L’emplacement, bien qu’une voiture est nécessaire. La climatisation dans la chambre, le logement en lui-même est suffisant si c’est juste pour dormir comme ça a été notre cas.

Nous avions un studio donc de quoi cuisiner sauf qu’il n’y avait absolument RIEN dans le logement (sel, poivre, huile, poivre, un minimum….), donc pas cuisiné, RIEN pour faire la vaisselle (éponge, liquide vaisselle !!) on a dû acheter tout sur place et bien sûr les laisser, car nous repartions en avion, la piscine toute petite et 1,20 m au plus haut, bref jamais utilisée, le 1er jour nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur place : 1 fois pas 2 ! 1 thé, 1 café, et 2 petits pancakes chacun quasi 18€ !!

Apartamenty duze i czyste, balkony, pomocna obsluga, basen z lezakami, bar. Wszystko co trzeba jest na miejscu. Do centrum na pieszo ok 20 min ale nam wcale to nie przeszkadzalo. Miejsc parkingowych dookola pełno.

Limpio, muebles actuales. Quisimos quedarnos una noche más y no hubo problema por quedarnos en el mismo Apartamento.

Amazing hotel woth great service.

15min walk to the beach, but not the end of the world.

The apartments are super spacious. There are 2 balconies, living room with a huge expanding sofa, a big bedroom and a spacious bathroom. There’s also a big parking space across the street. The hotel has elevators so you’ll easily reach higher floors.

The air conditioning was not in the bedroom, so it took a long while for the cold air to reach tue bedroom. We ended up sleeping on the expanding sofa, which was super comfy.

Good location within walkable distance to the supermarket, sea. There was no problem to find a parking spot. We stayed 2 weeks and we were positively surprised by the cleanliness once we arrived, nice swimming pool and receptionists were always welcoming and helpful. There is a bus at 10am to bring to the beach.

Daily cleaning was super low quality. Sometimes it was difficult to understand if it was actually cleaned, lack of common sense. You should ask directly to change towels, give toilet paper or shower gel. If you do not do this, you will not get. So it seems that cleaning should definitely improved.

Realmente gostamos bastante do hotel, ambiente familiar, tudo limpo e prática, trabalhadores simpáticos e bem localizado fora da confusão do centro de Portimão, 20 min a pé até à praia da Rocha e tem estacionamento privado que é uma excelente mais valia. Voltaremos certamente

Começando pela simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários da receção, passando pelo à vontade que nos colocam para responder a todas as questões que tenhamos,. O quarto sempre limpo e de acordo com as expetativas que tinha do mesmo. A piscina e área circundante sempre bem arranjada e limpa, com os funcionários sempre atentos a essa questão, o facto de existir um autocarro que nos leva até à praia é um bónus. A voltar, certamente!

Superbe espaces des pièces, par contre vieux meubles porte principale de la chambre en vieux bois sans aucune sécurité et une simple clé, et il faut fermer la porte a clé à chaque sortie et la porte n’est pas de tout isolé on entant tous les bruits dans le couloir. Le temps s’est arrêté aux années 80 et très peux soigné.

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato piuttosto deludente, soprattutto considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura presenta arredi piuttosto datati e il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato: è presente una vasca dotata di una semplice tendina. Un altro problema tutt’altro che piacevole sono stati gli odori di cibo molto persistenti, di altri appartamenti, che risalivano dallo scarico del lavandino e finivano per invadere l’intero appartamento. Anche il servizio di pulizia ci ha lasciati perplessi: scarsa pulizia dell’appartamento. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni tre giorni e, arrivati al quarto giorno, abbiamo dovuto chiedere se fosse possibile avere una piccola confezione di bagnoschiuma, poiché quella fornita il primo giorno avrebbe dovuto essere sufficiente per l’intero soggiorno per due persone. A completare il quadro, il Wi-Fi non funzionava, cosa particolarmente scomoda considerando che nella prenotazione era garantito “internet veloce”. Un’ultima nota sulla colazione: proprio durante il servizio ci è capitato di assistere (ogni mattina) al lavaggio del pavimento della sala, con un forte odore di detergente che rendeva l’ambiente decisamente poco gradevole mentre si mangiava.

