I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very old and dirty. The F&B facilities were extremely poor. The pool was dirty, and I couldn’t even swim in it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
room, F&B facilities, pool. if you ask me what you like,,, nothing !
Pools, staff
Ants, broken tv,hard beds, broken balcony door
Very nice stuff, pleasant and helpful
Very old facilities. Everything was very used and aged.

it had good activities for kids, multiple pools, friendly staff for the most part.
we were very excited bc the pictures looked like fun for the kids. we paid extra money for a room to accommodate our family of 4. when we got to the hotel they gave us a dirty room ex: toilet seat was broken, the towels had black streaks and gray, the windows were filthy, everything was falling apart including the curtains, there barely was hot water in the shower, the faucet in the bathroom sink splashed water everywhere. we paid for a room with 3 twin beds and an additional bunk bed, we got only 2 twin beds and bunk bed. when brought up to reception staff, the first comment that she made was: i knew you would be back. she agreed that the price of the actual room we were in was much less than what we paid for. she said that we had to bring it up to booking.com, to let them know about the uncleanliness of the room and she wouldn’t help us. needless to say, we made another arrangement and we will never be back.

What a tired run down dump it was a building site Ok they was trying to tidy up the place that needed doing so badly The room was a key to open. The room was very tired and dated. The balcony and window was covered in seagull drippings no Aircon one pillow one sheet on the bed A cold shower The lift was scary and only good for two people most of the time it was better to use the stairs The complex was big and the pools good if a little tired only one bar. And the pool bar was closed The food was disgusting rank in fact had to eat out a few times. Just to hav something worth eatting Got the runs by the 3rd day so didn't really need food any more and spend most of the rest of the week close to a toilet. And judging by the mess in the toilets alot of other people had the runs too Drink weak as best only one cocktail the best way to get served at the bar was to be a woman or give them money The entertainment was rubbish at night. If u want quite pool don't use the main pool Took two days to find the snack bar. Only tried it once. That was bad. It's a bit of a walk to the beach. Too not what I call on or close to the beach there is a back way if you find it. As soon as you do you will be set up on by lookey looky and you buy a trip Lovly walk along the beach front. But there is a lot of work being done behind boreds building new hotels Good luck finding the cable car rip off with the price great view but nothing really up there apart from people trying to sell you rubbish goods I found food expensive to eat out and beer I won't pay 9e for a pint The sea was cold and a bit ruff very windy You get what you pay for Been there done that now won't be back
This hotel was awful. We arrived at our hotel at approx 12.30pm and the place was a dive. We checked in and was told we could use the facilities before our room was available at 3pm. The pool dyed my daughters white swimwear yellow, the food was covered in flies and sub standard, the rooms were beyond basic with scratchy blankets. The bar was awful. Couldn't get a drink unless you were shouting for attention (I don't shout) and when you finally did get a drink it was warm and served in a thimble sized plastic cup. We were told we had to pay our tourist tax in cash (because the card machine was conveniently broken) so paid this twice because we had to pay it at the next hotel (next door that we checked into at 4.30pm because of the state of this place), that took card! We were also told we could have our room early if we gave the manager a nice little tip! In cash obviously We spoke to reception about the issues we had experienced who advised it was a bad hotel to be in as everyone is always drunk. We then moved hotels and asked for a refund, on the beach apparently contacted Caribbean Village hotel to request a refund for our unused nights but as we didn't take photos as we had to get our kids out of that place as quickly as possible we didn't have a full photoshoot. The hotel ignored OTB so we are not getting a refund. I'm not sure why we would spend 3k for another hotel if the one booked was safe and suitable!
Pretty standard hotel nice enough room and was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. Didn’t have water on a few occasions throughout the week so we had to go and use another room. The biggest joke is the bar it would take an age to get served so we went out every night because of this. If you tip you get served, we tipped everytime we went out of the hotel and would have done at the hotel but as it was all inclusive we shouldn’t have had to so out of principle we didn’t
Oui
So amazing
Do not go to this hotel, the hotel man charged us money for him taking our bags??, The maid took £20 from the room, there was poo stains up the walls, No fresh towels, No chairs on the balcony, the wood on the balcony was that loose a small push it would of fallen down, the food was horrendous we didn’t eat for 5 days constantly spewing, The drinks were completely watered down and not a lot of staff working, all the men seemed to only want the women, if it weren’t for the entertainment team the holiday would of been worse
Stopped at the Caribbean resort. Probably built in the 80's and really dated. No air con, fridge or kettle. No USB sockets. The food was pretty much the same every day. The bar was limited to one beer tap and only two guys serving. If you had given the bartender a good tip it was the only way you were getting served if they were busy. As for the rest of Agadir it seemed to be either a building site or a slum although of course there were some nice areas. So as of my experience I won't return and probably wouldn't go to Morocco again.
Checked in 11am. Checked out at 5pm and went to another hotel. Found it very scruffy looking and I’m not a holiday snob. Far from it. Areas not used so broken furniture around. It needs a good tidy up. Was being painted whilst I was there. The place had a smell of sewage. No air con, No toilet roll, no towels. Had to ask for them. Room was dated but very clean and cute looking. Main restaurant was closed. Food wasn’t brilliant. Queued 30 mins for BBQ food and was given an undercooked meat. The place is massive so be prepared to walk far to the rooms. Just wasn’t for me but looked like Lots of people was having fun and good times
