La habitación no estaba bien limpia, el colchón tenía ácaros. Le falta mantenimiento a la habitación. Adicionalmente, las cortinas de la habitación no cubrían la ventana por lo tanto ingresaba mucha claridad a la habitación desde las 4am no logré dormir más. Las almohadas muy duras, no son cómodas. El sofá que tenían en la habitación estaba lleno de polvo y sucio.

This is my third time there in July. And since I arrived at my room I told them that my room order was one bed and when I saw it was 2 beds. I also told them on the front desk that the air conditioning was NOT working properly and they supposedly did an inspection but the air never worked as it should. My wife and I went up into the room at night more than if we were out in the open. I have a bad impression and a great disappointment.

We chose the Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Boutique Resort largely based on the photos shown online — especially the beach setup with chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, that image is misleading. There are currently NO chairs or umbrellas on the beach at all. During our stay, we were told this is because the hotel does not have the proper permits in place to provide them. This may have been available in the past, but it is not the current reality — and this is not clearly communicated anywhere when booking. As a result, there is no shade and no place to sit at the beach, which makes it very difficult to spend time there comfortably in the heat. This was a major disappointment and significantly impacted our stay. In fact, we ended up having to take a $40 taxi to Walmart just to buy our own umbrella (another $40 expense), which is unreasonable considering we already paid thousands of dollars for a beachfront resort experience. The rest of the property also feels under-resourced: Not enough chairs at the pools Towels run out quickly Loud music at the pool makes it almost impossible to relax Very limited food options Food prices are extremely high (airport-level expensive) The “included continental breakfast” is very disappointing: basic bread, yogurt, and tasteless fruit — no buffet, no variety Room experience was also below expectations: Pillows are uncomfortably high Our room was not cleaned on the second day; we were told they were short-staffed On top of that, I had an allergic reaction and there was no antihistamine available anywhere on property — not even for purchase. Overall, this is not a relaxing beach resort experience. It feels understaffed, under-resourced, and misrepresented online. If you are traveling to Puerto Rico for a true beach vacation, this is NOT the place.

Great location and vibrant facilities and atmosphere. Resort offers swimming pools including pool bar with great music. Good selection of food and drinks. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the beach also available. Room was spacious and had everything. Areal was kept tidy and clean. There are also tennis courts near by and possible to use for a fee. Overall good value for money.

The gated community is peaceful and serein. The private access beach is within an light walk (3-5 minutes) from the front door of the hotel. Three separate pools. The adult only pool is an infinity pool that has a hot tub and swim up bar. The eastern pool has a "river walk" and an artificial beach. I did not visit the kiddy pool. The beach shuts down around 6p due to rip tides, but it is still available to sit and socialize. The hotel has a fire pit which can be used and adds to an evening social event. I don't golf but the course appears very well kept and has nice views. Golf Carts can be rented through the hotel which helps get around the community. Inside the Hotel gated community are several other gated areas which are off-limits except for residents. The entire area is very quiet and peaceful except for other, inconsiderate hotel guests that refuse to close their doors quietly! The entire community is extremely well kept and maintained. There are pool side villas, hotel rooms, and logo suites. We stayed in a logo suite which has a balcony and a separate door to section off the bedroom from the rest of the room. Included in the logo suite is also a sofa bed. The shower has 2 separate showerheads, one on each end of the large walk-in shower. The water pressure is incredible and even with both showers going, the pressure is not affected. The only downside is there is NO microwave, but it does have a small fridge and a safe.

Hotel looked nice when you walked in however, the rooms look like dirty prison cells with popcorn ceilings, and mold that was painted over. There was a speck of blood on the sheets. It was really disgusting. Food was not readily accessible and was subpar.

Third time for our wedding anniversary. Great staff. A few that I would like to recognize: Angel the valet was ultra-professional. Always friendly & helpful. Servers at Trova: Genesis, Gabriel, Carmen, & Natalia. All very nice. Cyd the bartender - very busy but extremely friendly & made our night. Rashida the manager was also very friendly & on top of things. Jumping in when needed. Mayelis the hostess was always very pleasant & smiling. Lastly Nashali from housekeeping was a pleasure. All were very professional, friendly, & helpful. These employees stood out.

