Stand op loopafstand (50m), prima ontbijt.

Kleine kamer. Wij hadden wel een groot balkon met zicht op de hoofdweg.

Wir kennen das Probem, und trotzdem kommen wir jedes Jahr. Das Hotel liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Es ist deshalb auch Nachts immer wieder sehr laut. Die städtische Müllabfuhr kommt morgens um 4.00 Uhr.

Kaum etwas

Fotos hier sind sehr gut gemacht entsprechen nur leider nicht der Realität vor Ort. Zimmer sehr sehr klein und sehr einfach. Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Haus das mit nur etwas Farbe versucht wurde es etwas herauszuputzen, was aber nicht wirklich ausreichend ist.

Sehr gute Lage, Strand direkt gegenüber. Es hat eine Strasse dazwischen, was uns nicht gestört hat. In der Hochsaison ist es wahrscheinlich lauter. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meersicht. Der Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich eingerichtet, das Buffet sehr reichhaltig. Für jeden etwas dabei. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert! Parken konnten wir in der Seitenstrasse, kostenlos..

Piękna pokoje (choć wiem że są w różnym standardzie, nam się akurat trafił bardziej nowoczesny- i ten bardzo polecamy. Wspaniałe, różnorodne śniadanie. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja tuż przy plaży.

Serwis na plaży niestety nie jest wliczony w cenę hotelu, w sezonie zestaw parasol plus dwa leżaki to koszt 25/30 euro, a rozłożyć swojego ręcznika czy koca na plaży nie można. Plaża publiczna na której jest to możliwe jest oddalona sporo od hotelu, hotel jest przy plaży nr 22 a plaża publiczna ma nr 1. Poza tym brak minusów :)

Diciamo che la colazione,pur essendo molto fornita, potrebbe essere arricchita con prodotti più " freschi" es.invece del pane in cassetta pane fresco integrale,au cereali ecc.tengo cont pero' siamo a fine stagione quindi tutto ottimo

man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung, alles wirkt stimmig. Die Lage unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade ist toll. In der Hauptsaison könnte es daher etwas lauter in der Unterkunft werden. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Śniadanie w moim guście. Lubię takie klimaty,uniknęłam wakacyjnych tłumów i piekielnych upałów. Polecam bardzo ciepły wrzesień i spokojny wypoczynek.

La struttura nuova bellissima e accogliente! La colazione abbondante dolce e salata e organizzata anche per gli intolleranti al lattosio finalmente mio marito ha potuto fare colazione con noi! Lo staff gentilissimo ci ritorneremo con piacere! Grazie di tutto!

Perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Als Hotelgast erhält man zudem einen zusätzlichen Rabatt bei der Reservierung eines Sonnenschirms und einer Liege. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und kundenorientiert. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Insgesamt bin ich mit meiner Hotelwahl sehr zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Park Situation am Hotel war auch super man konnte sich einen Parkplatz dazu buchen der Video überwacht ist am Hotel direkt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, auf dem Balkon hatte man direkten Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und bis nach Rimini. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es gab eine sehr große Auswahl und es gab jeden Tag was anderes, das Ambiente war in einem sehr schönen Style. Zum Strand waren es wenige Meter, ein Schirm und zwei liegen die man privat nutzt kosten 35€ für 2 Tage.

Die Matratze war ein bisschen zu weich und es gab nur eine Große Bettdecke die man sich teilen musste.

Todo fue perfecto, super limpio, super atentos, cómodo, buenas vistas . Excelente

Everything was purely perfect. Starting from excellent service before our stay and timely, engaged responses to communication about check in and parking, through the most beautiful location in the entire Rimini area with direct access to the beach and lovely restaurants, ice cream stations and playgrounds, through lovely room on the last floor with enormous and equipped terrace, view to the beach, the city and you can even see San Marino on the back! Perfect breakfast with a lot of variety and changing selection each day. Very cute area downstairs and little bar that you can enjoy until late. Parking is available in private location walking distance to the hotel. Make sure to check the little souvenirs like salt, soap and wine.

