방 깨끗하고 실내수영장 크고 좋았습니다.

별 생각없이 예약하고, 출장을 갔는데 집처럼 편안한 침대와 친절한 직원들, 인근에 다양한 메뉴의 식당가가 있어 완벽했었습니다.

수영장이 특히 좋았고 전반적인 서비스 모두 좋고 친절하고 굿인데ᆢ 룸이 이상햇는지 에컨소리인지? 쿵쿵 탁탁소리가 밤새낫는데 룸췌인지 귀찮아서 그냥잠 ᆢ 좀 아쉽지만 좋은호캉 했어요

Nice easy hotel

My son and I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, luxurious and the staff was friendly. Also, unlike many other hotels in Korea, it allowed us to change our reservation which was very important to us, given our hectic and ever-changing itinerary. I highly recommend it!

아이들과 함께 숙박했습니다. 리모델링되어 깔끔하고 조식도 괜찮았어요. 주변에 먹을 곳도 많습니다

굉장히 넓고 깔끔해서 만족스러웠습니다. 아침 조식도 조용한 분위기에서 좋았습니다

리모델링후의 신나냄새가 아직도 나고 있고 화장실의 하수구 냄새는 개선이 필요하다. 하지만 무엇보다 호텔 grade에 비해 불만족스러웠던 것은 조식당의 서비스이다. 조식 시간이 휴일에도 10시까지로 촉박함은 둘째치고 9시50분부터 9시 54분까지 종업원이 두분이나 차례로 와서 빨리 나가줄 것을 종용하였다. 당시 식사가 거의 끝나가고 있음을 접시위의 음식으로 알텐데 왜 그렇게 재촉하는 것인지... 10시가 넘었으면 이해하였을 것인데... 분명 첫번째 종업원이 왔을때 10시안에 나갈 것임을 알렸음에도 또 다른 분이 와서 왜 재촉을 하는지 같이 간 와이프는 먹다가 체할것 같아 그만두고 나왔다. 다시는 이 호텔을 가지는 않을거 같다..

Good service and comfort room.

청주공항 근처에 있어서 그런지 항공승무원들이 많이 이용하네요. 객실 깨끗하고 조식 서비스도 좋았습니다.

체크인이 늦었는데도 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다! 방도 넓었고 정말 깨끗했어요ㅎㅎ 새해 맞으면서 푹 쉬다가 왔습니당ㅎㅎ

The hotel rooms were recently renovated. The room was very clean. Breakfast had various menus and was good. The 19th floor offered a good view.

Most services were excellent. But we could not use some amenities such as swimming pool which my child really wanted.

조용하고, 넓고, 깨끗했습니다. 가격도 좋았습니다. 게다가 업그레이드까지 해 주셔서 정말 좋았어요... 욕실바닥과 세면대 뒤쪽에 머리카락들이 몇 개 떨어져 있는 것 빼고는 모든 것이 마음에 들었습니다. (욕실바닥은 검은 타일이어서 청소시에 아마 안보였을수도 있겠습니다만..)

객실 내 먼지도 많았고, 청결하지 않았음. 5성급 호텔이라고 하는데, 3성급 정도로 밖에 보이지 않았음. 기본적인 객실 청소와 청결에 우선 신경 써 주시길 바랍니다

Great place to stay

방안에 먼지가 너무 많았었습니다. 하루도 안됐는데 먼지가 풀풀 날리고 구석에 계속 쌓여나가네요. 중앙냉난방인건 이해는 하는데 더우면 창문열라해놓고 창문에 방충망도 없는건 너무한거 아닌가요..

침구와 욕실은 깨끗했어요. 출장길에 지역에서 제일 큰 호텔이라고 해서 예약했는데, 어매니티는 남이 사용한 걸 그냥 방치. 전화기 프론트 연결불가. TV리모컨 불량. 실내온도 28라는데 에어컨 가동 불가. 계절별로 중앙통제방식으로 냉방 또는 난방 한 가지만 가능하다고함. 침대헤드 옆에 설치된 파손된 스탠드 방치. 무엇보다 건물이 낡아서 그런지 1분~몇분마다 뚝뚝거리는 알수없는 소음에 건물에 이상이있나 걱정도되고 힘들었어요. 엘리베이터 옆방도 아니었는데 해당층에 멈출때마다 소음이 날것으로 그대로들려서 한숨도 못잤어요. 그리고 5성급인데 냉장고에 생수 2병뿐이고 냉장고 사방이 막혀있어 발열이 해소가 되지않으니 과열 위험. 스낵은 아예 없고 카누2봉에 티백2개가 전부였고 조명은 너무 어두웠어요.

