Beautiful property with ideal location, a short walk from the Windmills and shopping area. Free shuttle was extremely helpful. Amazing included breakfast!

Localização maravilhosa para ir caminhando até Little Venice. Quarto muito confortável, amplo e com linda vista. Serviço de transfer do porto/aeroporto disponível sem custo (não usamos pois alugamos carro, mas é uma grande facilidade). Café da manhã excelente.

O hotel é lindo, muito bem localizado, com excelente infraestrutura, o café da manhã é muito bom, nossa varanda tinha vista para o mar e por do sol. Foi tudo muito confiável e muito gostoso.

O banheiro tinha um problema na vedação do box, espalhava um pouco de água ao tomar banho. Vale a sugestão para arrumar este problema

Alles war perfekt!

Schöne Anlage, Schöne große Zimmer. Flighafen Shuttle Hin und Zurück war auch super organisiert.

Frühstücksbuffet war relativ klein und auch immer sehr leer - bzw die warmen Speisen waren leider immer kalt.

Poseidon Hotel was a lovely and beautiful hotel in Mykonos! We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the town but not close enough that it was too loud. The sunset view was beautiful. The room was clean and was cleaned daily, so we always had fresh towels and bedding! The breakfast was our favorite! They had many options and there was some of the most delicious assortment of fruits. The breakfast staff was also very attentive and continuously made sure we had room to eat. The reception staff helped us to arrange a pickup and drop off from the airport which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a lovely hotel!

The pool closes at 20:00, which felt a tad bit too early. Keycards are finicky. You cannot have them near your phone or wallet or they won’t work on the door. This might not be Poseidon Hotel’s issue, but there are plaques in the rooms that say they offer 24/7 car pickup if you arrange with the front desk a day before. My partner and I arranged with the front desk a pick-up at 3:30am at Cavo Paradiso and it was confirmed by the driving agency. But at 3:30am they completely forgot us and we had to instead wait for a taxi. Overall, front desk staff did a lovely job arranging it, but it seems like perhaps there was a slip with the communication.

The location and nice breakfast with friendly staff in the restaurant.

The rooms are older than what the photos show and worn out. We paid for the deluxe room but it was anything but deluxe. The bathroom is old and needs renovation. The room was spacy but with old furniture. But the most important was the cleaning. Cleaning needs definitely more attention. Also the driver of the shuttle bus is rude!

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male im Poseidon Hotel. Den früheren Rezensionen ist nichts hinzuzufügen ! Der Aufenthalt war von der ersten Minute an überzeugend.

Buona posizione, ma struttura deludente L’unico vero punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione: in appena due minuti a piedi si raggiunge la zona più centrale di Mykonos, con ristoranti, locali e negozi. Anche fino a tarda notte, circa le 2, c’è movimento, quindi è molto comodo per chi vuole uscire la sera e rientrare tranquillamente a piedi. Per il resto, però, la struttura mi ha lasciata piuttosto delusa. L’hotel appare poco curato e in alcuni punti un po’ lasciato a se stesso, con diversi aspetti che avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era davvero molto piccola e anche il bagno era minuscolo. Inoltre, la doccia perdeva acqua e nel complesso la stanza avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di qualche intervento. Anche la piscina è piuttosto piccola e, considerando il prezzo pagato nel periodo di alta stagione, mi aspettavo decisamente qualcosa di più. Infine, anche il personale non mi è sembrato all’altezza del livello e del prezzo della struttura: mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione e professionalità. In sintesi, ottima posizione, ma rapporto qualità-prezzo non soddisfacente. Con una maggiore cura della struttura, interventi di manutenzione e un servizio più attento, l’hotel potrebbe sicuramente offrire un’esperienza molto migliore.

The room is very small. Even the bathroom. The bathroom could’ve be bigger with some storing spaces. Also during our stay, there was a girl screaming after midnight for two days. And that wasn’t pleasing at all.