Xavian this guy is the GREATEST PERSON in the world. He was very helpful and made this stay worth it. I be back because of it. He is the man. Thank you for a great weekend

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of eating at Trova and it was truly one of the best meals we have ever had. I've traveled around the world and this stood out above all the rest, especially the short rib and the coconut ceviche. A special shoutout to our server Saúl as well as Luis, Christian, Ayeisha, and the wonderful Chef Miguel. This is a must stop if you're in Puerto Rico!

I dined at Trova on one of our last evenings in PR. We honestly chose Trova simply because it was our closest option. This evening we sat at the bar and the bartender Gabriel was our perfect guide. He helped us with a couple of drinks and couldn’t have been friendlier. We asked Gabriel for appetizer suggestions and I ordered the Pulpo Al Estrillo Joyuda and the Ceviche De Coco and they were absolutely delicious beyond anything I’d ever had. My friend ordered the Guanime Con Salmorejo and he loved it. We both ordered the strip steaks “Nuevayol” for our main course and here is where I get lost for words. I am cautious when I review things because I don’t review often and I certainly want to do the restaurant justice but also honor anyone looking for an honest review. I have loved big hearty steaks my entire life and I’ve been blessed to eat at some of the finest steakhouses. I’ve certainly eaten too many steaks but here goes. The steak at Trova may have been the best steak I have ever had in my life! It simply came with very good fries and that was perfect because no accompaniment could hold a candle to that perfectly cut and cooked piece of beef!!! Thank you Gabriel for your suggestions but thank you Trova for that experience! So you think that’s it. Nope this is going to sound crazy but I went back to our room after dinner to tell my wife about the meal I just had. She didn’t accompany us because she was a little under the weather. I explained the meal I’d just had and she laughed because she understands my love of not eating but experiences. I finished blabbing about my meal and called reservations to extend our stay for no other reason but to eat at Trova again! We made a reservation and this time we sat in the back room overlooking the beautiful hidden pool area and Yara was our server. She too like Gabriel the night before was outstanding but it may have been a little easier for her because I ordered the exact same meal. I prayed it would be as good as the night before and just like magic it was perfect again!!! My wife ordered the Caldoso De Langosta which she really enjoyed and another great dining experience was over. We are going back for 2 weeks after Christmas 26’ with our family. See you then!

I had a great stay at Wyndham Palmas. After long, humid days exploring the area, coming back to a comfortable room with strong AC was a huge relief. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after being out in the Puerto Rico heat. One of the highlights of the trip was the Sunday party called Boho. It had such a fun vibe—great music, great energy, and a perfect way to spend the evening. The property itself is beautiful, especially the golf course. Two courses to choose from! Palmas and flamboyant. Both were gorgeous. Even if you’re not playing, it’s really nice to walk around and enjoy the scenery. There are also plenty of activities nearby. We went horseback riding, fed the turtles, and spent time relaxing on the beach, which is just a short walk away. The food at their restaurant Trova was amazing. Everything we tried was delicious and it quickly became one of our favorite spots during the stay. There are others nearby the hotel on property such as captain shacks and koffey, great place to grab breakfast. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. The general manager, Carlo, always greeted us and other guests during our stay. He has an incredible memory and interacts with every guest on a personal level, making sure everyone’s needs are met and that they feel welcomed. Brian and Jayson were also fantastic, and the bellmen Jose and Efrain always greeted us with a genuine smile. They made us feel at home and really showed us a good time while we were there, pointing out the various activities we could do such as Pilates with puppies in the mornings. Overall, Wyndham Palmas offers comfort, great food, beautiful surroundings, fun events, and truly exceptional hospitality. I would definitely come back.

I would like to be very honest and straightforward in my feedback. The location of the hotel is beautiful; however, it is far too boring considering how extremely expensive it is. I paid $760 for two nights, and my expectations were completely different until I arrived. There is absolutely nothing to do on the property. The pool is very small, and there are no activities or entertainment offered. It was truly disappointing and honestly very boring overall. Additionally, the bathtub in Room 106 leaks water from the sides, and the hot water control is not functioning properly. The beach was also very disappointing. It is unattractive, very dirty, and not suitable for swimming. You cannot properly enter the ocean at all. I genuinely would not return to this hotel. I paid far too much for what turned out to be a very underwhelming and disappointing experience. If it were possible, I would request a refund, although I understand it may already be too late.

