De locatie is perfect, in het centrum van Honfleur. Een kleine, maar fijne accomodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Parkeren is wel een uitdaging! Bij de accomodatie is geen parkeergelegenheid, wat wel lastig is met in- en uitladen van de bagage.

When I made the booking, it clearly showed 1 night in a Deluxe Room with a Burj Khalifa View, and I paid for that specific room. However, after I arrived at the hotel, the reception offered me a different room instead. This is not acceptable, as I booked and paid for the room based on the description and view shown at the time of booking.

Bedding was very clean and the staff was so good .A lady on reception known as Gem was really wonderful and welcoming. We were checked in before the time. Keep up the spirit.

Breakfast menu and price was reasonable, but preferred to order food including lovely meals from surrounding eateries.

Hotel Review The room was comfortable overall, but there are a few things that could be improved. The curtains did not block enough sunlight, so the room became quite bright, especially in the morning. Since I wanted to rest, proper blackout curtains would have made a big difference. Also, the AC seemed to switch to automatic mode during the night, and the room became warm, which disturbed my sleep. It would be better to have more consistent temperature control throughout the night. I hope the hotel considers upgrading to proper blackout curtains and improving the AC settings for a more comfortable stay.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your feedback honest but professional: The staff were very good, friendly, and helpful. However, the condition of the rooms, especially the washroom, was quite disappointing and needs significant improvement. The heater was not working, some of the light switches in the other room were confusing/not functioning properly, and there were water leakage issues. The washroom in particular was in very poor condition and clearly needs renovation and proper maintenance.

I didnt like having cold showers everyday , having to come to a room for 4 people and only 2 towels and 2 cups and 2 soaps , no remote for the TV , barely any channels and the aircon vent directly at the head of the bed

الموقع جيد وبالمنطقة التي طلبتها بالنسبة للافطار لقد طلبت ان يكون مشمولا بحساب الغرفة فوجئت انه ليس كذلك وكان علي الدفع يوميا بالاستقبال قبل الدخول مزعج قليلا لكن لا باس بالنسبة لنوعية الطعام على ما يبدو انه هناك اهتمام للطبقة الهندية بالفندق ينقصه ماكولات شرقية زيتون مثلا لا يوجد او مخللات وحتى اجبان لم يكن بينما يوجد اطباق عدة هندية لا نعرفها

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had booked a King Deluxe Room with a Burj Khalifa view, but instead I was assigned a twin accessible (disabled) room. I checked in late at night and was very tired, so I accepted the room, but it was not what I had reserved. When I planned to take a shower, I discovered that there were no towels in the room at all—no bath towels, hand towels, or bath mat. I called the reception, but had to wait more than 20 minutes. It was only after my second follow-up call that the towels were finally delivered. On the second day, I was out for the entire day. When I returned in the evening, I found that my room had not been serviced. Around 5:00 PM, a room attendant came to clean the room, but by then it was too late, so I declined the service. Overall, my stay was very disappointing. The Front Office team should pay closer attention to guest reservations and room preferences to ensure guests receive the room category they booked. Housekeeping also needs to improve service standards, including ensuring rooms are properly stocked before guest arrival and cleaned within the expected time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
