Me dijeron que me daban una habitación en la planta "7" pero el ascensor solo llega a la planta 6. Acepte sin problema por las vistas, pero no me dijeron que era el ático reacomodo que tiene las máquinas del ascensor al lado y es imposible dormir por la noche puesto que tienes todo el ruido del motor del ascensor en el cabecero de la cama.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Reception molto cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare gli zaini per poter andare alla messa del pellegrino delle 12 -in cattedrale non si può entrare con gli zaini- prima di fare il check in alle ore 15. La colazione compresa era di qualità. Eravamo al quinto piano verso il cortile interno la stanza era silenziosa. A 10 minuti a piedi ci sono stazione del treno e dei pullman (subito sotto la stazione dei treni) proprio all'uscita dell'hotel c'è invece il pullman che per 1 euro porta in aeroporto

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wir haben beim Einchecken um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und bekam dann eines im 6. Stock und nicht zur Straße hin. Daher war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig und man hörte von der Straße die direkt davor vorbei geht nichts. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Catethrale, am Markt oder im Park. Das Frühstück war gut mit pikantem uns süssem und es wurde immer schnell nachgebracht wenn etwas aus war. Der Bus zum Flughafen ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt und der Bus vom Flughafen bleibt direkt vor dem Hotel stehen.
Der Lampenschirm im Zimmer war aus Stoff und war eingerissen, das schaute nicht besonders schön aus. Es gab keine Dusche sondern eine Badewanne und die Verglasung davon ging nur bis zur Hälfte sodass man "vorsichtig" duschen musste damit nicht der ganze Boden nass wird. Die Zimmertüren haben keine Schnallen, man kann sie nur zuziehen, dass verursacht einen starken Lärm den man vom Gang ins Zimmer hört wenn andere Gäste gehen oder kommen. Kasten gab es keinen sondern nur eine Nische mit ein paar Kleiderhaken und eine Ablagefläche.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026El desayuno muy bien. La habitación en general bastante cómoda. La ubicación estupendo andando llegas enseguida al centro.
Para aparcar tienes un parking en frente del hotel que te cuesta 15,50€ el día. Lo malo es que no hay aparcamiento cerca gratuito como tal. Pero al final, es un hotel muy céntrico. Es ideal si te quedas para poquito tiempo y tener todo a mano.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Pretty much at the center of the city but just a tad bit out of the noisy streets. Near the bus stop going to the airport and the room have all your basic needs. Kettle is a plus but would be nice if there's a coffee sachets to go with it and not just tea. Able to leave our baggage is deffo a nice touch.
Lift is tiny but you got 2 side by side. Didn't opt for the breakfast so can't comment on that. The receptionist don't seem to be friendly but that's just my 2 cents.

We arrived very late in the evening off a train from San Sebastián and the Reception staff were really helpful in recommending somewhere to eat nearby. Room was spacious and spotless and the air con was very welcome after a long sweaty train journey!
Nothing - very straightforward and comfortable hotel.

Invasione di zanzare durante la notte… non si è riusciti a riposare bene a causa dell’elevato numero di zanzare che sono entrate durante la notte…abbiamo lasciato la finestra leggermente aperta e ci siamo ritrovati la mattina con almeno 200 zanzare sui muri per tutta la camera e pieni di punture. Non siamo stati allertati da questo enorme problema.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Superzentrale Lage, direkt an der Praza Galicia, also zwischen alter und neuerer Innenstadt, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, und den Bahnhof kann man in kurzer Zeit gut zu Fuss erreichen.
Wenn man wie in unserem Fall mit Auto und viel Gepäck anreist, wäre ein Aufzug bis zu den Parkdecks unter dem Platz hilfreich, plus vielleicht ein paar für Hotelgäste vorgesehene Stellplätze.

Relación calidad-precio excesivo. Supongo que dependerá del mes. Agosto casi 200€ la noche sin desayuno siendo un 2 estrellas parece caro.

Todo estuvo bien. Lo único, que no tiene parking pero hay uno en la puerta del hotel.

Todo bien. Recomendaría en caso de reservar cena Nikkei en el restaurante pedir expresamente “en terraza” porque si hace buen tiempo se está muy bien. Yo no lo puse en la reserva y nos pusieron dentro, pero luego nos pudieron mover muy amables.

L'esmorzar està bé però només hi ha un cambrer i no dona a l'abast per repostar els productes que s'acaben.

Blow dryers didn't work (worked only for periods of 2 minutes, had to let the blowdryer "rest" for 10 minutes. Impossible to dry your hair). Beds weren't too comfortable, the room was very small for the price we paid.
