Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr dunkel. Schwarze Wände will chic wirken kommt aber nicht an. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad haben modrig gerochen, muss vorher separat reserviert werden und ist extrem klein.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The entire atmosphere is warm and cozy. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The a la carte restaurant and the buffet-bistro serve very good food at convenient prices. The bar has a complex drinks offer. The pool is never crowded. One can have lunch or dinner in the garden at any time. Location is perfect, just 4-5 min to the center where there are a lot of shops with good quality products. In the evening there are many events and entertaining spots.

Raramente sono stato in strutture cosi ben gestite dove il cliente viene coccolato con discrezione e simpatia . Un grazie a tutto lo staff siete un esempio di gestione attenta al cliente dal punto di vista umano . Un saluto a Olivia che se non ci fosse bisognerebbe inventarla

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, da es ruhig lag und die Fußgängerzone nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar war. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Es war allen Mitarbeitenden ein deutliches Bemühen für das Wohl der Gäste anzumerken. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, modern und mit einem Balkon ausgestattet. Der Pool war sehr sauber, wenn auch ein wenig zu warm. Am späten Nachmittag gab es stets eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses, bei der die Hotelgäste zusammenkommen konnten. Für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen separaten, komfortablen Abstellraum, in dem die Akkus der E-Bikes geladen werden konnten. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Struttura più piccola di altre della zona, ma ben curata e con grandissima attenzione per il cliente. Personale sempre disponibile e sorridente, si percepisce grande armonia all'interno dello staff e con la direzione, trasmettendo quasi un senso di "famiglia" che ti mette molto a tuo agio durante il soggiorno. Apprezzatissimo l'upgrade a camera superior, vista anche la bassa stagione, ma per nulla scontato. L'area piscina è ben curata e aperta fino a mezzanotte, decisamente un gran plus. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Colazione ricca e abbondante con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Abbiamo provato la cucina del bistrot e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla qualità del cibo dalle proposte della carta (di fatto è un secondo ristorante che spazia dall'hamburger alla pasta al pesce).
Nulla di negativo da segnalare, forse si potrebbe giusto pensare a potenziare il trattamento anti zanzare, che in questo periodo sono piuttosto fastidiose e numerose.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Una piacevole sorpresa. Ambiente informale e personale giovane. Ho prenotato una camera standard e mi è stata assegnata una superior allo stesso prezzo. La piscina non troppo grande ma sufficiente per rilassarsi. Durante la giornata siamo stati coccolati con stuzzichini vari offerti a bordo piscina. Cibo di ottima qualità e drink buonissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente se si vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in relax. Non ho usufruito del servizio spa perché non ne ho avuto il tempo ma soprattutto perché essendo giornate calde ho preferito godermi la piscina che oltretutto è aperta fino a mezzanotte. Tornero' sicuramente.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026In realtà non abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo prenotato, purtroppo non siamo potuti arrivare quel giorno, però sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno dato la possibilità di andarci qualche giorno dopo, senza addebitarci la penale per il no-show. L'hotel è molto bello e siamo stati benissimo.

Direi che non è mi è piaciuto è sbagliato. Diciamo che a differenza di altre strutture, dove il bagno turco e la sauna sono libere, qui bisogna prenotarle. Però, sono incluse nel prezzo. Ottima cosa.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Das Personal war an der Reception und später beim Abendessen sehr freundlich. Es gab eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Ich kann mich nur zu einer Übernachtung äußern, war nur ein Zwischenstopp auf dem Heimweg aus der Toskana. Daher kann ich zu Spa, Pool etc. nichts sagen. Sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück waren ok. Beim Abendessen war der Koch, was die Deko anging, sehr kreativ, positiv gemeint. Die Auswahl war mehr als ausreiechend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend. Ok, ich trinke einen Cappucino und esse 1 bis 2 Cornetti. Aber für alle, die mehr wollen, ist alles da.
Man sollte evtl. mal ein Schild aufstellen, wo es zum hoteleigenen Parkplartz geh. Ich bin 3 Ehrenrunden gefahren, bis ich mich in die schmale Einfahrt getraut habe, die in der Navi angezeigt wurde. Also, ein Hinweisschild wäre sinnvoll.

Abano Terme in general is not great for a you ger couple (late thirties), but this hotel did not offer anything extra- pool was fine at the best, sauna was not a thing (we didnt even get a sheet or sauna towel and no water was provided), massage was ok. Mostly I didnt like the fact that member of staff approched us to tell me that if we dont leave a 10 point review we better not leave any as this drops their score - not ok to be diacoirafed to give a fair unbiased review.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Das Hotel Aqua hat die besten Bewertungen verdient, alleine schon durch die zwei deutsch sprechenden Mädels, die soooo soooo nett und bemüht sind. Der Parkplatz ist echt toll, da braucht man keine Angst haben, dass man auf das Engste einparken muss. Wir hatten für meine Geburtstagsreise ein update für eine höhere Zimmerklasse bekommen, worüber wir uns seeeeehr gefreut haben und die Zimmer waren überdrüber!!! Soooooooo geräumig und schön. Der Wellnessbereich mit Thermalhallenbad ist bis 24 Uhr nutzbar und es gibt Liegen im Außen und Innenbereich und sogar einen Ruheraum. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, ca. 250 Meter weiter vorne ist die Bushaltestelle, wo der Bus nach Padua fährt, das kann man nur empfehlen
Dass man im Bistro Gartenbereich soo lange warten muss, bis da jemand kommt, da müsste am Tisch eine Glocke sein

