Easy to find, very nice Parking with security. Room was clean and staff very nice. Location in a nice area safe to walk around (we were two girls)

So full of mosquitos that it’s impossibile to stay outside in the balcony, with many of them entering inside as soon as you open the door

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer Cabarete sin coche, cuentas con aparcamiento y los dormitorios estaban bastante bien.

El baño necesita alguna reforma.... está un poco descuidado.

Great location. Beautiful gardens. Like a peaceful oasis after returning from the bustle of the beach. No food served on the premises but very convenient for lots of local diners and restaurants.

The first room we were given had a broken toilet seat and the door to the balcony didn't lock. It faced the back & felt unsafe. We were given a different room very quickly and the stay was great from then on.

Pool area was good, grounds were well kept. Security was excellent, very friendly staff.

Wifi is terrible, television in my room did not work. Compulsory buying of drinks at pool bar was a little ridiculous, not allowed to take your own alcoholic drinks to the pool area was annoying, seemed like a money grab.

The grounds a very nice. Excellent location. Most of the staff were accommodating and helpful. The room was clean but very basic.

Cold showers every day. The staff indicated it was due to the "new" owners. I had 5 days when the water was actually warm. Keeping in mind that I was in the hotel area not the condo area. The rooms are also very dark. There were no amenities like a coffee machine, chairs (I used my patio chair) rather than sitting on the bed.

No meals included.

Poor WiFi. Poor TV choice. One channel. Poor reception.

The front units are privately owned condos versus the hotel in the back. The hotel has solar power hot water. If you are on the 3rd floor it's fine, 2nd floor okay; hence, the 1st you're out of luck. It took many attempts with the front desk to only find out they needed to flip a switch for hot water. Beautiful grounds and the location is awesome. The wifi for the Dominican was 80% working. Pools are clean. They have chairs on the beach but a third of them are broken. The rooms are adequate.

Solar power hot water is problematic. Not enough lounge chairs for the pool area plus the chairs on the beach need to be replaced.

Nice clean pools and surroundings area (plants, flowers), surprisingly quiet for rooms facing mountain. Balcony was nice and location was great, near main beaches and restaurants (walking distance).

No hot or warm water for dishes or shower for 5 days straight. Property did not even attempt to rectify the situation or propose other room nor give us a discount or reimbursement for the 5 remaining days left on reservation. Studio is very small. Room on 3rd floor with no elevator. Wifi was not reliable at all. We would be disconnected every 5 min

I loved everything.

Very well located in the centre of town, close to the beach, big pools, beautiful landscaping, close to restaurants, kind and useful staff all around.

It’s not about the property. The town itself can improve notably with few things in place such as pedestrian crossings for safety. When it rains the river nearby brings to the beach horrible plastic pollution from the interior of the island. It’s a deterrent for me to go back.

We booked a room with pool view on the ground floor but got 3rh floor jungle view.

C'est bien situé, près des restaurants, banque, plage. Les piscines sont propres.

Confortable, paisible et situé en plein centre du village. Chambre bien équipée et joliment décorée. Magnifique piscine entourée d'un très beau jardin tropical. A 2 min a pieds du spot de kitesurf.

La localisation en plein centre de cabarete

- Pas d'eau chaude (mais alors pas du tout) - Le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas .... (mais alors pas du tout) - Le toilettes, le drain de douche et le lavabo de salle de bain bouché.... - la piscine arrière n'est pas net net.... eau légèrement trouble contrairement à l'autre bassin qui lui est propre. Et ils vous disent qu'ils retiennent 50 $ US sur votre caution si vous mettez du papier dans les toilettes et qu'ils se bouchent... Nous avons fait réclamation à l'accueil, nous étions beaucoup à se plaindre, la direction ne veut absolument rien savoir ... booking m'ont fait un geste suite à mes réclamations. Je ne recommande absolument pas le casa laguna, c'était bien il y a quelques années, mais la nouvelle gestion rend l'endroit déplorable. Le bar de la piscine n'est plus en fonction non plus...

