La Tenuta Monacelle gode di una posizione strategica, a circa 20-30 minuti di auto dalle principali attrazioni della Valle d'Itria, come le Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, Ostuni e Monopoli. La struttura è immersa in un magnifico parco ricco di verde, trulli e antiche masserie, che regalano un'atmosfera autentica e rilassante. Molto bella la grande piscina, situata nella parte pianeggiante della tenuta e servita da una comoda club house dove è possibile gustare snack e bevande. La tenuta è anche una rinomata location per matrimoni e cerimonie. Nonostante la frequente organizzazione di eventi, questi non arrecano alcun disturbo agli ospiti che soggiornano nella struttura. Le camere sono molto ampie, spaziose e tutte climatizzate. I bagni, pur essendo leggermente piccoli rispetto allo standard delle camere, sono ben arredati e funzionali. Il ristorante Il Ciliegeto, nelle ore serali, si trasforma in una location davvero suggestiva: le luci soffuse e le caratteristiche pareti in pietra creano un'atmosfera romantica e molto piacevole. La cucina è di buona qualità, con piatti ben presentati, anche se le porzioni risultano piuttosto contenute, più vicine a un assaggio che a una portata abbondante. Il servizio è impeccabile, grazie a un personale sempre gentile, cordiale e professionale. Nel complesso, una struttura di grande fascino, ideale sia come base per esplorare il territorio sia per concedersi qualche giorno di relax immersi nella natura. Un soggiorno che consiglio senza esitazioni.

Ruim complex, mooi groot zwembad, mooie kamer met drie bedden. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel, restaurant heeft goed eten. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

De airco deed het niet of kon de grote temperatuurverschillen niet aan (35 graden buiten) en er was een bad waarin je moest douchen, dat was heel onpraktisch

Colazione eccezionale, dal dolce al salato. Ottima qualità, le omelette di Tony e la sua simpatia, fenomenali!

Location was central for us to visit other places. Plenty on site parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable with daily maid service who respected our privacy and some late get ups. On site restaurant was really good with excellent food and again great service. Days at the pool were calm and relaxed and pool bar service again excellent. The grounds were also maintained to a good standard. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the future.

Le domaine est calme et bien entretenu avec une belle et grande piscine... une fréquentation correcte, pas trop de monde, un petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

המקום פסטורלי, שקט ויפה. שירות אדיב וחייכני. כל בקשה שלנו נענתה בחיוב ובחיוך. ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומספקת. המסעדה בערב בסגנון מסעדת שף. האוכל היה טעים מאוד (שילמנו בנפרד). חניה בשפע. החדר עצמו מרווח, גדול ונקי. שימו לב שיש חדרים פחות נגישים. המיקום מעולה וממנו אפשר לצאת לכל העיירות הסמוכות במרחק של מקסימום חצי שעה נסיעה. סך הכל השהות הייתה נפלאה וקיבלנו תמורה טובה למחיר.

אחת המיטות הייתה קשה ולא נוחה אך לאחר שביקשנו, החליפו לנו את המזרן.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Tenuta Monacelle e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La struttura è splendida, immersa nella natura della Selva di Fasano, curata e ricca di fascino. Anche nelle giornate più calde (35 °C), grazie alla folta vegetazione, il clima è sempre piacevolmente fresco e non si soffre mai il caldo. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, e abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di usufruire della piscina per tutta la giornata del check-out, un'attenzione che ci ha permesso di goderci fino all'ultimo momento il soggiorno. Per il resto, un soggiorno davvero piacevole che consiglio senza esitazione

L'unico suggerimento riguarda la convenzione con il lido: una struttura di questo livello meriterebbe una spiaggia convenzionata più in linea con la qualità e l'esclusività dell'esperienza offerta.

The room we were in only had a tub. You could hear the guests next door while in your room - no insulation between rooms. Restaurant was OK. My wife was served her main meal, then we were given an appetizer, then after all of it I got my meal after she had finished eating. Wate staff was confused

Le petit déjeuner moyen, pas de confitures maison, pas de jus de fruits frais et le chocolat au lait il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour qu'il soit bon....