I have arrived to this hotel and have to say has to be my worst experience ever...1st of all this hotel is not the place for people with mobility issues as there is steep steps everywhere and the food is rubbish with drinks watered down. The staff 2 older men at reception are rude and started shouting when I went to ask about my room after waiting over 3 hours to be shouted at and given a room with children bunk beds when it was booked for adults. Both men started shouting with no consideration of the fact I have elderly parents who can't walk and been passed from pillar to post and told me if I wanted to leave i can do. I am currently still sat here waiting for "3pm" for another room to come available . I asked to speak to the hotel manager and was refused instead they are talking about me laughing in their own native language which is plain rude! I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The food is rubbish the staff so far apart from the holiday rep(only person who was willing to help) the rest are terrible
This is not just another negative comment, it’s truthful. Before booking I would suggest looking elsewhere. The food was mostly dreadful in the main restaurant which caused us to eat out, finding better food outside of the complex. Even the snack hall (Madame Butterfly) was horrendous - barely cooked burgers and long wait times even when they were not busy. Not many rooms have air con and some of the rooms are like being in prison. Parts of the site look like a building site. I made what I could of the holiday but I certainly won’t be going back there. No end of fights breaking out and other dubious activities happening in the grounds.
I only stopped here one night had to move it the worst hotel I had to stop in. It dirty disgusting place the rooms have no air conditioning no kettle and no fridge the bed is just to sofas put together. They put a 1970a to in there but don’t work. The word all inclusive I don’t think they understand just breakfast dinner and all everything else you have to buy and omg the staff just try to beg money off you and don’t move until you give them a tip. We now in an an air b and b which is beautiful my sons paid it for me. They turn the electric off in the day while you not there and there is ants everywhere. KEEP away. Also remember some reviews you see on here people get paid for or the staff do it. It need knocking down.
We have travelled on budget holidays through love holidays all over the world for the last ten years and never complained about any of them, this place will be a 1st. Rooms are filthy, food is inedible and the general noise all night means you will get little rest. Asked hotel rep to move us it was that bad and was told if we didn't like it to go with TUI. We may take him up on that offer going forward. After paying for all inc, we ate out for both lunch and evening meal most nights. If we would have had kids and grandkids with us it would have been very expensive. I wouldn't give a dog the room and food on offer. No running water most days as maint works being carried out, surely represents a hygyene risk with hundreds of people using toilets and dishes not being able to be washed? Do not stay here
We wanted a budget holiday to celebrate our birthdays. We got exactly that. Room was ok. Food will keep you from starving but was tasteless and uninspiring. Waiters were willing but were easily distracted. Always had to ask twice or three times for help getting drinks or cutlery. The water went out a couple of times while there and there was no communication from management. Eventually we were given drinking water after complaining. And were left with cold showers for a couple more days. The entertainment comprised of nightly kid style discos so loud you couldn’t ignore them. Reception staff were less than helpful sending us to a local supermarket to pay to print boarding passes or shrugging disinterestedly when asked for info. They were preparing for high season, even at the end of June, by drilling all day around the pool areas to fit sun shades and paving. Tools and giant holes were left out for anyone to fall over or into. We did have a good holiday but the place was lacking finesse. We didn’t expect fine dining or 5* but we hardly got 3.
Defo would go again! Dont be put off with all negative reviews - staff are great and often went above and beyond to help - had issue with a room due to it being on 2nd floor, hotel staff gave alternative room quickly on ground floor. Overall not the greatest hotel but it is only 3 stars - it's clean, excellent facilities and service on site, multiple clean pools, good food (for the fussy chicken nuggets and chips available to order). Would avoid the snack bar as burgers and their chicken nuggets are rubbish. Pizzeria (bookable table onsite) is good. No included ice creams but available to buy (better if was it was included for free). Drinks available all day though served soft drinks in small plastic cups - better if were bigger! Rooms are clean though very dated and need updating. No AC but cool evening and early air keeps room cool. Hotel itself is not good for those with mobility issues as lots of stairs to deal with and some access ramps are very steep. Access to beach is complex and often difficult from the hotel getting out. Good location for local park, mcdonalds and KFC. Will defo be going again!
After reading the negative reviews, I was honestly quite worried and expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very basic and decorated in a Moroccan style. If you’re looking for modern white luxury, you probably won’t feel at home here 😅 We didn’t have cockroaches in the room, but I did see some outside. But hey — it’s Morocco! Any insect can get into the room if you leave doors or windows open. It has nothing to do with cleanliness. There are several pools to choose from — quieter ones and busier ones near the bar. The areas around the pools are kept clean. As for the food, I ate well every day. Some things I liked more, some less, but I always left satisfied. My 14-month-old daughter was happy too. Our neighbour, on the other hand, kept complaining, but his diet was basically fries and chicken nuggets — so if you’re closed to new flavours, you probably won’t enjoy it either and will end up complaining :) At the bar, service was quite slow the first time, but later the staff recognised you and everything went much more smoothly. My only real downside was a man who grabbed our luggage from our hands, walked us to the room, and then expected a tip for it. If I ever come back to Agadir, I would happily choose this hotel again.
I have just come back from staying at this resort and I will definitely be coming back. The rooms definitely need a bit of work but the staff and entertainment are absolutely fantastic, best animation team I have experienced!
Bon sejour

