充電のコンセントを忘れて、次の日に取りに行きました。しっかり名前が書いてあるビニールの袋に入ってました。時間もかからず、直ぐに男性でしたが笑顔で直ぐに渡してくれました。気持ちが晴れて、その日は、晴れ晴れとした日になりました

パシフィコ横浜での学会出張のために利用しています。みなとみらいへのアクセスもよく、かつ中華街にも近いです。

野球観戦に行くのに予約させて頂いたのですが、スタジアムに近く中華街にもすぐに行けて、とても立地が良かったのと、部屋のユニットバスの鏡に熱線が入っていて、お風呂に入ってても洗面台の所だけが曇らない仕様になっているのに感動しました。

Room was extremely small. No room to move about and no room to leave baggage. This room is ment for single person. There was no water, coffee or tea bags. We were told that we were not allowed to bring coffee or tea to the room. Wife and I were very disappointed with the hotel. This hotel didn't provide what was advertised . Should be taken off booking.com list. Note the bar fridge didn't work either. They wanted $100 additional for a slightly bigger room.

お部屋が広くて清潔。ユニットバスも広めです。シャワーの水圧も良くまた排水も早く、タオル類も清潔感があり、なんのストレスも感じませんでした。電源コンセントもベッド周りに補充してあり、不自由はありません。 チェックインが遅かったので、駐車場は提携の近隣駐車場になりましたが、とても広くて停めやすく、金額も安くて良かったです。 中華街に近く、朝粥に行くにも便利でした。 次からもこちらのホテルを利用しょうと思います。

備え付けのドライヤーが少し良くないかな。あと、スティックコーヒーの用意が部屋にあるといいのにと思います。それぐらいです。

部屋はコンパクトながら必要なアメニティ関連は揃っている印象。ユニットバスの空間が広かった。室内にコーヒーメーカーがあるので朝食会場にいかずとも飲める。朝食ビュッフェは和洋様々でフルーツ等デザートもあり良かった。紹介されていたハンバーガーはビーフとニラ饅頭があり、某ハンバーガーショップの半分程度の大きさなのでどちらも注文するすると良いです。おいしいので。

何度も泊まったのですが 今回　宿泊者だけの2時から9時の ドリンクサービスとおつまみ 暑い日だったのであえてホテルに 帰り休憩して又出掛けました

しいてあげれば、朝食会場で、ハンバーガーを取りに行ったら、一つ皿にあったものを無言で下げられた。そのあと、一つ下さいと、申し出たら、２分後に来てくださいと言われ、その時に初めて、最初にあった皿のハンバーガーは、他の人のものだと知った。黙って下げるのではなく、一声あっても良かった。気分はあまり、良くなかった。

中華街と山下公園に歩いて行けて、とても便利だった。近くにお店もたくさんあり、でも静かな感じでとても良かった。また泊まりたいと思った。

受付の女性が、つっけんどんな感じがして質問しにくかった。他のスタッフや廊下で会った掃除の方などはきちんとしていたので何だか残念だった。

夏休みシーズンにもかかわらず非常にリーズナブルな値段で宿泊できた点。またシングルルームからより広いダブルルームへ変更してくれたため狭さを感じずに快適に宿泊することができた。ホテルのホスピタリティも申し分ない。 今回は朝食を利用しませんでした。朝食で提供される100%ビーフパティの肉厚ハンバーガーや横濱ニラ饅頭バーガーを体験しておけばよかったと後悔しています。現在はランチ、ディナーは休業中ですが以前この近辺に勤務していた際、ランチでよく利用していたのでレストランの味は保証できます。

一緒に宿泊した友人に代わって回答しますが三ツ星ホテルとしては最高の宿泊体験でした。アクセスも非常に便利で日本大通り駅から徒歩2～3分、中華街や山下公園、大さん橋、横浜スタジアムなどへのアクセスも便利、ちょっとした買い物にイートインありのローソンもあり立地としても申し分ない。

8月ですが部屋のエアコンが暖房の26℃になってました。 とても見にくいパネルなのでスタッフさんが間違えたのかもしれません。

部屋にコーヒーが無かったことです。朝食は食べないのですが、朝食を注文しないとコーヒーはいただけなかったので、せめて部屋にコーヒーがあったら嬉しかったです。

朝食会場のスタッフはとても気持ちよく、対応してくださりました。

フロントの女性スタッフが無愛想で、自分本位の作業でした。チェックインでそのホテルの第一印象がほぼ決まりますので、折角良いホテルなのに残念な思いになりました。

ウェルカムドリンクはチェックインして中華街の店を探す作戦タイムに少し飲めて丁度良かった。バス・トイレも広く快適だった。ベッドメイクで毛布をきっちり巻き込んでなく取りやすく大変良かった。これで良いと思う。朝食のハンバーガーはオーダーして温かく美味しかった。

The room is spacious what is a great plus in Tokyo. Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Very good Japanese breakfast. And the coolest bonus is a welcome lounge with various free beverages, wine and small snacks.

