There was one person at the front desk who was very rude.

Very clean new bedding every day. Great location. Small pool and sun area. Over all we would go back.

Alojamiento increíble, sobre todo por el personal. Viajamos con una niña de año y medio y nos facilitaron mucho el alojamiento, pudiendo usar el Microondas del comedor, poder subir la trona a la Habitación. Un encanto de verdad. Además, las vistas insuperables.

La decoración de las habitaciones algo anticuadas .

Buena ubicación. Tenía calentador con té y café de cortesía.

Desayuno buffet excesivamente caro. No se si tenía opción de café y tostada por un precio razonable.

La tranquilidad, cercanía a la playa, la habitación con unas vistas increíbles y mi habitación tenía aire acondicionado individual

Que la 20 0 30 tumbonas que hay en la piscina las gente las ponga toallas todo el día y que no las puedas usar ni media hora, cuando solo están las toallas, yo llegue a quitarlas y usar las tumbonas el rato de secado después de la playa

La ubicación, tanto respecto a la playa como a demás servicios es inmejorable. El trato de todo el personal es buenísimo.

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, y, a pesar de todas las virtudes que tiene y que nos ha hecho repetir, el mobiliario de las habitaciones ya se ve antiguo. Le hace falta una vuelta.

Only very very small disappointment was the lack of back ground music to complete the ambiance of the pool & sun bathing area. Don’t really want to hear everyone’s conversations from the pool area. Believe some type of background music ( doesn’t have to be loud) just enough to cancel out peoples conversations

Super rent hotel med fin indtjekning af venlig medarbejder. Perfekt beliggenhed i gåafstand til by med restauranter, de sædvanlige turist butikker. Derudover gode forbindelser til Malaga og mulighed for opsamling til ture til fx Sevilla mv.

Noget af personalet var det eneste der trak oplevelsen lidt ned. Måske det var sidst på sæsonen?

Great position for access to explore Torremolinos. Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Nice pool area that never seems too crowded. Great view from the sea view room. Air conditioning works well.

Location is somewhat outside the restaurants area. WIFI didn't have internet for a couple of days. Our room are small, air conditioning is quite loud (hard to sleep), furniture is weak. The pool and the pool area are small and there are only 25-30 sunbeds (for 50+ rooms), the sunbeds were taken even if there were no people nearby, it was impossible to even sit anywhere at the pool area afternoon.

Door een gecancelde vlucht in dit hotel beland. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, verzorgd, erg schoon en netjes hotel, ruime hotelkamer met fijne badkamer en balkon. Centraal gelegen aan de boulevard en strand. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Top!

La localización es perfecta, todo los servicios al lado, a un paso de la playa pero sin estar masificado. El personal amabilísimo y la limpieza de diez. Repetiremos seguro.

Lovely hotel, very clean and in a great location. We were celebrating a double birthday and the staff were very accommodating. The pool and beach were both lovely.

A beautiful relaxed hotel we loved it absolutely immaculate lovely fresh smell everyday . breakfast was lovely salt water pool sea view a lovely place for a couple who needs to unwind 😁

Excellente expérience dans cet établissement idéalement placé. Une chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et meublée, mais pas de façon sommaire ou style camping comme dans certains hôtels de bord de mer. Personnel pro et sympa. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Si on pouvait noter avec des décimales, j'aurais mis 8,5 !

Las piscinas muchísimo. En general, todo ha sido muy bueno

Smuk udsigt fra værelset, dejlig stor pool, stort værelse, stor balkon, dejligt stort badekar, god morgenmad, hjælpsom personale. Hyggelig pool bar, lækre drinks og god mad. Beliggenheden var fantastisk, tæt på stranden, restauranter og supermarked. Vi kommer gerne igen.

For lille og lunken koldt minikøleskab. Det må gerne have været større og mere koldt til at opbevare vandflasker i. Tørrestativet på badeværelset var placeret over toilettet, hvilket var irriterende, hvis vi ville tørre vådt badetøj, så dryppede det ned på toilettet. Det vil være bedre hvis tørrestativet blev flyttet over på væggen ved badekaret. Eller have et tørrestativ på balkonen, så man kan tørre sit badetøj og håndklæder.

