Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Lication is good, all the points to visit are reachable by foot. Very comfortable bed and good conditioning (we had +40C outside). Room was clean and kept clean during our stay. Stuff was very pleasant and help with any questions.
A bit tricky to find it between several Murillo places (suites, apartments, hotel…). Also it would be good to notice in hotel description, that there is no possibility to drive next to door to take out luggage

Il cuscino, invece, era troppo basso e morbido: ho richiesto la sua sostituzione oppure un secondo cuscino in reception che mi è stato fornito in tempi molto rapidi. Con i doppi cuscini, ho dormito molto bene.
In bagno mancava l'aspirazione e non c'era uno scovolino per eventuali pulizie del wc.

В номере было абсолютно всё, очень чисто, проводилась ежедневная уборка и пополнялись запасы мыла, шампуня и пр., чего совсем не ожидаешь от двух звёзд. Отличное расположение в старом городе, в наиболее красивом районе. Если выйти из отеля, в любой стороне будет много баров в нескольких метрах, но конкретно в этом переулке тихо. В отеле много старинных предметов интерьера, которые хотелось бы рассмотреть повнимательнее, и терраса на крыше. История на каждом шагу: соседние здания с метровыми стенами и резными дверями создают вокруг потрясающую атмосферу, и путь из отеля каждый раз был невероятный. Ещё в холле стояло электронное табло, где вроде бы можно купить билеты на достопримечательности, но я не сразу его заметила и не пользовалась. P.S. Менеджер Виктор говорил по-русски, это было неожиданно и приятно.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La posizione è ottima, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, struttura accogliente e personale cordiale, camera delle giuste dimensioni e ben pulita, la colazione è eccellente con scelte sia dolci, che salate. La terrazza all'ultimo piano offre una splendida vista sulla città, specialmente sulla cattedrale e l'iconica Giralda. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto.
La camera era un po' rumorosa, più per la maleducazione degli ospiti, che per la struttura, ma una migliore insonorizzazione aiuterebbe a riposare meglio.

Muy buen servicio del personal, el cuardo me gusto bastante el baño 10/10, las camas comodas, todo super limpio, bonito y bien cuidado. Me encanto hospedarme aqui, volveria 100%
El elevador es muy pequeño, los pasillos tambien son angostos pero honestamente es mi unica coplaint, fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien. Ni siquiera por ruido podria quejarme todo estuvo excelente.

La habitación estuvo buena pero había un olor raro y como estábamos en frente al ascensor había mucho ruido! Así que no recomiendo la habitación 206.

We paid extra for breakfast (ten euros) which was a pretty bog standard buffet breakfast.

Después de pasear todo el día y volver muerto para descansar, la tranquilidad y el silencio hacían del hotel un lugar ideal e inmejorable. Un apartado especial merecen Jessica y Mayte quienes nos hacían arrancar cada día con excelente humor desde el desayuno.

Kattan olmasini isteyiniz.
Giris katindaki odalar biraz rutubetli ve odalar yurume mesafesinde, alışkın olmayanlar icin iyi degil.

Todo bien. Quizás el ascensor un poco lento, pero eso no es problema.

My room quality. I chose a different one and I got a different one. Also, it was my birthday, and the room didn't change, nor did I receive any compliments from the hotel. Normally, as I know, hotels can see a client's birthday and should offer some complimentary service.

1. ilk verilen oda tuvalet kokuyordu, değiştirdik. Ancak 2. verilen oda asansör karşısında idi ve çok ciddi bir sürtünme sesi vardı. özellikle sabah erken saatlerde bu rahatsız edici sesten uyuyamadık.

There was an area, like a cafe on the terrace. I don’t know if it’s because no one went, but it wasn’t used. I would like to have a drink and sit there. Still, no one will say anything to you take something and go upstairs. There are tables and chairs.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Hotel Murillo was a great hotel to stay in during our stay in Sevilla! The staff were so warm and friendly, and were so helpful in suggesting activities for us to do. The hotel was quiet and the atmosphere was so cozy The location of the hotel is amazing too, about a 5-10min walk from all of the major sights to see! Our room was spacious enough for two and clean, we felt so so comfortable staying there! I’d highly recommend anyone coming to Sevilla to stay here, definitely and 10/10 for us! .

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026We did a road trip trough Andaluzia, and this was one of our favorite hotels during our trip. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a short walk from most of Seville’s main attractions. The neighborhood has a wonderful atmosphere, full of charming streets, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely small balcony. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, both at the reception, cleaning and in the breakfast area.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La posizione è ottima vicinissimo alla giralda e alla cattedrale, nonché ai giardini di Murillo. La pulizia della camera è un vero punto di forza, cambiavano asciugamani ogni giorno. La camera è carina. Reception H24, di fronte all' hotel c'è anche un ottimo ristorante.

La habitación fue bastante ruidosa ya que me tocó en la planta baja con ventana a la calle. La habitación no se parece mucho a las imágenes de la web y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota. Por lo demás todo estába muy bien