Absolute dump ! I love morroco as a country but this hotel is the worst ive ever been to ! Where do i start ! , rooms dirty , no kettle or water in rooms, no air con... only went a week! Never again! Avoid this hotel
We had a lovely time at caribbean village before we went I read alot of negative reviews and was worried what sort of place I had booked .the rooms were spacious and everything we needed .I read someone had cockroaches in their room so I went prepared but didn't see any the cleaner was very nice clean towels everyday .Good variation of food some days better than others .staff really nice.entertainment was good everyday my grandkids loved it .yes I would go back there you could always get a sun bed there are 4 pools lovely and clean .it wasent a posh hotel but it was a very good price so certainly didn't expect it to be .
l'emplacement
Good hotel excellent location Very good entretement friendly staff rooms are ok lot off to do Just the food very poor lot of food just no taste at all People from everywhere visiting you will make lot of friends Again just the food They really need to get a new chef who knows how to cook
Great entertainment.
Other guests that drink to much which prevents you from getting a coffee in the morning as no drinks are served until 11 am.
I loved the layout of the overall complex . The pools , the pool bar , the differant blocks of accomodation . The entertainment was very enjoyable both day and night . I loved the variety of interaction with the guests , the dance routines were great fun .
The accomodation itself was very shabby and outdated . The outdoor appearance is not as apealing as it looks in the picture . The price for all inclusive was good value for money but a bit more variety of food would suit more people in general .

We stayed from 15th of June to 22nd of June i no it's 3 star but even thats to high for that place im not a fussy person but come on no hot shower for a week every time we went out an came.back the room smelt like the sewers no bottled water in rooms an no mini fridge as it states 1 bar not a range of bars as it states no telephone to phone reception as it states an on the very last day as you need to shower to travel home no water at all told reception all they said was yes no water big problem which I think they k ew about because a few days before we left they started gigging a trench all round the block we was in I couldn't wait to leave there

Very noisy during day......no rest between 12 to 12 everyday. No need for microphone speakers to be do loud, cannot rest, cannot relax on holiday.
Turn down noise by 50% by hotel staff. Stop greedy staff asking for 100 dirham tips. Tips jot shared with cleaners & cooks, waiters promised but lied.

this hotel doesn't deserve the poor reviews! we've just got back from a week here with kids aged 3 & 6. Staff all very friendly, amazing English and very hard working. grounds people, cleaners, reception, restaurants, pool cleaners, spa staff. All fab! The room was clean, cool (no air con), no bugs - zero complaints. I had a spa treatment for my birthday and amazing value and very relaxing! The food was great! loads of options and variety each day. I have a fussy beige child and she was absolutely fine! - snack bar was pretty poor but we only used once to try. we didn't require as full enough from main meals. we also didn't try the bookable restaurants so can't comment. location was great. 5/10 minute walk to the beach had its own sectioned off but for the hotel - we didn't use. only couple downsides if I was being picky - * no wifi in rooms (I saw this as a good time to reduce screen time) *blonde hair started to go green by the end of the week (the pools were cleaned hoovered and cleaned daily and didn't feel over chlorinated - no sore eyes or skin) *several fights from mid aged adults this obviously wasn't any fault of hotel but the people staying there. we would definitely recommend this hotel - insane value for money, clean and good staff!!

Dont take any notice of the bad reviews! We are here at the moment, yes a bit dated but very clean its lovely here x staff are really friendly and very polite x food is varied and delicious x room cleaned daily and infact the whole place is clean. A few cats that dont bother you. Lots and lots of steps thats the only problem so not very convenient for disabled people. All in all we are having a super time!!!!!
Rien à dire.... Il faut y aller.
Les repas un peu trop répétitifs.