객실 컨디션이며, 직원들의 접객태도등 모든것에 만족한 그래서 더 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

주차하기좋고 엘베빠르고 침구포근하고 조식맛있음,, 근데 수영장 공사인거 고지안되어있어서 못씀 쀼

오래되긴 했지만 양호한 관리 상태, 조식 커피머신은 좀 별로... 자판기 커피만 못해요 맛도 없고 얇고 작은 종이컵 ㅠㅜ

호텔 내부에서 영화관과 마트로가는 연결 통로가 있어서 편하게 이용했어요.

시트나 욕실등에 낡은 부분이 많습니다

예전 라마다호텔이었다고 들은거 같은데 기본 시설은 잘 갖추어져 있으나 오랜 세월의 흔적은 어쩔수가 없네요. 조식에 부페식이 아니다보니 초이스가 적고 빵도 식은빵이 나와서 좀 별로였네요. ㅠㅠ 그래서 대부분 한식으로 드시는걱 같던데 한식 안 먹는 사람입장에서는 2만원에 조식치고는 실망이 큽니다.

엄청크고 조용해요

호텔도 매우 크고, 오래된 호텔이지만 매우 깨끗하고, 조용하고, 위치도 좋고, 고층에서 바라보는 노을과 전경도 좋고, 아침 식사도 맛있었습니다. 다음에도 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다.

방이 되게 컸어요! 침대에서 TV까지 너무 멀어섴ㅋㅋ 눈이 나쁜 저는 잘 안 보였지만ㅋㅋㅋ 화장실도 크고 뷰도 예뻐서 편안하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다! 룸서비스로 차돌된장 시켰는데 맛있었어요~~ 재방문 의사 있습니다!

밤중에 큰 길에서 호텔입구로 들어가는 표시가 눈에 잘 들어오지 않아서 불편했으나, 그외 룸 시설 및 청결도는 좋았음.

전체적으로 훌룡했습니다. 조식 가격대비 마니 떨이지네요. 조식만 비추천...

객실이 너무 춥고 건조햇습니다.

시설물이 노후화 되었고,아침 식사가 가격대비 미흡한 것 같습니다.

온풍기에서 온도올리면 소리가 심하게나고 욕실 바닥 미끄럼 주의 물 구배가 안맞아 고여있는듯 소리나는 동영상찰영 한것 카운보여 주었슴

샤워실쪽 수리가 많이 필요해 보이네요

다음에 청주 갈 일있음 또 이용할 생각입니다 매우 좋습니당

코로나로 투숙객이 적어 대부분 시절이 운영중지 상태라 객실만 사용 에어컨이 오래된거라 온도 조절이 잘안된것 빼고는 나름 만족함

출장중에 이용했습니다. 친절하게 응대해주시고 룸도 청결했습니다. 다만 소음은 조금 아쉬었습니다. 호텔 등급에 맞는 수준이 아니었습니다. 다른방 소리며 공조기 소리때문에 잠에서 깨서 아쉬운 부분이 있습니다. 소음에 조금 둔감한 분이라면 괜찮지만 갠적으로 아쉬웠네요.

5성급인데도 인테리어나 시설에 신경을 안쓴 느낌이네요. 침구도 그닥 편하지 않았고, 에어컨은 바람이 직접 침대로 와서 불편했습니다. 에어컨 바람조정이라도 할수 있으면 좋았을텐데

오래된 호텔이지만 청결하게 잘 관리해서 편안히 쉬다 왔습니다.