One of my favorite hotels in Mykonos. I always come back to this one because it’s got the best location in my opinion and compared to the prices of other hotels in the area, I think this one stands out as a real winner

O hotel tem localização excepcional, próximo ao terminal de onibus e uns 300m da vila principal. O transfer e welcome drink cortesias são um grande diferencial. A psicina e area comum são ótimas. Os itens de higiene pessoal eram de muito boa qualidade, tendo até kit de barbear/depilação no quarto. A pizza do hotel é muito boa. Mas o grande diferencial é a vista do quarto, um por do sol incrível!

O quarto era pequeno, sendo um pouco apertado para uma casal com duas malas de mão e uma de 23kg, mas nada que particularmente atrapalhe a experiência.

The property itself was nice and well located. The overall stay was comfortable, and the facilities were as expected. We only stayed for one night, so I can’t comment extensively, but overall the property was fine.

Unfortunately, the staff communication was the main disappointment. I found the person handling the chat to be quite rude and dismissive on multiple occasions. There may have been some misunderstanding, but I travelled extensively around Greece during the same trip and never experienced this kind of communication elsewhere. When our shuttle was delayed, I simply asked for an update and was told that it was a shuttle and not a private transfer, which felt unnecessarily dismissive. Later, when I asked how we would return after our dinner reservation, my question was somehow interpreted as wanting to cancel, and the arrangement was cancelled without informing me first. Thankfully, everything worked out, but it could easily have caused a problem. Since I had booked the property for my birthday, I was hoping for a warmer and more welcoming experience. The property itself was fine, but the staff interaction definitely affected the overall experience.

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Our stay was truly amazing—the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and all the amenities the hotel offered contributed to a wonderful experience. I would be delighted to visit again.

la situation de l'hôtel est super, à proximité de tout, près de la mer et au calme le soir, en plus, piscine est superbe et bien protégée des rafales de vent. Chambre coquette et fraîche avec beaucoup d'équipements (même une planche à repasser, pèse personne, nombreux ceintres...). Transferts offerts, ce qui est génial et un vrai confort. Petit déjeuner excellent, avec beaucoup de variété, et du fait maison, excellent ! et accueil charmant qui nous a accordé une chambre avec vue comme demandé, merci beaucoup !

Totul a fost perfect

The facilities and staff were fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and fresh choices. The location was one of the best features with a beautiful view of the sunsets, the windmills, a short walk to Agios Charalabos Beach, and an easy walk to any point in Mykonos Town for dinner, shopping, and site seeing.

Something that could be better...One night they had live music by the pool/restaurant. We found out as we were returning from dinner. Had we known we would have likely stayed in for the festivities. They should let the patrons know when these types of activities are planned.

O chuveiro superior não estava funcionando e tivemos que tomar banho pelo chuveirinho. E a porta do box não vedava bem. Mas nada disso comprometeu a hospedagem.

Nik behind the bar was very friendly and worked extremely hard. The location was really good, right next to the windmills. Everything in Mykonos City was walkable.

建物自体が防音されていなく、廊下や上階からの歩く音や話し声が聞こえる。

La ubicación es excelente. Si vas a pié son 300 mts planos al centro. Pero si lo haces en vehiculo, su estacionamiento privado y la facilidad para salir hacia las playas es lo más destacables. Dato importante para varios turistas. No tiene el típico bidet. Pero adaptan ducha de mano pegado al hinodoro. Es una buena opción que grecia está adoptando.

Algo antiguo pero bien conservado el baño. Avisar si tienen problemas de movilidad. Hay alguna escalera. .

El personal del hotel, super atento, amable, le informan de todos los planes que uno puede hacer, excelente atención al cliente

Que realmente no me dieron la habitación como tal que aparecía en la foto en Booking, me dieron una con escalas dentro de la habitación,aunque estaba cómoda era un poco difícil bajar y subir escalas dentro de la habitación