Precio elevado para la situación con respecto a sitios de interés. No contaba con detergente para lavar los platos, ni esponja.

Si te alojas en Portimao da Rocha muy bien, pero la primera la noche nos alojaron en otro edificio cercano y ese era viejo, sucio y con el ruido de un gallo que empezaba al amanecer y continuaba hasta no sé qué hora de la tarde...

Al hacer el cambio de habitación x ruido y porque teníamos el pago en el de la Rocha, nos dejamos un pijama, y al solicitarlo, solo apareció la camiseta, ellos no le dieron la mayor importancia.

Había poca gente, se estaba tranquilo

Las instalaciones antiguas, ducha con cortina de baño, todo muy antiguo y no muy limpio. Cubre colchón de una de las camas con manchas, menaje escaso y nevera pequeña. No repetiría.

Apartamento muy amplio y con todas las comodidades.

Los sofás cama. Nos alojamos con un niño de 12 años y tuvimos que dormir los tres en las dos camas individuales.

Tuve que solicitar dos veces que cambiasen las toallas al 5° día de estancia, cuando el hotel dice que se cambian cada 3 días y pedir botes de gel, dejaron dos botecitos para 4 personas.

Wonderful hotel, staff were lovely and friendly - especially the lady behind the bar in the mornings, very chatty and happy. The pool is a little on the chilly side as not heated but once you’re in, it’s okay. Please be aware that people bagsy the sun loungers early. I went down around 8 every morning to sit in the sun in the quietness and I’d say around a quarter were ‘reserved’. There’s a jacuzzi, but we never got to use it as always someone in when we went 😫 There’s also a fully stocked library. The room/apartment was exactly what we needed, although, a bed sheet for the pull out bed would be great. Kitchen is fully fitted (apart from an oven) *make sure to bring essentials like dish soap, tea towels and extra bin bags* One gripe, we left the thing the door to have our room refreshed part way through the week. The only thing that the staff did was empty the bins - not the end of the world though. All in all a lovely little hotel for families. The nearest supermarket (Continente) is roughly a 15+ minute walk depending on how fast you walk. There’s also a Lidl, Aldi and McDs across the road. Be warned it’s a little uphill coming back - we got a Bolt as we got beers!! Bolt taxis are very cheap and always within 3-5 minutes away each time. A great little holiday and I’ll definitely be back to Portimão!

No geral estava tudo bem. Embora na foto mostre a profundidade da piscina de 2,40 na realidade tem 1,20, o que no meu caso não me fez diferença. Limpeza 100%.

Dificuldade em regular a temperatura/pressão da água do chuveiro.

Its very basic here, clean enough but I mean why give you dishes and cutlery in the room and no dish soap to clean them up? First time for everything I suppose. Lidl/aldi and a local supermarket about 10/15 minutes away but coming back add 10 minutes for the hills/uneven ground. Not a lot close by to be honest. You would need to use uber or hire a car. For the price its ok but would stay elsewhere next time. The staff are also not great in my experience, in particular found a Valentina at the bar not very helpful and rude, maybe thats normal here but not in our experiences throughtout Europe. There was a guy called I think picki at the bar who was helpful though. We had some food from the snack bar, its ok, burger, chips, toasties a bit dry but ok. Hard to explain really but just not great vibes here for us, I mean for the price we paid its ok but we couldn't recommend.

Everything! I was so surprised this hotel was 2 stars!! It needs to be higher!Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff lovely and pool great. Great location close to shops and to the beach. Will definitely return!

Very old fashioned rooms, no air con in the bedroom, as a couple we had to sleep in two sofa beds in the sitting room section - husband kept hitting his head off the light hanging from the room in the room and he’s average height. Very uncomfortable stay overall. Tried the pool area one evening - seats were on top of each other and lots of kids around.