방은 꽤 청결했어요! 근데 이불에서 면 특유 냄새가 좀 나더라고요..ㅠㅠ 그리고 코로나로 룸서비스 가능한 메뉴가 굉장히 적었는데 라스트 오더 30분 전쯤 주문을 해서 그런지 차돌 된장찌개를 시켰는데 누가 봐도 갈비탕 국물에 차돌+두부만 넣어서 왔더라고요.. 기름 둥둥 투명한 회색 된장찌개(?) 30~40분분쯤 걸릴텐데 괜찮으시냐고 재차 물어보시길래 주방에서만 괜찮으시면 저는 상관없다 했는데 주문한지 10분?15분?만에 도착한게 수상하긴 했어요...ㅎㅎ 차라리 주방 정리가 끝나서 주문이 어려울 것 같다고 말해주셨으면 근처 식당으로 나가서 먹는게 좋았을텐데..

생각보다 컨디션이 좋아서 아주 만족스러웠어요. 밑에 홈플도 있고 건너편에 스벅도 있어서 편의성도 좋고 전반적으로 굿이에요 청주공항 가기전에 하루 들리는 호텔로 예약했는데 딱 조아요

청주에서 이 정도 규모의 호텔 찾기가 쉽지 않은데 쾌적하고 조용하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 코로나 19로 인해 여러 서비스 운영이 중단되어 조금 침체되어 있는 분위기였지만, 청결상태도 좋고 주차공간도 잘 확보되어 있어서 좋았습니다.

조용하고 전 참 좋았어요 ㅎ 후기가 안 좋네요 전 넘 좋아서 2번째 방문입니다 ㅋ 침구가 특히 너무 너무 고급져요 특급호텔이 쓰는 거위털 이불인듯 베개도 그렇고요 아주 조용하고 좋았어요 화장실 수도꼭지가 오래됐는지 뻑뻑한것 말고는 ㅋ 호텔 후문으로 나가면 먹자골목도 있고 특히 바로뒷문에 24시간 뼈해장국집 아침으로 꼭 먹으세요 ㅎ 전 포장까지 해서 왔어요

조용하고 침구가 넘 훌륭해요 거위털 배게랑 이불 냄새도 안나고 넘 좋아요 뒷 문으로 나가면 먹자 골목이고 중국 꼬치집이랑 노바다야끼도 훌륭하고 ..방콬이나 중국 온 듯 ㅎ

전체적으로 다 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 다만 침대가 딱딱하고 이불이 너무 별로입니다.

아주 만족합니다. 다만, 욕실 수전 손잡이가 비누가 묻었을때는 미끄러워서 돌리가 어려웠던 점만 빼고....

청소상태가 너무 별로입니다. 이불도 너무 낡아서 사용하기가 불쾌했습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 좋았지만, 전반적인 시설관리가 너무 별로입니다.

Very clean, although aged

호텔이 생긴 꽤 많은 시간이 지났지만, 그럼에도 관리가 잘 되어있는 편이다. 노후된 것은 어쩔수없는... 엘레베이터는 직지로 꾸며져있고 외국인이라면 좋아할지 모르겠으나 한국인 입장으로선 더 오래된 느낌을 주었습니다. 주말에 이용했음에도 리셉션에 직원이 한분이라 다른 투숙객이 체크인 진행중이라면 시간이 소요되는 단점 말고는 주변 상권들이나 지하에 홈플러스가 있는것은 큰 메리트입니다.

ロケーションもよく実に快適だった。安心して泊まれるホテルとして推奨する。

지어진 지 다소 오래되어 리모델링을 했다고는 하지만 약간은 올드한 인테리어가 남아있습니다. 전체적으로 무난했으나, 화장실 수압이 왔다갔다한 점과 샤워젤과 샴푸가 리필이 잘 안되었던 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

(높은 평점에 비해서) 기대와는 다르네요. 아침식사도 너무 간단합니다. 차라리 간단한 사진을 올려서 큰 기대를 안하게 하는 것도 좋을 듯.

I used to stay here when visiting CJ many years ago when it was the Ramada. It is still nice, but definitely aged and is more worn now. The room itself was a bit of a shock due to the carpeting. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival and it was covered in old stains, especially dark grey ones. We called and asked for it to be vacuumed and for another pair of slippers. There were no other twin rooms available so we stayed in that room. Other than that the room was nice and clean, but the carpeting was very off putting and we couldn't believe that they had flooring like that. Perhaps grungier rooms are reserved for discount pricing. The reception staff was incredible in every way and when I inquired about late checkout before seeing the room, they allowed us to leave at noon instead of 11 without a charge. I would not recommend opting in for the buffet breakfast as a Westerner because it is disappointing. The person making omelettes could not multitask and gave away everyone's order to the wrong people and it took forever. The rest of the food was only basic and the staff were surprisingly not efficient to clear tables or be helpful in any way so it was hard to find a clean spot to sit when we arrived. Keep in mind as a Westerner also that the pool, gym, and change-room with a couple of baths are not included in the room price. It's only 11,000 Won which is not much, but because it's older and run down a bit it's not really worth it.

