.... der Lärm in der Strasse, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür. (Div. Bars hatten bis ca. 03.00 Uhr geöffnet und spielten laute Musik)

Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr schlecht & WLAN hat nicht funktioniert

Die Lage ist super, direkt in Strandnähe und man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind schön und man kann sich abgesehen vom Strand auch hier einen schönen Tag machen. Wir waren das dritte Mal in Sottomarina und haben diesen Ort sehr zu schätzen gelernt, da fast ausschließlich inländischer Tourismus vorzufinden ist. Für Italiener würde ich sagen, gibt es vielleicht wenig bessere Orte oben in Italien. Ich kann kein Italienisch, versuche aber immer neue Wörter zu lernen und damit auch den Einheimischen Respekt entgegenzubringen.

Dieses Mal haben wir uns in der Stadt und in diesem Hotel (hier waren wir das erste Mal) sehr unwohl und nicht willkommen gefühlt. Sobald der Gesprächspartner gemerkt hat, dass man kein Italienisch spricht, wurde man anders behandelt. Das Hotelpersonal war eigentlich freundlich aber viele von ihnen auch etwas kühl. Unsere Tochter bekam leider Fieber in Mitten des Urlaubs und wir mussten auf dem Zimmer bleiben. Meine Frau holte Pizza von außerhalb und bat an der Rezeption um Besteck. Meine Frau wurde mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass das Essen im Zimmer nicht erlaubt sei. Widerwillig rückte die Dame dann das Besteck heraus. Wenn die eigenen Kinder krank sind, ist es immer eine Sondersituation, weil man sich Sorgen macht. Als Mutter vielleicht umso mehr. Kein Mitgefühl und auch kein Angebot Tee aufs Zimmer zu bringen oder einfach mal zu fragen, wie es dem Kind geht. Priorität ist, dass auf dem Zimmer nicht gegessen werden darf. In dieser extremen Enttäuschung und Wut waren wir sogar kurz davor früher abzureisen. Die Zimmer sind für ein 4-Sterne Hotel mangelhaft. Der große Spiegel im Zimmer hängt nicht sicher an der Wand und daher stellt dieser ein Verletzungsrisiko für meine Kinder dar. Die Möbel und Einrichtung waren teilweise beschädigt. Im Badezimmer waren die Fugen verschimmelt und in einem ekelhaften Zustand. Eine Badewanne mit Klapp-Spritzschutz, welche ebenfalls in einem verdreckten Zustand ist, finde ich äußerst unangenehm. Die Toilettenbrille ist schief auf dem Klo, damit der Klopapierhalter an der Wand hinpasst. Ich hatte vor allem nach den ersten Nächten extreme Rückenschmerzen nach dem Aufstehen. Beim Checkout habe ich vor allem die ersten beiden Themen angesprochen. Uns wurde Verständnis entgegengebracht und die Dame an der Rezeption entschuldigte sich aufrichtig bei uns. Wie gewünscht habe ich meine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt aber nun ist ein Monat vergangen und es gab keine Kontaktaufnahme. Daher gebe ich nun meine Bewertung ab.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Checkin wurde sich sehr viel Zeit für Erklärungen genommen. Die Verlängerung um 1 Nacht ging problemlos. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle dafür.

Wassermenge (Duschen) lässt zu wünschen übrig, wobei wir im 6. Stock waren. Wir haben es jedoch nicht bemängelt, da wir die Problematik von hohen Gebäuden kennen. Dafür war der Ausblick wunderschön.

Der tägliche Reinigungsservice war zwar da, aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Besonders das Badezimmer wurde während der Reinigung nicht richtig sauber gemacht

Diciamo che le docce dovrebbero essere più grandi perché nel mio caso, non essendo riuscito a riservare una camera per disabili in quanto erano già occupate ho dovuto arrangiarmi con una sedia all’interno della doccia ed è stato un grosso problema visto che la stanza aveva quelle docce a mezza luna che, chiedo scusa per quello che sto per dire ma…, sono praticamente inutili e piccole. Un accorgimento per quanto riguarda questo aspetto non sarebbe male. Per tutto il resto nessun problema

Ungeziefer, stinkendes Badezimmer, zu laut (in der Nacht), unfreundliche Empfangschefin, sehr dürftiges Frühstück, beim Frühstück wurde nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt, Kaffee wurde nicht gebracht, trotz Nachfrage, gingen nicht auf Kundenwünsche ein, sehr kleiner, enger, langsamer und stinkender Aufzug, wenig Programm. Sonnenliegen am Strand zu weit weg vom Schuss (Randbereich), Essen sehr teuer. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. 4 Sterne Hotel, was aus unserer Sicht überbewertet ist.

Very nice hotel with very good location and a very good private beach right in front of the hotel. Beach is a wonderful sandy beach, shallow, good for families. Nice hotel with bigger rooms, very clean, can highlight the more than helpful staff as well.