O hotel fica em uma região tranquila e o apartamento é espaçoso e confortável, desde as camas, sofás, TV. Recepção e refeitório sem reclamações.

Só achei estranho que o interfone existe, mas não funciona, o ar condicionado estava com as pilhas do controle gastas. Tive que trocar pelas pilhas do controle da tv para funcionar. E achei absurdo não disponibilizarem detergente e esponja para lavar a louça. O banheiro não tem facilidade para idosos. Para entrar no chuveiro é difícil e escorregadio. E não tem uma barra de segurança para evitar quedas.

Habitación muy amplia con cocina, muy limpio u buenas vistas, caminando unos 20 minutos a la playa, tiene aparcamiento privado incluido, la piscina es pequeñita pero esta bien, no tiene buffet, el restaurante es más para un apuro pero se puede desayunar o comer en el. Tiene un autobús a la playa con una ida y una vuelta.La mayoría de clientes son familias.

La distancia a la playa pero esta descontada en el precio.

La habitación-apartamento amplio, cocina y muebles nuevos y se agradece contar con dos sofás cama en el salón. Y aunque sea un hotel pequeño, las zonas comunes eran agradables, estaba todo bien cuidado. Contar con aparcamiento gratuito es también un plus.

Had a lovely stay here. Was pleasantly surprised. We booked a last minute family holiday, 2 adults 2 teenagers for summer hols. Wasn’t expecting much as we didn’t pay a lot but our apartment was huge! Staff very friendly, pool area small but nice. Only downside is could have done with some washing up liquid and couple of essentials like salt and pepper but other than that such a great stay!

Had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were big, clean and exactly what we needed. I travelled with my best friend, sister in law and niece. The pool area was small but just enough for the hotel. We were there for the first Scotland game and the reception put the game on for us since it was on at 2am. Cant fault the hotel or the area, absolutely amazing and can’t wait to return.

Stay here for a nice budget week away couldn’t fault the place apartments are massive with 2 balconies 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom we had a room in the 4 floor over looking the pool the room had been modernised small kitchenette big sizes bathroom decent sized living room & huge bedroom!! Room were very clean all the staff from reception to maids couldn’t do enough to help you if you needed it! DRINKS FOOD couldn’t faultless in the hotel! 😊 The pool area is a little small and not very deep but for a cool off it was perfect!! It was only a couple of euros into Town we used uber, we did walk it to the local supermarkets Aldi Lidl only a quick 10/15mins walk the area if quite hilly if your not very mobile but this wasn’t a problem for us. We did a speed boat trip to the caves I would recommend the speed boats as the big one can’t fit inside the caves so u don’t get close to them, Portimão has a beautiful harbour and town, Pria da rocher is lovely the beach is gorgeous with plenty of restaurants & bars to choose from. Alvor is a must it’s absolutely stunning we had dinner sat on a rooftop restaurant & watched the sun go down 😊 For a budget hotel you couldn’t go wrong we spoke to people who had came back year after year.. ! Would we go back ABSOLUTELY 💯

A really nice, quaint hotel that appears to have been recently refurbished when compared to it's pics online. Reception staff & bar staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was nice and average priced compared to restaurants nearby. It was just bar food though. The rooms were clean, well furnished and the room we had was fairly modern. The sunbeds were nice & modern too, with fold down sun shades. The air con in the room was powerful which was nice. So, the negative sides - the jacuzzi was dirty and grubby. The mattresses were like rock hard boards. One more thing, not that this can be changed, but it was frustrating more than anything - the sunbeds were so close to the pool, and everytime someone jumped in, you'd get splashed. Space was at a premium so you just had to suck it up! Overall, a nice stay with friendly staff. Would we go back? Yes, absolutely!!

Me and 3 others stayed for the week just home today was a brilliant apartment.. Location was great only 15 minute walk to main strip and 10 minute walk to lidl for supplies, cheap Ubers to get back. Apartment was spotless, cleaners came everyday, bed and sofa beds were very comfortable with air conditioning in the kitchen area. Pool area was big enough so you didn’t feel crammed ontop of people. Bar food was tasty and all staff at bar and reception were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel provided a bus to and from the beach also free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with two balconies with one looking into the swimming pool which was really nice. The bed was comfortable, we slept well without hearing any noise despite being near the road.

