Très bon restaurant et petit déjeuner exceptionnel… non loin du Centre mais totalement dans la campagne… très reposant et ressourçant.

Die Zimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Alles ist sehr alt und abgenutzt. Ein riesiges Klimagerät steht auf dem Boden neben dem Sofa. Das Badezimmer und der Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls sehr alt. Außerdem war der Überwurf auf dem Sofa voller alter Flecken.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Overall, everything was perfect for families and for people looking for an upscale experience. The structure is amazing, and the garden is beautiful and very well maintained. I also felt that the place was very safe and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent, with very good-quality food and staff who take great care of their customers and pay attention to every detail. I definitely recommend this place, and I will certainly go again.

L’employé qui nous a presque mouillé les pieds quand on était a l’apéro à la piscine au lieu de nous dire simplement que ça fermait à 19 h00 Le bitter dans un gobelet en plastique transparent toujours à la piscine Au restaurant la patronne je pense qui pousse à la consommation total un verre de vin à 15€ Les quantités dans l’assiette sont minimes par rapport au prix Et pour finir les mugs en plastique au petit déjeuner

Ужасный отель, никому не рекомендую, и берегите свои вещи не оставляйте их в номере без присмотра. English We stayed at this hotel for two nights after a shopping trip to the outlet. When we got home, we discovered that some of the items we had purchased were missing from our luggage. We are convinced they disappeared while we were staying at this hotel. This was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you decide to stay here, be very careful and never leave your belongings unattended in your room. We certainly will not be returning. Italiano Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti dopo aver fatto acquisti all’outlet. Una volta tornati a casa, ci siamo accorti che mancavano alcuni degli articoli che avevamo acquistato. Reviewed Jul 6, 2026La villa est très bien placée très proche des outlet et surtout la villa est très belle, la chambre spacieuse et les extérieurs très beaux, très propre et surtout extrêmement calme. Idéale en famille mais aussi en couple.
Alors vraiment la déception était le restaurant pas la qualité car les plats sont très bons mais c'était extrêmement long plus de deux heures pour un repas et pareil pour le petit déjeuner on commande des pancakes et il n'arrive jamais résultat plus de 45 min encore à table donc très désagréable café froid en attendant. Même si les personnes sont très agréables l'organisation est très moyenne à ce prix.

The room and the hotel did not match the description or photos on Booking.com. The furniture was very old and worn out, the room smelled musty, there were insects, and the bedding was poor, with only thin throws instead of proper blankets. The worst issue was the constant loud noise from the elevator every few minutes, which made it impossible to sleep. I was travelling with two children, and the conditions were extremely stressful and unacceptable. We left the hotel the next morning and would not recommend this property. We’ve decided not to stay second night, because it was impossible to sleep. The hotel didn’t cancel the reservation for the second night and didn’t return money. This is the way they handle their business and deceive people.

repeatedly asked the hotel to cancel the booking for the second night because my first night at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. The room and the hotel did not meet the expected standards. The furniture was very old and worn out, there were no proper blankets or comfortable pillows — only thin throws were provided. I didn’t unpack my luggage and slept in clothes because of the quality of beds, furniture and linens. The room is also missing proper bedding. Instead of normal blankets, only thin throws were provided. The pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to sleep. The worst problem started during the night. Every few minutes we were disturbed by loud scraping, banging, and vibrating noises coming from the elevator. Every time the elevator moved, the noise was clearly audible inside our room. Sleeping under these conditions was simply impossible. In addition, there were insects inside the room, which we had to remove ourselves. The room also has a strong musty smell of dampness and old furniture, making the stay even more unpleasant. All of these issues were reported to the hotel managers. Since the morning, I have repeatedly asked the reception to cancel the second night, but they just smiled and ignored. We left the hotel anyway while the management of hotel refused to cancel the second night and to refund the money for two rooms.