Da anni cliente booking, ultimamente più di una volta mi ritrovo insoddisfatta!!! Penso che sia il caso che booking aggiorni sia foto sia servizi dei vari alberghi che propone perché continuo a pagare alberghi che nn hanno niente a che fare con quello che booking propone, come in questo caso!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a treat to be warmly greeted by the lovely ladies at breakfast in the morning. A big thanks to Julia for advising us on the correct bus and timetable from the airport to the hotel. A big bonus as we arrived late and it was a welcome surprise to find the hotel on the opposite side of the road to the bus stop. Also Juan, who I believe is a robot as he was on the reception desk and bar all night, then helping with breakfast! Even with no sleep he always had a big smile and friendly greeting. We had an early flight on our return, so had to leave before breakfast. We were prepared to have breakfast at the airport, but the staff were having none of it. Coffee and a selection of pastries were waiting for us in the morning. Served, of course, by robot Juan! A big thanks to the management and staff. Breakfast consisted of a selection of cakes, pastries, cheese, sliced meats, prepared fruit, juices, coffees, scrambled eggs and hot sausage and bacon. My particular favourite was the container of boiling water so guests can boil their eggs to the hardness of choice, plus a selection of breads and a toaster. Even though the hotel was quite busy (early June) there were plenty of sunbeds and seating available around the pool. Serving lunch from the restaurant at the poolside was a special treat. The room was very spacious, bright and the air con was efficient and quiet. The shower was powerful and I had no issues with loss of pressure or temperature. We didn't use the hotel's designated area on the beach, simply because it was very busy and using the pool and hotel facilities were preferable for us. The whole hotel was bright, spacious and modern. The location of the hotel is on the main road across from the beach. There were numerous bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. 'Little Venice' and the port for ferries to Venice and surrounding islands is a pleasant, flat 20 minute walk from the hotel.

The single annoyance for me was the music from two of the bars opposite the hotel, which continued well into the early hours on some nights. It was just the bass noise which carried through the building. The bars were very busy with lots of young people in the evening.

The property is located on the sea front of chioggia and has a nice pool. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is fair. Staff were also very helpful. Good parking space with hotel.

The ac in the bedroom and water pressure in the bathrooms is not very good. The lift is also slow.

Ottima colazione a buffett, eccezionale posizione dell'hotel fronte mare con piscina per adulti e bambini e molti lettini con ombrelloni che ho apprezzato. Consiglio questo hotel anche per la disponibilità dello staff e l'ottima pulizia di tutto l'ambiente

Zwar Sehr gute strandnahe Lage,aber sehr laut wegen Partyzone und Hauptstraße in der Nähe.

Frühstück war ok. Für diese Preisklasse, auch für Italien, weit unter Standard.

Hotel liegt nicht am Strand. Personal beim Empfang lustlos und unfreundlich. Unter Schranktür gebrauchtes Damen-Tampon unter Bett Sonnenmilch Flasche keine geschlossene Unterbringung von Fahrrad. Trotz Zusage nur 1 Steckdose für alle Räder zum laden. Akku muss auf das Zimmer geschleppt werden.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, personale super accogliente e professionale! Ottimo hotel in una posizione centrale a Sottomarina!

Camera spaziosa, accogliente e pulita, con una piacevole terrazza vista mare. Colazione ottima, varia e ben organizzata. Ho apprezzato particolarmente le descrizioni dettagliate dei prodotti presenti al buffet, molto utili per conoscere meglio ciò che si stava consumando.

L’unico aspetto meno positivo è stato il costo aggiuntivo per lettino e ombrellone. Essendo arrivata nel pomeriggio, avrei gradito una formula più flessibile o inclusa nel soggiorno.

Molto curato ..molta pulizia e accoglienza ottima.. posizione privilegiata fronte mare e comoda a tutti i servizi... piscina molto bella con idromassaggio..e lettini super comodi... colazione super eccezionale...di grande qualità...

Zentrale Lage, in kurzer Gehzeit in Chioggia. Die Chefin war von morgens bis abends anwesend und hatte den Blick auf das Ganze.

Super wäre eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge beim Hotel. Die Musik vom Strand hört man leider bis spät in die Nacht.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption . Man zeigte mir sofort wo ich mein Rad gesichert abstellen und laden konnte . Gute Lage für Strandbesuche . Nach Chioggia sind es fussläufig ca. 20min , mit dem Rad ein Katzensprung . Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet .

In der Nähe des Hotels spielte eine Band bis weit nach 24 Uhr , was das Schlafen etwas erschwerte - aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts .

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile, posizione ottima fronte spiaggia.

La camera in generale, sinceramente 700 euro per 3 notti mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, bagno piccolo con vasca e (paretina) che la trasformava in doccia...quindi acqua ovunque e odore di muffa in bagno. Ho preso un caffè e portato in camera, la tazzina è rimasta lì sino quando siamo partiti.. Scarsa pulizia della stanza.

Das Frühstück war katastrophal Fast alle Servierschalen waren leer. Teilchen und Gebäck waren durchgeschnitten Das Personal stand neben den sparsamen Auslagen und beobachte genau wieviel und wie oft von den Gästen genommen wurde. Eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit wurde alles abgeräumt. Der Hotelmanager war den Gästen gegenüber unverschämt