The location is a bit far from the beach but this is easily sorted out by taxis/uber which are really affordable.

Las instalaciones están bastante anticuadas. Las sillas pa dejaban todas, las puertas como la del baño no cerraba. Cocina vitro, sin horno. El lavabo perdia agua... Mucho ruido. Se oía todo y por las mañanas no había quien pegara ojo. . Mi hija se cortó en la piscina con un desagüe que tenía el plástico roto.

The bed was very comfortable, and all the appliances were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The overall standard of the apartment was very good, and we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a rope or a drying rack on the balcony for drying swimming suits and towels. That small addition would make the stay even more convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel after reading some of the recent reviews. I usually stay in 5 star hotels and was worried about staying at the hotel due to the low star rating A friend had invited me to stay here and it had already been booked. There are some really positive points - we were lucky to have a quiet side room, it was very spacious and had everything we needed, aircon worked in the lounge area once you knew how to work it. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the man on the bar on an evening and the coffee and toasties were fresh. The pool and reception were lovely. It felt safe there if you were travelling alone. Improvements - Air con in the bedroom not just the lounge area, new pillows for guests (or dry cleaning the ones that are there), inconsistent cleaning - the maid came once and when she knocked and I was undressed she daid she would come back in ten minutes but never returned. On check in we didn’t have any towels or pillow cases, (however reception soon sorted this!) Location is perfect for all sightseeing, ubers are cheap and the hotel food and drinks are cheap. Resort was good for beaches, there were many places we didn’t get chance to explore due to time. I would highly recommend it as good value for money for the location and cost.

Booked as a family of 3, 2 adults and 16 year old daughter. Apartment was perfect for us, really spacious and very clean. Only issue was the doors to balcony quite sticky to open and lock. Pool area was great, small but always found sunbeds. Some beds have only have sun through part of the day but you soon figure this out Bar and lounge area is lovely and staff are great. It’s about 10 mins walk to the strip but bus stop outside or Ubers very easy to use. Great base to explore

L’emplacement est super bien en voiture il y a le Lidl et le Aldi à 3 mn en voiture et le McDo on est à 5 mn en voiture du la plage, les femmes de ménage sont super gentilles et le personnel aussi ! Les réceptionnistes sont là 24h/24. Les appartements sont bien isolés et l’hôtel se trouve dans un endroit calme de la ville.

Slightly further away from the beach than we thought so we were glad we had a car. Having said that, the hotel did offer a shuttle in to the town or to the beach but we preferred to be more flexible.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was clean and has great facilities. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and main strip, and a 10 minute walk to a Lidl, Continente (Portuguese supermarket) and a McDonalds. The pool wasn’t huge, but it wasn’t busy at all so it felt perfect. The AC was amazing, however the WiFi wasn’t great. Beware of the seagulls, I left my cereal on the balcony as I went to get a drink and came back to a seagull eating it.

This hotel is fine the apts are good ,clean, the staff are friendly but some things you need to know are ,the pool is only 1.2mtr deep only good to cool down in the safety box is 20 eu.a week we are here for 9 days and the wanted 40eu. only accept week booking block!! so keep the box sorry no sale.What easy jet did not tell us is if you have mobility issues this place is not suited to you so far we have spent 80eu. on taxis and Lidl is nor anything else is in easy reach unless you are fairly mobile.I must not forget our room is above the pool on a very very busy roadside to praia the noise is constant and when sunbathing its like lying at the side of a dual carriageway.I will peruse Easy Jet when I return home very inaccurate description and location.

A nice relaxing stress free hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel rooms themselves such as the bathroom, bedroom and lounge were good. The area was quiet with a few big supermarkets down the road. I would like say how impressed I was with the commitment of the local cockerel and his mates. They dedicated themselves to waking the world and it's mother up around 5 in the morning every morning and twice on Sundays.