Loved this hotel next to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and bigger than we expected. It has a very holiday vibe, and I loved the design of the hotel. Excellent breakfast, with a big buffet to choose from. Also the parking was very easy to reach, either in front of the hotel or a few minutes walk. We had a lovely time and would love to come back!

Frühstück hatte alles was mein Herz begehrt. Zimmer OK für eine Woche. Der Strad war perfekt.

Es hatte wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

This was our first trip to Italy, and we are from Germany. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was great. A special thank you to Sara, who helped us a lot and was incredibly kind. We arrived late for breakfast, but the staff still kindly prepared breakfast for us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back with our family. Thank you for making our first experience in Italy so special! ❤️🇮🇹

De locatie is fantastisch voor een strand vakantie. Je loopt zo de straat over het strand op. Je huurt een plek en kan gaan wanneer je wilt. Personeel is vriendelijk. Wij hadden een parkeerplaats bijgeboekt. Dat is op ongeveer 300 meter maar je hebt prima de mogelijkheid om eerst voor de deur in en uit te laden. Ontbijt was divers en prima.

Wij kunnen geen negatieve dingen bedenken en zouden best weer terug willen gaan.

The only two things that I liked about this apartment was the Front desk clerk his name was Enrico and one of the servers at breakfast. Her name was Patrizia. Both of them were lovely and kind.

The apartment is rundown everything from the stairwell through to the interior of the room itself. Carpet is old. The room is extremely tight and a couple of the days the floors were actually moist.

Tutto ok. Come sempre.

Nous avons eu une chambre au 4e étage avec une grande et superbe terrasse ! Le cocktail était très bon et l'accueil parfait. La clim fonctionne bien sans faire trop de bruit, ce qui est plutôt rare. Quant au petit déjeuner, waouh, fantastique !

Leider Nachts durch den Trubel in Rimini sehr laut.

Hotel amplasat într-o locație foarte bună, plaja peste drum 😀, curățenie, mic dejun foarte bun. Administratorii hotelului, persoane interesate să te simți bine!Mulțumesc pentru camera cu balcon și vedere la mare!

Siamo clienti da tantissimi anni, ci sentiamo sempre a casa qui. Posizione centrale, fronte mare. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Camera ampia, pulita e ben arredata. Colazione FAVOLOSA, c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta tra dolce e salato, non manca mai nulla, tutte le pietanza sono sempre rimpiazzate velocemente. Ottima la piadina arrotolata con i salumi, le brioches ancora calde, la crema pasticcera, le marmellate e le torte fatte in casa. Un vero spettacolo per gli occhi e per la pancia. Il ragazzo alla reception è molto gentile, sorride e fa degli spritz strepitosi.

In front of the beach that was very clean and with options to have lunch or dinner, toilet and playground for the kids and adults 🙂. The accommodation was cleaned every day, the staff was very polite and gave us a stroller for night walks with the small kid. They also helped us get tickets to the aquarium in the city for discounted prices.

Noisy thru the night because you are basically on the main walking street in Rimini. You have the option to close the doors and have the AC running all night, which we wanted to avoid especially when the weather was not that warm thru the night.

Tutto perfetto! Camera pulitissima, essenziale ma comoda e con tutto il necessario. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Colazione da 10 (apprezzatissimo che ci fossero tante scelte veg). Posizione comoda e centrale.

Ausreichend Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal und auch die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Lage in Strandnähe super.

Die Brötchen beim Frühstück waren sehr hart, fanden wir nicht so toll. Nicht schön fanden wir, dass wir Strandliegen bezahlen mussten, da es ein Privatstrand ist, für eine Woche 120€ für die ganz hintersten liegen wo man vorn am Strand die Kinder null im Blick hat. Hier hätte man sich etwas mehr entgegenkommen gewünscht.

Die Lage, die Einrichtung - jedes Zimmer ist anders- wir hatten bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt ein Familienzimmer und beim zweiten zwei Doppelzimmer! Sehr lieb eingerichtet, Frühstück ist super und auch jedes Mal ein bisschen anders! Kommen bestimmt wieder