階段またはスタッフ用の部屋が近くにあったのか、夜中も物音がずっとあって、なかなか眠れなかった。

출장차 들린 호텔인데 체크인시 주차 등록까지 다 했는데 짐 정리후 잠시 차끌고 밖으로 나가려고 주차장을 나가려고 하는데 주차 등록이 안돼었다며 프론트에다가 나갈때 마다 신청을 해야한다는둥 이상한 소리를 해서 “나 이곳 투숙객이다 체크인할때 주차 등록을 했는데 꼭 그래야하냐” 했더니 그래야한다고 해서 일단 알겠다고 했더니, 이번에만 그냥 지나가게 해주시겠다며,,, 어이가 없어서 일 보고 프론트가서 이부분에 대해 얘기했더니 주차 등록도 안돼어있고 죄송하다는 얘기도 없고, 그냥 자기일 하고 끝..ㅋㅋ 서비스 적인부분에서 정말 답답하고 안타까웠음, 그리고 씻는데 세면대에서 무슨 검은색 가루같은게 나오고 컵도 잘 안씻겨있고..그래도 청주 유일 특급 호텔인데 이런일 까지 격게 될줄 몰랐고, 세상 깜짝 놀랐던 하루네요

Only there for a short visit checked in at 6pm and out at 8am next morning. Great night's sleep, quiet comfortable room, excellent breakfast and the hotel is surrounded by good bars and restaurants.

Room amenities(toothbrush)was chargeable... but overall experience was ok

The Hotel was advertised as a Ramada but I dont think it is, this was mainly due to the fact I tried to use my Wyndams reward card and was told that they are part of the group. The hotel is clean and comfortable but rhe Decor is a little tired. The food is good and varied with several different styles of food offered within the hotel complex. The local area provides a good selection of food and drink and there are several convenience stores within 100 metres of the hotel. My one complaint the atV was too small and I could watch it when in the bed........ trivial I know. In conclusion nice hotel, a little tired but the staff more than make up for it

Couldn’t be better and easy to reach local restaurants

Very close to SFX movie theater, home plus store, and local stores. In addition, there exist a small block that has diverse restaurants and bars.

Room is large and well insulated so that made it comfirtable to stay.

The Hotel is a very grand place. The best thing about it is that it has a Hyper Market within where you can buy food to clothes, shoes or bags, the location is (B1) or underground with a Food Court and Shops. The room itself is big enough for 2. For the Asian & Middle Eastern travels it is good to know that the toilets all have heated seats fitted with automatic wash. No tooth paste or tooth brush is given for reasons best known to the hotel. It cost around US $ 19 for a person by bus to Cheongju from Seoul Airport and around US $ 150 for a Taxi. Buses are good and the punctuality of the Korean transport service is truly fantastic. I was also lucky to find one Halal Restaurant in Cheongju named after the most famous monument in Agra in India. The owner of this restaurant also has a Masjid for Jummha on Fridays. All in all my family enjoyed our stay at the Grand Plaza and would like to re-visit the hotel again.

Hotelis staff dot want you to stay there. The carpet was dirty and looks like blood...

This was a business trip. Very comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. Loved the fitness center and spa. Front desk staff are a bit standoffish but I think it may be the language barrier. Neighborhood does not have a whole lot to offer except for a Starbucks across the street. No other restaurants or shops nearby. Overall a good place to stay in Cheongju (the only nice hotel in this town).

The room I got was large nice and clean The staffs can speak English well and willing to help ..However compared to the price I think it's quite expensive There's no breakfast including the package but dont be worried there are convenient stores like 7/11 , other restaurants to the cinema in the area of the hotel Overall I will recommend this hotel to my friend or one who come to travel at cheongju for the first time

Nice, comfortable hotel with great workout and spa facilities. Kind of stingy that you have to pay an extra US$10 per use of the workout facility. Desk chair was very uncomfortable and really need to be fixed (Room 918).