We went to celebrate my daughter birthday and she loves it. Our experience was one of the best in long time. The service was incredible.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time there. Property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, overall experience was excellent. We were checked in an hour later of the scheduled time but receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience. The family suit was comfortable, and everything felt relaxing and well thought out for a family stay. The only small suggestion for improvement, especially for the family suit, would be a larger trash can in the bathroom, an ironing ironing board and a microwave, which would make longer stays even more convenient. Also a more user friendly coffee maker would be a nice upgrade. Overall. everything was great and we would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommended for comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

The place was great! But what made it even better was the exceptional service provided at check in and check out by Efrain Rodriguez! His customer service skills were top notch and he truly needs recognized for what he does for your resort.

I was there for a college golf tournament and to be honest the facilities, especially the bedrooms are extremely tired and poorly appointed. The places in dire need of a renovation.

Loved the location. Resort was clean and very well maintained. Pool bar was alot of fun with Hector and Kayla offering great drinks and great service! I would definitely stay there again!!

Even before I arrived, the staff at this hotel was amazing. Brian, Director of Guest Services, answered any questions I had before arrival with patience and kindness. He provided transportation information that also turned out great. Once I arrived, I felt like a VIP. I was taken great care of and all the staff was lovely. You can tell they really love what they do and want you to enjoy your stay. Trova was an amazing restaurant-I ate there several days for all meals. I love that they have bikes for you to use so I rode around Palmas and even rode to the farmers market one day. The day I wanted to sit at the beach and the chairs were not set up, they sent someone right over who set up the chairs and an umbrella for me. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to go as well as return there myself!

Our server, Carmen, has been such a delight. Her smile, warmth and genuine, engaging personality brought sunshine even in the rain!

Beautiful setting and staff. Few minor issues but they were dealt with. Great staff especially Efrain Rodriguez who gets you at the entrance and Adrian and Xavier at the front desk. The food at all hotel locations was amazing.

I had the pleasure of watching the Super Bowl at the Wyndham Las Palmas with my family and friends. It made me so proud to partake with my fellow Puerto Ricans. The Bar service was especially impressive. Aside from all who were outstanding Sebastian stood out. He treated us with such attention to detail. What a professional service. This man knows the business of treating guests OUTSTANDING. Finally, I had the honor and privilege to meet the Hotel Security Officer named Brian. This man saved my life. I misplaced my bag and did not even realize it until Brian came looking for me and found me in the packed ballroom with all the guests enjoying the BadBUNNY halftime show. He called me out and asked me to step out and presented me with my bag which had all of my IDS, Passport and money. I was shocked that I could be that careless, but Brian reassured me to the point of tears. OMG has no idea what a lifesaver he is. This man is a Godsend and kept smiling the whole time with me and all of the other guests. All I can say is I will recommend all of my family and friends to the Wyndham. You have won a customer for LIFE. 🇵🇷

My time with Wyndham Palmas Beach Resort at Botica bar was awesome. My friend and I were greeted warmly by Jayson who helped us valet our car. Jayson was so polite/respectful and gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. Sebastian & Gabriel were attentive, caring and communicative waiters. It was very busy and Sebastian kept us updated on when to expect our food and drinks. The vibe was very fun and all staff greeted us with a smile.

I really wanted to give this place a nice review. Some of the staff - including Jose and Natalie - went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The pools are nice, the food is quite good, the rooms were clean. But here’s the dealbreaker: our group of ten women, spread across five double rooms, had no hot water the entire time we stayed there. The hotel clearly knew about the problem, and when we complained, we were quickly offered continental breakfast vouchers and the use of a shower in another building (that would have to be shared by all ten women). Unfortunately, that shower had intermittent hot water and we were not able to take a hot shower the entirety of our stay. When we reported the issue, my roommate and I were led to believe that we would also receive a discount on our room so we tolerated the inconvenience. But when we checked out we were told that there would be no such discount. We were not allowed to speak to the manager and received no response to an email sent to the manager. Sadly, I cannot in good conscience recommend this resort.

Amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. The pool bar was a highlight, Kayla made the most amazing drinks and truly made the experience special.