Nothing to report but maybe make sure to bring an adaptor to convert a thick two-pin plug to a thin 2-pin, as the plugs are a traditional Italian ones. That's if your phone charger has a thick 2-pin like mine, otherwise you'll be fine

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Unsere zwei Tage im Relais Villa Pomela waren einfach wunderbar. Wir haben dort unseren 35. Hochzeitstag gefeiert und hätten uns keinen schöneren Ort dafür wünschen können. Das gesamte Anwesen ist traumhaft – eine wunderschöne, sehr romantische Villa, die uns sofort begeistert hat. Die Räumlichkeiten, unser Zimmer sowie der weitläufige Park sind einfach beeindruckend. Wirklich: wow! Mit Pool und Bar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde stets liebevoll und reichlich nachgefüllt.Auch das Abendessen war top. Unser Zimmer mit großer Terrasse war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können dieses Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Alles ist durchschnittlich. Ich bekam eine Mail in der wir beschuldigt wurden etwas zerstört zu haben. Haben wir nicht. Wie hätten wir uns verhalten sollen? Alle entdeckten Schäden melden, wohl kaum. Ich hätte wohl zuerst den 30cm langen Riß in der Badewannenverkleidung gemeldet. Komisch das wir das nicht waren. Irgendwie ist eine schlechte Stimmung zwischen dem Personal spürbar. Nächstes Mal buche ich etwas nettes.

Při přijezdu po 1000 km, jsme dle rezenzi zvolili tento hotel, při ubytovani jsme nebyli upozorněni, že nám nefunguje klimatizace( venku bylo 30 C). Pán se nás snažil přesvědčit, že musime počkat 20 min( přičemž jsem mu tvrdila, že to nechladí), nakonec jsme museli otevřit balkonove dveře dokořán , kde bylo extrémně hlučná fontana do 23. Hod, potom to začlo-rodeo žabo vřesky!!misto odpočinku to bylo pro nas nevyspana noc!!! Myslela jsem si, že bude aspoň omluva od porsenálu, ale toho jsme se nedočkali!

Very very poor breakfast. I asked for fresh orange juice : 6 E and the glass was half full. No coffee machine in the room. The bed cover should not be used to sleep at night. Why not a duvet?

Reviewed May 22, 2026Der Garten ist nett. Der Balkon ist auch gut. Wenn man ins Outlet möchte ist die Lage ganz praktisch. wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur übernachtet.
Das Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer. Wir waren spät angekommen und nutzen das Angebot. Die ganze Sache empfand ich als ziemlich verkrampft und zu viel Wirbel mit dem Geschirr und Besteck. Das Essen passte nun gar nicht dazu, ich denke man kann es als uninspiriert bezeichnen, irgendwie Hausmannskost. Das passt nicht zusammen. Im Hotel vorher war das Essen spannend, der Service ähnlich aufwändig aber nett, zum wohlfühlen. Wir hatten keinen Wein -- zum Glück. Aber lassen wir das. Die Zimmer sind -- Zimmer. Bei dem Preis könnte man vielleicht etwas neuere Fliesen im Bad erwarten. Egal, soweit würde ich das ganze durchschnittlich bewerten. Nun musste ich aber eine Nachricht vom Hotel lesen wonach ich einen Stuhl mit einem von mir in das Zimmer geschafften Bügeleisen verbrannt haben soll. Vorweg, habe ich nicht. Bekleidungsmässig sind wir eher am unteren Ende solcher Hotels unterwegs, wüsste das Hotel über wen sie reden, wüssten sie das Bügelaktionen auf dem Zimmer für uns absurd sind. Und überhaupt, ich hätte erwartet das solch ein Hotel erst einmal fragt ob etwas passiert ist, bevor Beschuldigungen geäußert werden. Natürlich würden wir von uns verursachte Schäden begleichen. Ich kann das sogar verstehen. Mal ehrlich wer schleppt ein großes Bügeleisen aufs Zimmer und stellt es dann mit der heißen Fläche, auf einem Stuhl ab? Wer sich in solch einem Hotel einmietet hat ausreichend Geld oder eine Versicherung um für so etwas aufzukommen.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit guter Lage und grossem Park. Habe nicht dort gegessen
Gym Zeiten sollten angepasst werden, da man nicht vor 9 am rein kann. Das Hotel sagt, dass wegen der Lage des Gyms im 4. Stock und allfälligem Lärm eine frühere Oeffnung nicht möglich ist, soweit nachvollziehbar. Habe das Gym besichtigt und es war soweit ok ausgerüstet. Im Vergleich zu dem was man sonst in Italien an Gyms sieht, sogar gut. Vielleicht findet das Management ja doch noch eine andere Lösung in der Zukunft.

Rooms need blackout curtains, room Ac needs to be better. Breakfast could have more variety. There should be a tea station with kettle in the rooms.