Das Hotel besteht aus verschiedenen Gebäudekomplexen, verteilt auf einem großen Gelände mit Pinienbäumen, Wiesen und Blumenbeeten - recht abgelegen, aber Alberobello, Locorotondo, und Otranto sind als Halbtagestouren gut erreichbar. Wir waren in 2 benachbarten Erdgeschosszimmern untergebracht mit jeweils einer großen Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Die Zimmer waren recht tradionell eingerichtet, das Bad geräumig, wobei wir eine große Badewanne mit einem recht hohen Rand hatten, unsere Freunde hatten eine Dusche. Es gibt eine Minibar und einen großen Pool mit verschiedenen Liegestühlen , Balibetten , Loungemöbeln und Poolbar. Es waren einige Mädelsgruppen zum Junggesellinnenabschied dort - waren aber nicht störend! Wegen einer Hochzeit fand am 1. Abend das Abendessen im Frühstücksraum statt und nicht im Trulli-Restaurant. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar, das Essen ist gut, aber man braucht schon eine Vorspeise. Wir haben dennoch dort gegessen, da wir abends nicht nochmal losfahren wollten und wir die etwas höheren Preise in Kauf genommen haben - ist halt ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig - viel Kuchen und Süßes, aber auch Omelette, Obst, Joghurt etc. Aufgrund der Lage wird das Hotel wohl gerne von Reisegruppen oder für Familienfeiern gebucht. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. Wir wollten genau diese Mischung aus Erholung und Ausflug am Vormittag daher Daumen hoch.

La location è curata e davvero caratteristica

La sera prima c'erano stati molti eventi e i camerieri hanno rimesso tutto a posto trascinando i tavoli e facendo un gran rumore. Alle 24.30 mi sono dovuta affacciare chiedendo la cortesia di sollevare i tavoli e non trascinarli...

La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde dove regna la pace. Colazione buonissima dove si possono trovare dolci, bevande calde, Succhi, yogurt e ho visto anche lo chef oreoarare delle omelette, e molto altro ancora. Camere accoglienti e pulite, bagno grande dotato di tutti i servizi. La piscina circondata dal verde, dotata di lettini, letti, altalene e con il bar, tavoli, sedie e carretto dei gelati. Insomma se volete relax e oasi di pace è il posto giusto.

Il phon della camera funzionava male e il doccino piccolo piccolo con getto fortissimo non era il massimo. Inoltre la nostra camera era comunicante (con porta chiaramente chiusa a chiave) però non lo sapevamo, semplicemente non è il massimo per noi che abbiamo un bambino piccolo. Ma sono piccoli dettagli che comunque non hanno negativizzato la nostra esperienza qui, al massimo migliorie che si potrebbero apportare.

Le parc magnifique et la piscine, l’environnement surtout vers le secteur trulli très soigné.

Les chambres mal insonorisées, la robinetterie mal entretenue de certaines salles d’eau, le rideau de douche dans l’une d’elles, la baignoire très profonde et malcommode dans une autre, le petit déjeuner banal et servi dans une salle très bruyante et désagréable.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado! Restaurante maravilhoso e os triplos um charme a parte Não é uma masseria rústica … quem procura algo mais familiar não irá encontrar . É esquema de hotel, mas muito bom!

O quarto apesar de limpo e organizado tem um cheiro de umidade.

This hotel is a little off the beaten path, but it was a lovely facility and just a few miles from Alberobello.

Nature and peaceful atmosphere.

I think a bit of extra kindness and a smile from staff in general would be nice to have. Also, we were quite surprised to see that towels for the pool are now to be paid, considering the price per night we found this a bit of a “cheap” choice.

Hébergement dans des bâtiments et non dans des trullis comme nous le pensions d’après les photos lors de la réservation donc un peu déçu. De plus établissement peu fréquenté en cette période début août donc bar de l’accueil non ouvert le soir.

Die Poolöffnungszeiten erst ab 10:00 sind bei Check-Out etwas unpraktisch. Das Hotel wird offenbar viel für Hochzeiten gebucht mit entsprechenden Party-Aktivitäten.

Beautiful property with amazing gardens and restaurant. Our room was large and comfortable. Could us a little deco updating and new tv as ours was prehistorical.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The dinner was excellent — delicious food at a very reasonable price. The whole place is quiet and peaceful.

Tenuta Monacelle is a truly enchanting place, as if pulled straight from the pages of a book. It combines the charm of southern Italy’s traditional trulli architecture with modern design, creating a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The property features two spacious, well-located parking areas, adding to the convenience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive, enhancing the overall experience. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, but for a more authentic touch, I highly recommend booking one of the trulli. The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering fresh and delicious food. The scenery is breathtaking, making this a perfect spot for anyone seeking peace, quiet, and a chance to re-energize. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to wonderful nearby restaurants and attractions in Bari and Fasano. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

What I liked the least was the breakfast, which, while featuring excellent local products like jam, honey, and olive oil, could benefit from more variety. My only other critique is the use of plastic cups for water and juice, which not only feels out of place for such an elegant venue but also misses an opportunity to align with eco-friendly practices.

The venue is just amazing, the staff are welcoming and professional and more importantly, rooms are just perfect and clean. The Swimming pool is amazing

The breakfast got selection of local diary products. The only improvement point is the DAMMMN PLASTIC CUPS for drinking juice and water. It doesn't fit with the standing of the location. It make it look so cheap

Beautiful surroundings great table food excellent , service friendly and professional however hard to get there in the mountains very narrow roads not recommendable at night . This is a place for wedding parties so be prepared for busy evenings at dining facilities In Agusto 22 weddings in 31 days !