This resort was beautiful from the outside and we were so excited for our trip until we reached our room. I was told we were getting a “renovated” room when we checked in late night/early morning. Our room was outdated and dirty on top of that. The shampoo, soap, and conditioner were watery. So if you plan to come bring your own toiletries. There was mold in the shower and rust and we occasionally got a whiff of sewage. The floors were stained and there was dirt and dust in the corners. Even showering felt gross, there was little small hairs left behind in the shower. We tried to get a room change but everything was apparently booked and it was frustrating arriving 4/5am just to sleep in a disgusting room with cheap amenities. The next day we were told we were going to get a priority cleaning for our room. The little hairs in the shower were still there but the shower was wet? We also started smelling cologne randomly in the room only to find out one of our pillows reeked of cologne (not his). And some pillows had a mildew smell. They also provided small body lotions that are being refilled in dirty bottles. We were so disappointed especially with the price of the resort and the resort fees. Being outdated is fine but at least provide a clean room? Nothing felt clean and we felt icky the entire stay, even after our “priority cleaning.” I never write reviews but this was unacceptable, I have never stayed in a hotel or even motel this dirty. I’m leaving two stars because the outside of the resort is stunning and the kind workers. But the room was disappointing and they should definitely be reinvested in. Even the mirror wasn’t accurate! It elongated your entire body. I can go on and on… this was a disappointment.

Great place for a retreat. Beautiful scenery, excellent service, especially from Yara at the Trova restaurant. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations.

The hospitality from the workers is amazing and very fitting for a resort that focuses on a great relaxing experience. Personal shoutout to our attendants at the Pool Cafe Bar. Mr. Nashil treated us extremely well and even recommended very popular restaurants and night life spots. Mr. Hector was an amazing server. He was very helpful and quick to take our orders and the customer service from both was just absolutely outstanding. Thank you gentleman!!

We loved Puerto Rico and will definitely come back. The people were great and welcoming at all times. We were underwhelmed with this property and had a few issues with our room. Most things minor but below our expectations. Rooms and the property were very clean. Not a ton of amenities on the property but a good place to relax at the beach. We preferred other areas on the island and would likely stay elsewhere in the future.

Cud was the perfect bartender, courteous and service oriented. Yovan was very intelligent and gave us great advice on which food varieties they had. Awesome stay!

At Trova restaurant we were greeted by the great host Yovan, such a knowledgeable guy, and had the greatest espresso martini in a long time made by Cyd. She was so kind and serviceable. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

The service provided by managers Jayson and Brian is always extraordinary, as is the service received from Xiomar, Efraín, Carlos, and waitress Nicole in the restaurant, who take care of every detail with care and anticipate guests' needs. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that makes a difference and sets an exceptional standard of quality. Highly recommended!

The Wyndham Palmas was absolutely wonderful . The lobby has a very warm and inviting vibe. Having a room on 1st floor right outside the pool was great and the bartenders at the poolside Hector and Kayla made us feel like family as we traded stories back and forth . The Trovas restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. I would definitely make staying at the Wyndham a must whenever we come back to Puerto Rico!!

La carta para cena del restaurant fatal, deben poner más opciones en el menú ya que no todo el mundo come mariscos y cuando van niños el menú de la carta no tiene opciones buenas. Parte de la estructura para ser un lugar tan mencionado y costoso deberían arreglar un poco lo q son los pasillos a las habitaciones. El lugar no vale lo que se paga por una estadía ahí..

Unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what is expected from a 4-star hotel in a large international chain. We paid over $700 per night for 4nights, and inless than 24 hours it was already clear that the hotel does not meet basic standards of comfort, service, or management. The room has a severe humidity and condensation problem. If the air conditioning is not running 24 hours a day at very low temperatures (17–21°C), the floor becomes wet due to condensation. This creates an unacceptable situation, because we are traveling with a 10-month-old baby, so a wet floor is unsafe and unhygienic; and we cannot keep the AC running constantly at such low temperatures without affecting his health. The room becomes uncomfortably cold during the day, making it unpleasant to stay in. In short, we are forced to choose between dangerous humidity or excessive cold, which is completely unacceptable. Beach: There was only one umbrella for all guests (yes, incredible!) This is incomprehensible given the price, especially when traveling with small children who cannot be exposed to the sun for long periods. Pool: On both occasions we tried to use the pool, no towels were available. This is a basic service that should be guaranteed at all times. Room: There are no electrical outlets next to the bed, which is a very basic standard nowadays. Although the sheets looked clean, there was sand in the bed, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning control. The exterior area of the room, was dirty and not properly cleaned. Breakfast far below 4-star standards. Was very poor and limited for a hotel of this level. Even basic items like a omelet required an extra charge, which is shocking considering the room rate and the brand. The staff consistently provided contradictory information. Example, my husband was told that the gym opened at 6:00 am, so he set his alarm to be there on time — only to discover that the gym did not open until 10:00 am.

