Abbiamo già soggiornato qualche anno e fa e avevamo una camera vista mare. Ma nel frattempo ha sicuramente perso un po’ di qualità. Asciuga capelli a muro vecchissimo dove usciva più polvere che aria, asciugamano sporco il primo giorno e trovata polvere e capelli in bagno. Carta igienica con rotolo quasi finito. Mentre stavamo facendo colazione sono venuti per pulirci la camera tant’è che dovevo mettermi il costume e sono dovuta entrare con il pavimento bagnato ma non spazzato perché in bagno c’erano tutti i capelli sul pavimento. La nostra finestra affacciava su uno stabile da cui provenivano rumori e odori non piacevoli. Con qualche accortezza e miglioria potrebbe sicuramente offrire di più perché la posizione è top e il personale all’accoglienza gentile e cordiale

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Расположение очень хорошее. Завтрак очень хороший , соответствует описанию на сайте. Есть круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Можно оставить багаж. Мы уезжали в 7.30 и нам отдельно предоставили завтрак. Что было очень мило с их стороны .
Мебель в комнате устарела. Но матрасы на кроватях были удобные. Ванная комната была хорошая. Кондиционер работал хорошо на всех режимах.

Hotel e arredamento avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento. Bagno e arredamento bruttino. Ascensore piccola con temperatura interna soffocante.

Ce qui nous a vraiment dérangées et surprises, c’est que personne ne nous avait prévenues qu’autour de l’hôtel, même s’il y a bien la plage, celle-ci est entièrement payante. Lors de la réservation, cette information ne nous a pas été communiquée. Nous trouvons cela assez regrettable et quelque peu trompeur, car nous pensions pouvoir profiter facilement de la plage à proximité de l’hôtel sans frais supplémentaires.

Kicsi volt a fürdőszoba, pl. nem volt hely a törülközőket szárítani. Érkezéskor 2 db műanyag pohár volt a szobában, amit az első napi takarítás során elvittek, de újat nem hoztak. A leírásban szerepelt széf lehetőség, de mégsem volt a szobában.

La posizione è buona e a due passi dalla spiaggia, ideale per godersi il mare e passeggiare tra negozi e ristoranti. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima anche la colazione, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. È stata un'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Consiglio questo hotel a chi desidera trascorrere qualche giorno a Viareggio in una posizione davvero strategica.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Das Hotel liegt hervorragend direkt an der Strandpromenade, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Das Parken ist unkompliziert: Direkt gegenüber des Hotels an der Straße gibt es Parkplätze für nur 5,00 € pro Tag. Besonders schön ist die breite und gepflegte Strandpromenade. Sie lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen ein, bietet herrliche Blicke aufs Meer und ist gesäumt von Cafés und Restaurants, in denen man zwischendurch eine Pause einlegen kann. Der Strand selbst ist sehr sauber und einladend. Das Wasser ist klar, angenehm temperiert und ideal zum Baden und Schwimmen. Ein echtes Highlight sind die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge am Abend. Diese konnten wir sowohl direkt vom Zimmer aus als auch bei einem Spaziergang auf der Promenade in vollen Zügen genießen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch attraktiver und vielfältiger gestaltet werden. Bei einer kürzlich hier anwesenden Gruppe haben einige Gäste das Buffet stark beansprucht: Sie haben Früchte, spezielles Gebäck und andere Speisen in größeren Mengen eingepackt und mitgenommen. Dieses Verhalten ging eindeutig zu Lasten der privaten Einzelgäste, die dadurch eine deutlich eingeschränkte Auswahl vorfanden. Das Personal hat die Gäste mehrfach höflich darauf hingewiesen – leider wurden diese Hinweise von der Gruppe nicht respektiert. Vielleicht ist dies der Grund dafür.?

The rooms are old, the furniture needs updating, and the floor was so dirty that it was impossible to walk barefoot. Room cleaning was very basic, mostly just changing towels and making the bed. On our check-out day, housekeeping came into our room before we had even left. Breakfast was okay for the first few days, but during the last two days there was almost nothing to choose from. I wouldn't stay here again

Purtroppo non ho potuto prendere la stanza che mi avevano assegnato,perché mia moglie non prende ascensore. Mi è stata cambiata con una stanza mediocre con vista nel lato dove c'era solo un muro davanti e pieno di motori dei condizionatori di tutte le stanze. Secondo me potevano accontentarmi meglio visto che l'albergo non era pienissimo.