Te cargan 100 dólares cómo garantía por cada habitación, no hay problema pero deberían decirlo al momento o antes de reservar. No había agua caliente en las duchas y él desagüe estaba medio tapado , se me inundó el baño , lo comuniqué en recepción pero me dijeron no podían hacer nada pues al ser domingo el señor de mantenimiento no trabajaba

Das Zimmer im Parterre zur Lagune war ein wahrer Mosquito Albtraum. Den Balkon konnte man auf Grund der hunderten Mosquitos nicht nutzen.

Je n'ai pas ete avise de la construction dans le bâtiment juste a cote de ma chambre. En plus davoir payer pour une chambre avec vue piscine, piscine qui était en démolition et construction.

The biggest pool was closed under renovation but they didn't say it in advance.

Many motorcyclists park right in front of the entrance, this could be a plus or minus depending if you have a car or not.

I was without television for the length of my stay. They told me that it was the provider that had the problem. However, there were other units that had service. I don’t believe I was given accurate information.

I had a wonderful time at this establishment. I have no complaints at all. I plan on vacationing again soon and this will be my first choice.

Manned gated entrance at all times. I also loved the massages. The central Cabarete location allows you to walk almost anywhere. They also offer complimentary beach lounge chairs for the playa.

Me gustó mucho donde estaba el hotel, me gustó mucho su cama firme y cómodo y la temperatura agradable que conseguías en la habitación.

No me gustó nada algo muy recurrente en algunas zonas turísticas de la isla. cuando hice la reserva no la pude pagar, algo que ya me avisaba de que cuando llegara al hotel , el precio seria diferente. Yo me preocupé de poner el precio en pesos dominicanos en Booking para saber lo que tendría que pagar en cada sitio, y en el precio del hotel, siempre booking te ponía debajo que además había que pagar los impuestos, hasta ahí todo ok. Pero en este sitio, cuando llegué y fui a hacer el check in, me decían que el precio de la habitación no eran los pesos que ponía booking, sino que eran los dólares que ponía booking y que el cambio era el que les hacia el banco de al lado del hotel, que evidentemente no coincidía con el real.... Total que en un país que tiene su moneda, los precios te los marcan en dólares y el cambio se lo sacan del banco que mas les interesa....

This hotel is very outdated and dirty. This Property feels very unsafe compared to other hotels. Just go to lifestyle hotel which is nearby.

El lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo, tiene área para niños y piscina también, me gusto muchísimo

que necesita un poco de mantenimiento en la piscina (arreglar los azulejos), había muchos mosquitos por la Laguna que está en la zona.

Great location. Spot on near the beach and you don't hear any of the noise from the street. Great value for money. The staff is nice and very friendly.

Unfortunately, 1 of the reception staff purposely gave wrong info regarding certain facilitations of the hotel, just to suit her own ease of life. The cleaning staff should stop yelling in the corridors in the morning, so the night crawlers have a smoother sleep. The swimming pool could use some restauration. They should enforce their non-smoking rule in the building. The corridors frequently stank from marihuana. Nice to have: A door tag, please do not disturb, to prevent the staff from entering the room while you sleep.

The pools were huge and the staff were great. Perfect location.

The room was only cleaned twice in a week. The towels were only changed twice also.

No shampoo or anything other than a soap and towels. Whole place is pretty but feels run down and door handle is wonky to room. Needs an upgrade. But great location and AC works so that's good!

They have a quiet time at 10pm that was never respected and even if asking politely to the front desk, nothing was done.

The grounds and groundskeepers are excellent they work hard at it. Pools are a fantastic size and kept very clean but definitely need repairs as most tiles have fallen off. More sun chairs are required as most often pool and beach chairs taken. Front desk staff needs to know more English to help clients. Also need to be friendlier and more accommodating.

Pretty much everything was superb.

Only issue was that 3 times the front desk was unattended...2x for literally 10 min, and the other for 5. They should have a bell at the desk and a pen & paper to leave a note if u are in a rush. Overall it was superb.