Hotel ubicado en primera línea de playa , habitaciones muy amplia . Dispone parking pero habia sitio en las fechas que fuimos y una buena opción es dejarlo por las inmediaciones del Hotel que tenéis un Mercadona el cual si veis que se va algún empleado del lugar e intentar aparcarlo allí, porque es muy difícil aparcar en las fechas de julio allí. .

the room was much bigger than average hotels with lots of storage , the shower was very powerful and spacious. the hotel pool and garden was great with good facilities , bar , nice lunch options , clean wash rooms. The breakfast was very good , the location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly

Muy buena ubicación, colchones cómodos, nos dejaron un baño para ducharnos el ultimo dia, nos regalaron botellitas de agua.

La habitación olía mal, muy poca sombra en la zona de piscina, había arañas y mosquitos en la habitación. Los trabajadores podían ser en general un poco más amables.

Hotel isabel is small hotel, our room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. It is close to the beach and city centre.

The swimming pool looks bigger on photos, but it's actually small and the water warm. Though this is outside the hotel on the beach side, a strong smell of rotten fish could be smelt the time we were there.

Un poco incómodas las cocheras para entrar y salir con el vehículo. A pesar de ello súper necesarias como en todos estos lugares turísticos donde es casi imposible estacionar

The bathroom was not very clean, a lot of mold in the shower cubicle. It can be improved by a deep clean.

Personalen var jätte trevliga ( receptionen och de som städar rummen) förutom restaurangen- inte alla men en av dem följer efter alla och ställer tillbaka skedar från buffén och smäller tallrikar och stirrar på alla) jag har sagt det till henne men hon blev så arg och började skrika istället för att ta emot min återkoppling!!! Jag har målat hotellen och fick inget svar_ hennes kollegor har varit där men ingen har kommit fram och sagt ett ord.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, donc changement de chambre à 2 heures du matin la première nuit. Deuxième nuit dans la chambre initiale, la climatisation soit disant fonctionnelle ne fonctionnait toujours pas, donc changement de chambre à 2 heures du matin. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et pour le prix de la chambre, ce type d'incident me parait inadmissible. Quand à la vue sur un mur de bâtiment à mois de cinq mètre pour un hôtel en front de mer, il serait appréciable d'en être informé lors de la réservation. Enfin, attention au parking : il est difficile d'y manœuvrer. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y atención del personal. Literalmente sales de la habitación a la playa. El personal siempre está disponible y dispuesto a ayudar. Horario de limpieza de habitaciones bastante amplio

La cafetería interior no estaba habilitada, sólo la de la piscina. Horarios de cafetería no muy amplios. No cambian las toallas de playa hasta que haces la salida. Impropio de un hotel de categoría. Parking con pocas plazas y muy incómodo

The room was large and airy. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large with everything needed. We only had breakfast there once. There was a lot of choice available.

L’hotel Isabel è sempre una certezza . Ci veniamo da anni ed ogni volta ci riserva un trattamento a dir poco ottimo . La struttura è elegante e maestosa . Ed il personale è veramente gentile e molto preparato per soddisfare ogni esigenza e risolvere ogni situazione.

Sinceramente non riesco a pensare a nulla che non mi abbia soddisfatto.

The hotel has a very good location, and we stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the balcony at all. The hotel allows smoking on the terraces, and the couple next to us smoked heavily, causing the smell to drift over to our balcony and into our room. This significantly affected our stay.Because the terraces are only separated by a small glass divider, it does not help that the hotel states the rooms are non‑smoking. The smoke still travels easily between balconies, and this ruined the experience for us.

La proximité avec la plage.

Reception immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage am Meer sehr gut, Garten am Pool nett, soweit man es denn schafft, Liegen zu erobern (werden leider wie meist überall sehr früh mit Badetüchern besetzt trotz Ermahnungen des Hotels). Essen von der Snack Bar im Garten gut und preiswert.

Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablageflächen für die tausend Dinge, welche eine Frau auf Reisen braucht mit Ausnahme des kleinen Raumes rund um die Waschbecken. Und was wir ebenfalls vermisst haben: im Gegensatz zur Reception begegnete uns im Service und an der Bar im Garten selten ein Lächeln.
