prestatie verhouding.

The location is awesome if you love skiing and want to get on the mountain first thing. Lots of games to play which you need as you can’t go anywhere in the evening. Food is pretty good for the price and staff very friendly.

You need to pay for a skidoo up the mountain if you arrive too late for the cable car so bear that in mind in your travel plans

Middagarna var lite att önska när det kom till varmrätten. Annars helt ok mat till och med god. Pastan var alltid bra buffébordet höll bra höjd.

Hotel vieillissant, chambre peu ventilée ( pb jours de mauvais temps), literie peu confortable. Pour le ski, le local n'est pas assez grand et ne permet pas le séchage des chaussures.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Great location on the slopes, ski in and out. The bed was really comfy and the sauna was a nice addition.

The only way to reach the hotel is via a lift that shut at 4.30 pm which meant that we couldnt have any dinner or drinks in the village. but the food at the hotel was mostly really good.

A hotel of a kind that’s no longer built. A warm, family-style welcome. The rooms are somewhat worn. The location at 2,500 m altitude right on the ski slope is truly excellent. The restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine—nothing particularly refined, but tasty and varied. The breakfast is well taken care of.

Posizione ottima per partire ad alta quota durante le gite nei giorni di permanenza in hotel, personale gentile e presente e colazione a buffet buona

Cena di bassa qualità, potrebbero migliorarsi con un menù più semplice ma qualitativamente migliore. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono molto vecchi e trascurati, l'insonorizzazione nelle camere è inesistente tanto da poter sentire russare il tuo vicino di stanza durante la notte. Bagno cieco minimal ma tenuto male e letti scomodi.

L'emplacement est fantastique, à 2500 mètres face au Cervin. Le soir, quand le téléphérique s'arrête et que les touristes sont redescendus à Cervinia, on a la montagne pour soi. Hypnotisant !

L'hôtel est vieillot, pas aux normes (notamment l'électricité) et la cuisine est médiocre. La vitre de notre salle de bain était cassée.

Za osoblje i poziciju hotela, te saunu u sobi, ocjena 20 od 10. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, prijatna, prijateljska atmosfera. Hotel je na samoj stazi kroz koji prolaze gondole. Istina, hotel jeste starije, dijelom dotrajale strukture kojoj bi obnova dobro dosla ali sve prednosti cine da se na ovo moze progledati.

Zadnja 3 dana nam je bilo prilicno hladno u sobi, sto se nije promijenilo ni kada smo ukazali na to. Takodjer nam je zadnji dan nestalo i tople vode pa smo se morali tusirati hladnom vodom. Nimalo lijepo posebno jos uz hladniju sobu nakon toga.

It is great value for money. Staff is exceptional.

The location is perfect, straight out on the slopes and wonderful views. The staff were fantastic, as was the food.

The decor is dated. Our room had recently been redecorated but the standard of decoration was poor with paint splatters everywhere, no hooks or hangers and rough edges. The gym was completely out of action and the hot tub was broken when we got there. The hot tub was fixed after 2 days though so we were able to use this and the sauna. The pool table was missing 2 pockets and the table football was missing a row of players!

Rooms are really dated! A few upgrades would make a huge difference.

Absolutely lovely! Hotel is right on the ski track, high into the mountain. The people there are extremely friendly. They do karaoke and sing pretty good. Amazing food, amazing view. Quiet rooms, suitable for families with small skiers.

Amazing location and excellent breakfast. Dinner nothing special but OK and much appreciated the free aperitivo every night. Been there already once 15 years ago and the hotel was exactly the same. While in a lovely position and with amazing staff, it could benefit from some renovations.

Curățenia în camera, vederea din camera spectaculoasa. Seara se oferă aperitiv, acces la spa. Personal amabil.

Saltelele prea moi și foarte cald în camera pe timp de noapte.

Posizione comodissima sulle piste. Buffet colazione internazionale e cena inclusa; tutto generoso. Ad ogni richiesta lo staff ha mostrato grande disponibilità.

Struttura datata. sarebbero necessari un po’ di ammodernamenti; in camera c’era un po’ d’odore di scarico.

Gestito da ragazzi, simpatici entusiasti e con professionalità, sanno come accogliere e far sentire a casa i propri ospiti. Torneremo!