The staff was not especially friendly. We had to vacate the pool area at 6 pm sharp. It’s quite remote, so a car is a must.

Underbart ställe. Men dålig service . Inget schampo på timmer . Vatten på rummet endast 2;a dagen. Svårt att gö köps vatten . Badhanddukar tog de extra betalt för och fanns inte att få tag på förrän baren vid poolen öppnade runt 11-12. Snålt och anorektisk på alla sätt , men en fantastisk miljö !

No te quedes en este hotel y en trulli peor, no cierran las puertas la cama y el colchón incómodos, rechinan el baño incómodo no hay aire acondicionado en algunas fuimos con unos amigos y el trulli de ellos estaba peor, el lavamanos le salía agua por todos lados! La pasamos fatal el peor de lo peor, el desayuno para sentarse a llorar y encima de todo retirado de todo queda no hay nada alrededor

Very old/ crappy bathroom/shower, room in general a bit dated, breakfast not so good (the croissants were super dry for example), there was a wedding on one night of our stay and it was a bit loud

L'immagine dell'Hotel é fuorviante. Eravamo convinti di aver riservato una camera in un trullo invece siamo stati destinati in una camera della struttura esterna standard (senza wifi, Televisore piccolo e di vecchia generazione). Avevamo prenotato una "camera superior,terrazzo, vista giardino" desiderando un pernottamento intimo invece, oltre a non dormire nel trullo, avevamo un mero ingresso piastrellato sulla stradina principale con un tavolino. Eravamo senza shampoo e dopo 3 ore di attesa e varie richieste (alla prima richiesta ci è stato risposto di utilizzare il bagno doccia del corpo per i capelli) ci è stato consegnato uno shampoo. Il letto matrimoniale prenotato non era matrimoniale ma due letti singoli uniti. A nostro avviso, per non aver dormito in un trullo, a 20km dal mare, prezzo pagato per una singola notte, troppo alto.

Exceptionally friendly and competent staff in the restaurant. Very nice and spacious grounds. Large swimming pool. Very clean rooms.

Too many wedding parties (2 in 3 days), therefore limited access to the dining restaurant and partially noisy (but rooms very quite since large distance). Minor: more comfortable chairs (cushions) in restaurant and in front of rooms would be nice.

Nice resort in a park like area. You will need a rentalcar unless its honeymoon and room&pool are the only thing You need. Service in the bar was unsuffiecient and none English speakimg. Could do with a smile, but disnt happen either…

Lo unico malo, el internet no llega las habitaciones

We hebben twee leuke dagen gehad, maar minder leuke nachten. Ik begin graag positief te schrijven over onze ervaring. We konden de dag heerlijk beginnen aan het ontbijt, genoeg keus en ontzettend aardige bediening, 's Middags was het heerlijk om te genieten van het mooie zwembad met daarbij een drankje. Het park is mooi en wordt goed onderhouden. Bij het inchecken werden we naar ons huisje gebracht en werd door een aardige medewerker kregen we allerlei info. Tot zijn telefoon ging, want dan moest hij tussendoor steeds even reageren op zijn collega. We hadden in eerste instantie een ander huisje geboekt in de buurt, maar deze had geen airco, dat bleek met temperaturen van boven de 35 wel prettig. Toen zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een huisje met airco. We merkten dat het niet koel werd in onze kamer en het 's avonds en 's nachts veel warmer in de kamer. Buiten was het in de avond 25 graden, in onze kamer veel warmer. Na langs te zijn gegaan bij de receptie, over en weer te hebben gebeld moesten we vooral wachten en wachten. Na een kwartier moesten we iets resetten, daarna nog eens weer en vervolgens zouden we een uur moeten wachten voordat de airco het zou doen. Niks.. Na de tweede nacht was het tijd om uit te checken. 'Sorry' was de enige reactie die we kregen. Voor bijna 160 euro per nacht zou ik verwachten dat er ten minste meer actie vanuit hun kant zou komen, een ventilator, andere kamer, een compenstatie, maar we konden het doen met 'sorry'.

Cadre agréable, en pleine nature, vaste, au calme et une température moins élevée qu'au centre de Monopoli. Les chambres ne sont pas des trullis donc petite déception. Elles sont grandes bien équipées mais sans charme et pourraient être rafraichies. Nous étions inquiets au sujet du bruit généré par les mariages mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé, le personnel ayant pris soin de nous donner une chambre à l'écart. La piscine est grande et tient lieu de rdv pour les familles avec enfants. Elle était moyennement propre. Les transats sont parfois en nombre insuffisant. Le petit déjeuner et les repas servis à la piscine sont loin d'être qualitatifs.

Séjour convenable, cadre sympathique, mais une quantité ahurissante de moustiques .On a passé environ 2 heures à s'en débarrasser.