Make sure you check with them for rental car options. We stayed. For 6 days . Breakfast options are limited but do explore the area for options. Overall, a fun place to relax but you will need a rental car to get anywhere on the island and see places.Food and drink prices will quickly add up. It’s definitely not a cheap place.plan accordingly.

There are not the right words to describe what a amazing staff this hotel has working at this location. Each any every one is focused on a great guest experience. IN a work of beige color, they are vivid color!

I stayed at the hotel and from beginning to end the number 1 experience was Adrian, the front desk clerk. Other than that the landscape crew works while you are trying to relax by the pool, weed whacking wildly and then blowing debris, the chair person doesn’t put chairs on the beach till noon and the maid doesn’t sweep the floors in your room. The beach is not swimmable but the gated community is a nice feature is u can secure a golf cart otherwise it’s a hurdle. Visit pure vida a must restaurant in the plaza and visit the marina the restaurant this is a must. If your motivated go to the lookout tower but only if u have plenty of energy and time

Great stay! I would absolutely stay here again. The facility was clean and the staff was incredible. Everyone was very friendly. I have to take a moment to acknowledge Jonathan Castro and Stephanie Suarez. Each of them made us feel like family from the day we arrived. They were so helpful by making recommendations for the type of things we were looking for. We rented a golf cart $95/day and enjoyed some off site restaurants, but the food at resort was delicious. Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff- I don't ask for much more than that and Wyndham Palmas delivered!

Nice hotel, short walk to the beach (mostly rough for swimming but very nice for morning walk and coffee- grab a quesito and latte from Wyndham's coffee shop in the lobby)/ Two nice pools, one with a swim up bar and food. I stayed in a room up a few steps and a short walk from the front desk. Hotel room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was how loud the doors are for the rooms. I could hear them slamming shut as guests came an went all evening.

Trova Restaurant was the best for evening dinning. Every night Yara answered our questions and her suggestions were great!

I just spent eight days at Wyndham Palmas Beach & Golf Resort, and it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. I was there for an international sporting event, and from start to finish the hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff was absolutely outstanding—professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every need was met. No request ever felt like an inconvenience; they anticipated needs before I even had to ask. Between the comfort of the accommodations, the beautiful surroundings, and the level of care shown by the entire team, it was the perfect environment to stay focused, energized, and relaxed throughout a demanding week. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was an experience. I’m incredibly grateful to the Wyndham Palmas staff and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone traveling for sport, business, or simply an unforgettable stay in Puerto Rico.

Kayla was wonderful at the pool bar. She was helpful with both drinks and what to do during our stay. She created a great environment to end our day.

We can in off the beach at the end of the day and Kayla was extremely friendly and eager to serve! She made an amazing piña colada and filled me in on all the history behind the glass of Ron Del Barrlito I ordered neat!

Kayla was great and so was the entire staff 10/10 here! Food at the outside pool and the restaurant are top notch. The gym is excellent!

We had the best food and service with Yara. We got the cod and meloso de quinoa. The patio is really lovely and the drinks are really delicious too.

The resort had a real chill vibe. The food was great, room stayed clean, staff was phenomenal, and bang for our buck! It is an 1hr away from the airport, so rent a car. The secret beach was a 20min hike but the views were bar none!

Had a relaxing and enjoyable time. Angel Lozala also went above and beyond expectations to make things very pleasant for us. Thank you very much.

Alayra at the front desk,Giovanni for housekeeping,Jose the bell hop and Adrian from the front desk were absolutely exceptional and really deserve reward for their suprior service and dedication.This was our first time there and they made it special.We were very happy with the cleanliness of the grounds.The tub was clogged but easily remidied.My wife saw a baby roach in the unit.We would highly recommend this place and would return.We stayed in Room 06 from November 29 - December the 3rd.

This was a birthday trip for my husband. Everything was going great until we discovered while packing to leave out that the person/people who cleaned our room stole my husband's expensive cologne and they moved around our personal hygiene items in the bathroom. It was really weird. We called the front desk, they stated that they will alert security. We will see how they remedy thos situation.
