Durant notre sejour, le personnel a ete au petit soin, ils ont tous ete souriants et serviables. Le cadre est magnifique, et au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, rien ne manque. Nous l'avons quitte a regret...

Hôtel très décevant pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.Un manque de personnel, le ménage pas fait dans les chambres, aspirateur jamais passé ni le balai, juste un changement de serviette et lit fait et c’est tout.La baignoire les joins sont noirs, la douche d’une autre époque, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche car un très vieux système. En revanche petit déjeuner excellent de très bons produits.Compte de tous ces désordres j’aimerais que vous mettiez à l’étude une compensation, pour rappel nous avons déboursé 1600€ pour 6 jours, nous nous attendions à très bien traité. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The pool is okay, but the rooms are dirty. It was impossible to eat the breakfast at all. Even the cutlery and glasses were dirty. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. However, the nearby restaurant Bros was absolutely wonderful, but you don’t need to stay at the hotel to eat there. There was dirty water in the bathtub when we arrived at the room, and the floors were filthy. The gate didn’t open when we arrived, so we had to go inside to ask them to open it so we could drive in with the car. No one helped with the luggage, and it was quite a walk from the parking lot. I do not recommend this hotel — there are so many lovely places for half the price.

Le lieu est magique et vaut 6 etoiles…. Par contre l entretien et la gestion 3 max. Aucune information à l arrivée sur restau de l hôtel, rien ds la chambre sur spa/sport/menus Le gros du problème est surtout le manque d entretien et le personnel un peu perdu . 3 serveurs au petit dej ( succin ms bons produits).. et attente de 15 mn du café. L état d entretien de la chambre «  luxe «  est à revoir et la femme de chambre fait un service minimum ( change les serviettes.. et laisse le sol sans nettoyage, cf dessous lit en photos). C est dommage que ce domaine ne soit pas géré comme il devrait. Pour être honnête un effort sur le nettoyage extérieur a été fait en fin de séjour après des avis négatifs ! Mais il reste des transats en mauvais état, des morceaux de verre sur notre terrasse ( à vous de trouver une table et chaise manquante devant des chambres in occupées ). Bref bel endroit ms loin de valoir plus de 200 e la nuit et ne mérite pas 5 étoiles ( service impeccable).

Brusehoved var i stykker. Ekstra-sengen var i stykker. Da vi trak gardiner do om aften, var de fyldt med edderkopper. Væggene var fugtige. Et værelse lugtede kraftig af skimmelsvamp. Service til morgenmaden sidste dag var elendig. Vi bestilte en kaffe og the, tre gange, og han kom med det forkerte. Helt mørkt om aften, i området foran værelset. Vi måtte bruge mobiltelefonen, for ikke at brække armen og ben, for der lå en kost midt i det hele, ud over blomsterkasser.

From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately. The two front desk staff were also very helpful. The pictures and description of this Villa do not do the place justice. Highly recommended.

Hôtel situé à 5 min de Martina Franca dans un très grand domaine avec piscine très bien entrenu le soleil n était pas parmi nous durant ce séjour mais tous les services sont sur place Plusieurs restaurants sont un dans les trulli Le parc est splendide mais le must est le petit déjeuner gigantesque et de très bonne qualité

The stuff where amazing , always helpful and friendly. Anything you ask they respond with no issues. We loved the breakfast and how authentic is the hotel it self. Room are very spacious and clean. But mostly we loved the location , so quite and the gardens around the hotels are so beautiful

Es una muy buena opción para recorrer la parte norte de la Puglia.

Veldig flott hotel, men avhengig av bil for å komme rundt i Puglia. Godt utgangspunkt, selv om Martina Franca var veldig stille. Restauranten som hotellet eide (Trulli huset) var en skuffelse, fant mye bedre mat i byen (La Pasteria F.eks). Til avslapping, sol og bading var det derimot perfekt.

Nice hotel

The pros; the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, eager to be helpful. The room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. The grounds are beautiful. Parking easy and free. The cons; the hotel is tired and although claims to be 5*, but having stayed in many - I can see the differences. Twice we waited too long for drinks (€15 a spritz is certainly 5* pricing), needing to repeat our order to eventually get them - despite the hotel not being busy. Breakfast wasn't great - fresh fruit was very small slices (eg 1-2 strawberries sliced) all on a small plate which quickly ran out. We also waited far too long for coffees and the hot omelette - which arrived as we were leaving (only 3 other tables occupied on that day). Just not 5* service. The final negative was the €50 per person per use of the onsite "spa", a lukewarm jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a steam room. Having been told this was included when we asked, we were very surprised to be charged and had to negotiate the removal of the charge, which to their credit was done under the circumstances. However it made an uncomfortable end to an already under-par stay. The cost should be made clear, there was plenty of opportunity to explain the cost to us both at the main reception and at the spa reception. There was also nothing about it in the room information, which I always read thoroughly. We spent 10 days in Puglia, there are better places to stay for less cost.

Sejour d une nuit au cours d un periple dans les Pouilles. La reception est parfaite. Nous avons eu une chambre côté parking et route et aussi sur de petites vignes et le restaurant. Nous avons pris l option massage, parfait également et avons profité du spa. Dans les moins: Les boissons dans le mini bar sont payantes et pas de bouteilles d eau gratuites...5€ la bouteille d eau de 50cl. Pas de clim dans la chambre, nous avons ouvert la fenetre et avons eu droit aux aboiements du chien une partie de la nuit. Le diner est sans plus (par rapport au standing de l hotel), le service est tres bien, le vin est bon. Idem pour le ptit dej. Surprise au moment du depart: - le prix des bouteilles d eau - l utilisation du spa apres les massages, est facturé 50€ par personne! Et personne ne nous a annoncé le prix!

Extremely beautiful and tranquil atmosphere - extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Good restaurant - but might be more visible on the website - especially that it is closed on Sundays.

It is a beautiful property with pleasant garden and common areas. Staff was lovely and helpfull. Breakfast is very good based on organic local products. A place highly recommended!