I suppose the hotel is quite old - so the furniture and a bathroom floor are quite worn out. But all the bed sheets and towels are nice and clean, and a bed is very comfortable to sleep.

Check-in available from 2:00 p.m., which was very helpful, Another nice feature was the snack and free drink service available from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the hotel restaurant area.

I arrived by car and was able to enter the hotel’s mechanical multi-story parking facility smoothly. One small point to note is that, on a rainy day, you need to walk about 20 meters outside from the parking area to the hotel entrance.

Check-in was available from 2:00 p.m., which was very helpful, and the process itself was extremely smooth. I stayed in a twin room, which had a proper desk, making it easy to use my laptop. The basic amenities were also well provided. Another nice feature was the snack and free drink service available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the hotel restaurant area. The location was also excellent, with both Chinatown and the Red Brick Warehouse area nearby. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would be happy to stay here again if I have the chance.

Location close to China Town, ten minutes walking distances to JR石川町 station, nice staff, clean room and comfortable beds, will come back again.

The room was a little small, Loved the breakfast. And we especially loved the snacks, drinks and complimentary wine in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we first arrived as our flight from Australia got in really early in the morning and the staff got our rooms ready as son as possible, we were very grateful. Location was also very good.

The property was central to the cruise terminal and the rooms were clean and tidy. Every afternoon the hotel put on drinks and nibbles for the guests. The hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were quite soundproof, which is surprising for Japan.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but this was a minor issue.

Stayed at the JAL before a cruise around Japan - room was clean but small ! Very hot room on the first night due to someone setting the AC to heat not cool - perfect the second night! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Chinatown with hundreds of places to eat and shops. Breakfast was included with many options. On the last day it was a easy walk to the cruise terminal.

Friendly staff, very close to subway station, two convenience stores close by. About 15-20 minutes walk to cruise ship port. Beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food.

The breakfast was pretty good. The location is good in its proximity to surrounding attractions. I got a really good deal on booking dot com with breakfast included so it was a good value for the price I paid. Unfortunately I got sick on my trip so it kind of tainted my experience.

Well, it's hard because I got sick on my trip this time around, and I don't know if that's necessarily the hotel's fault... I wasn't feeling good before I checked in but, I feel like the hotel room kind of made it worse -- what I mean is, the one window for the room couldn't be opened to let fresh air in, and so that left the central air cooling /heating wall unit thing and also the humidifier. I kept having to adjust the temperature gauge, it would be too hot or too cold, sometimes I just turned it off. And one of the biggest problems was the air was too dry and the humidifier didn't seem to do much about the dryness, even with a full tank of water in the thing. I also filled up the bathtub and hung a wet towel hoping to make it less dry in the room. I wasn't feeling good so I spent most of my time in the room and, there was no couch to sit on, only a chair, so I ended up sitting on the bed most of the time which isn't/wasn't the most comfortable. The room also looked a little different than what I thought it would be based on the photos. There was also no view, just a view of the street and the office building across the street with the workers taking smoke breaks outside. It was fine, but not the best. Also the elevator had no security so anyone can go up and down without tapping a key. It is super safe Japan though so I guess that's not a big deal. The staff were all nice enough and the breakfast was pretty good and the stay was really cheap so the value was pretty good. I just didn't like how you couldn't open the window to let fresh air in the room. And it's an older hotel so everything looked kind of old, which has its own charm but it's definitely not a newer hotel. The air in the room was super dry and I couldn't get comfortable and I couldn't sleep for more than a couple hours at a time. The fact that you couldn't open the window to let in fresh air I think made it worse.

Although the room was small and very little closet space for 2 pieces of luggage. our stay was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The room was spotless. The personel at the front desk were very helpful and accomodating. The mini translater they used were so awesome. The clossness to Chinatown was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again on future trips.