There are few hotels in Cheongju and this may be the best of them but it is still a poor hotel. My bathroom was in poor condition - cracked tiles and missing grout. The bed was very hard. The breakfast was terrible!

Room is too hot even we switched off the central heating. Also too dim not enough light for business traveler to read documents in room

This is a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay very much. The Cons: -The location is a bit far from anything to do in Cheongju (20-30 minute taxi to the bus terminal/downtown, 15 minutes from the college bar/club area), and costs about 10,000won one way (which isn't a problem if you're splitting costs). You can take a city bus pretty easily, but still tack on lots of more time. -The first night (Friday) which I stayed, I wanted to relax and hit the Sky Lounge bar, so around 11:30/12am I went and it was closed. The next day I checked it out, and cocktails are 10,000won+, kinda steep. -You have to pay extra if you want to use any of their facilities: pool (11,000won for hotel guests and 22,000 for non-hotel guests), workout equipment, breakfast (18,000 won for guests.. :-\) The cost to stay at the hotel is much more expensive if done in person, so be sure to check out a room online! The Pros: - The hotel is SO clean and I slept incredibly well. - The entire staff was so nice. - The entrance hall is amazing and beautiful. Huge open area (however it does look rather empty, as not a lot of people stay at this hotel.. you can easily tell) The staff is super friendly and the entire weekend was a great experience. I think next time, however, I will go with a cheaper hotel and use the extra money on going out.

I was travelling solo and needed a hotel for three nights that was reasonably close to Cheongju International Airport. Being a reasonably new hotel as well, this seemed the obvious choice. The hotel is big and easy to find. It is part of a complex that includes shops, a cinema, gym, restaurants and bars. There is a large free car-park to the rear of the hotel. Most people I saw were just using the facilities rather than actually staying at the hotel. The lobby is huge and inviting with a cafe area to one side. Restaurants on the second floor included a formal Korean restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and a buffet style restaurant. I used the latter for breakfast and evening meals. You can have as much food as you want, both Western and Asian. This was great value. I did not try the gym or the top floor bar/restaurant. I had to visit the lobby every morning and evening to use the wi-fi on my iPad. There is wired (only) Internet access in the room, but you have to pay for it and of course it is useless for an iPad! Some staff also spoke some English and were very helpful. The room was well equippped but my particular room faced the sun for most of the day. It therefore heated up very quickly. The Air Conditioning was working but made little impact on cooling the room. It was also noisy. Perhaps other rooms might be better in this regard? Check in/out was perfect and thankfully the bill was spot-on.

I am completely satisfied except that its location seems to be far from city center and the bus terminal.

For our purpose- visiting Cheongju craft biennale - the Hotel Location was Good, 5 to 10 minutes taxi drive ( very cheap), 20 minutes taxi drive to airport.the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet a good deal regarding the prices of the hotel restaurants. Within 1 week we stayed there 2 times. The first time we booked an executive room which we did not get. All in all I can recommend the hotel

Hotel is clean and nice. For an expensive hotel you would think it will come with free internet in the room. I have never stayed in a hotel where the internet is not free. If you want free internet you have to sit in the lobby. if youa re trying to do business it is hard sitting in the lobby. this is why you get a room so you can be confortable and do business on line. every thing was good except not having free internet.

To my knowledge this hotel is the only hotel in the city above 3 stars. Consequently it is the best choice in town, but adjusted for the value, it is apparent that this outcome is due only to the lack of alternatives. The room was fine as expected. WIFI is available in the lobby but not in the room. An ethernet cable is available for 'rent' for a fee. Staff was nice and friendly. Restaurant and cafe in the hotel is overpriced for what it is. The hotel is huge. I stayed here in the middle of the high season and it seemed rather empty. I wonder if it ever gets busy.

The hotel staff was exceptional and spoke very good English. The lobby is impressive. Seems odd there was a charge to use the pool.

The area is still under development so not much to do around the hotel. The air conditioning was not working well. Too hot to Br comfortable

The Ramada Plaza is a beautiful looking hotel but has little to offer foreign travellers. Few of the staff speak any English and there are no attempts made at translations in the restaurants and lounges. All extras, what there were of them, were overpriced. The hotel itself is in the middle of an area under construction an has few attractions nearby.