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Wir waren von dieser Unterkunft sehr positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war eine schöne Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Un hôtel moderne et plutôt classe avec une énorme piscine très très sympa. Du personnel vraiment à notre écoute, un bar agréable avec dégustation de pizza le soir où on est arrivé. Une très belle chambre avec un petit balcon. Un petit déjeuner continental d'une grande qualité.
Parking non fermé, mais c'est vraiment pour chercher la petite bête.

Das beim Saunabesuch ein Badetuch wechsel mit 2x10€ berechnet worden sind.

Вода в бассейне очень чистая и не слишком теплая, по сравнению с другими отелями в Abano , по моему личному мнению. Работа бассейна с 8.00 до 24.00 является несомненным преимуществом по сравнению с другими отелями, где время работы бассейна может быть ограничено до 19.00. Завтрак включает холодные и горячие блюда, вкусно приготовленные, свежевыжатый сок из овощей и фруктов, действительно вкусный кофе Illy, мюсли, выпечка, воды, соки и Prosecco. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбен. В отеле проходят мероприятия типа различных дегустаций и камерных концертов. Было очень приятно при отъезде получить комплимент от отеля в виде эксклюзивного оливкового масла и письма, написаного от руки, адресованного именно нам, спасибо большое!
Я не смогла подключиться к WiFi отеля, не нашла инструкцию по подключению в своём номере, но не обращалась по этому вопросу к сотрудникам отеля, так как для меня это не было важным. Для меня было не очень привычно спать с одеялом, которое было не в пододеяльнике, а заправлено между двумя простынями.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Nous avons choisi de dormir à Abano Terme pour être proche de Padoue Nous ne l’ avons pas regretté L’hôtel Aqua est moderne Ce n’est donc pas un hôtel de charme Mais Il est très confortable ( la literie et la salle de bain ) Le petit déjeuner est incroyable : jus de fruits ou de légume à la demande, œufs crêpes et pancakes préparés à la commande, café illy La piscine est agréable mais surtout environnée d’un Hardin charmant et embaumant le jasmin Bref un hôtel au dessus des espérances Avec un excellent rapport qualité / prix

La camera che ci hanno dato aveva i muri neri.. cosa che io odio ma è un fattore puramente soggettivo.. menù non proprio "normale" troppo elaborato per i miei gusti.. Colazione un po' scarsa e confusionata.. però per un 3 stelle può andare.. piscina esterna un po' piccola ..

Reviewed May 20, 2026Es gibt einen kostenfreien Privatparkplatz. Bei Ankuft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Die Zimmer sind recht groß, aber es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur einen offenen Garderoben Bereich, für ein paar Tage bzw. für unseren Bedarf aber ausreichend. Der Innen- und Außenpool sind miteinander verbunden und sind mit 36 Grad angenehm beheizt. Auch der Ruhebereich ist sehr angenehm und schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl, vorallem die frisch gepressten Smoothies sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das angebotene Abendessen ist von sehr guter Qualität, ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Zum Abschied haben wir eine Flasche Olivenöl, hergestellt von einem ansässigen Bio-Olivenöl-Produzent, geschenkt bekommen.
Da es ein Wellnesshotel ist, fehlt auf den Zimmern die Möglichkeit, nasse Badekleidung aufzuhängen. Allgemein sind im Badezimmer zu wenig Aufhänger für Handtücher vorhanden.

La camera non aveva un armadio chiuso, ma degli appendono per i vestiti a vista sulla camera.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Très beau petit hôtel avec un accueil chaleureux et sincère. La chambre était plutôt spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bains. Possibilité de manger sur place le soir ou dans la journée dans un joli cadre avec un menu varié dont le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait honnête. Petit-déjeuner copieux et variés avec des fruits frais. L'espace détente extérieur est sans grande prétention mais tout à fait charmant avec un joli jardin bien entretenu et une piscine dont l'eau est tellement chaude que vous pouvez vous y prélasser des heures sans jamais avoir froid, pour preuve les gens s'y baignaient encore à plus de 23h alors que les températures extérieures étaient plutôt fraiches encore en Avril la nuit. Nous avons également pu goûter aux soins de massages et bains de boue puisque là encore les prix sont tout à fait abordables comparés à d'autres hôtels qui proposent les mêmes prestations. On sent cette ambiance chaleureuse et familiale de toute une équipe à vos petits soins.
J'ai beau me creuser la cervelle je ne trouve rien à critiquer avec un rapport qualité/prix plus que appréciable.
