Beautiful hotel and the staff were very helpful. The food was lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was there for a work event but I will definitely be back with my partner for a few nights away.

It was charming and had great facilities and gardens. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurants/chefs were so great catering to food allergies.

There were a couple of issues with room service which were minor but after travelling 40hrs from Australia probably seemed more irritating than they were.

Breakfast was amazing - what a selection. It was one of the best places we have stayed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The offer of water when we were checking out was a lovely touch. Well done.

I little hard to find staff to help at breakfast but not a major problem. I know it was busy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating..we had the suite. It was beautiful. Breakfast was fab.

There was one issue with our room which was swiftly taken care of by the duty manager.

Broken chair, shower full of limescale, very dirty carpet and full of stains. I was really shocked. The only good experience was the breakfast in the morning.

the dinner was excellent, service very good. There was a slight delay with drinks so probably lost out on a few more drink orders from us. Breakfast was very good - again excellent service, great food.

Always think the gym/leisure centre is too far away; we walked out the front and around the back. Perhaps there is a shorter way but we couldn't find it!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement : décoration magnifique à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, personnel adorable, très chaleureux et disponible, les installations dans les chambres sont parfaites, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du sèche cheveux, de la literie, ainsi que la table de repassage. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine et l'espace jeux pour les enfants dans le parc. Petit déjeuner super bon, copieux, dans une très belle salle de restaurant, avec une équipe de serveurs très gentils et attentionnés. Notre seul regret, ne pas être resté plus longtemps !

We booked via booking.com so needed to book/pay to use hydro suite separately it would have been nice to have this included in our room.

parking too far away, main entrance not easily identifiable, awkward having to go up 1 elevator to then cross the lounge to take another elevator down to the room, not sure how to exit quickly if necessary, leisure centre was in a different building behind the hotel, not clearly signed, only communal changing areas-no individual changing area or closed showers in male side

Great facilities for my children. They loved playing football, the zip line, park and we all enjoyed the food.

Les chambres pour les couples dans l'établissement historique étaient juste magnifiques. Par contre la chambre pour le couple avec enfants était franchement quelconque et les finitions étaient plus que moyennes pas de charme. Le petit déjeuner était plus que correct, mais du buffet.

La literie était divine. Le petit déjeuner très bon et à volonté.

Lots of staff who were very professional, cheerful and helpful, hotel very clean and very well managed. Lots of parking in the grounds. Lovely walks within the grounds with a playground for children. Room very well organised and presented. Bathroom spacious and well supplied. Lots of reception areas and a great outdoor seating area.

Bedrooms on different levels to main areas of hotel. Everything signposted but still confusing. Rang down to reception requesting a sew kit due to wardrobe malfunction. Receptionist very professional. However kit never arrived. Had to go to eeception in person to collect a kit. Surprise at reception that delivery had not reached room. No light snacks available for late evening arrivals.

We stayed at the Killashee for the first time for an 3-night break at the end of July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we have booked again at the end of November to celebrate a family birthday. The facilities are excellent and the hotel is very welcoming. What stood out for us most was the cleanliness and the customer service. All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

We were given Rm 325 which is for handicap/disability guests. This meant that the makeup mirror was placed for the convenience of a guest in a wheelchair, so completely unusable for me. Also… FYI… the toilet paper holder needs attention as it is bent downward so a roll won’t stay on it.

So hot couldnt sleep no air con ..fan in our room and it was small and slow

The surroundings were amazing, gardens etc, every detail attended to, for example fans in the bedroom, various bar areas and outdoor areas, staff very friendly and attentive, best breakfast ive had in a long time, catering for kids and coeliac specifically

Loved this hotel. We are a family of four starting our holiday going to ring of Kerry. This hotel top up our first day of our trip. Welcoming receptionist, gave our kids an activity book, which is a plus. It also has a swimming pool and a massive garden that the kids enjoy, with a playground and a wee map for them to be active outdoors. The rooms are spacious. Really thought about everything even the beds are soft and comfy just like our home. Can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended. Restaurant is lovely, food are great, we enjoyed everything.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Have never before had a reason to stay in Naas but would like to return just to stay in hotel. Amazing gym, delicious breakfast and the loveliest staff.

All the lobby areas for spending time with family and breastfeeding - love the big couches, loved the area with board games to spend time with older child. Outdoor space and garden/ playgrounds are amazing. The pool in the leisure centre was lovely and water was warm for children too.

Service very slow in Lounge as had to ask 3 times for highchair and a long wait for a baby bowl and meals, granted it was busy at time, but we felt forgotten about.

Amazing hotel for a family, couple or a girls trip away. The hotel was out of this world and would defo be coming back. The spa was amazing, the food in the bar was fantasic and great value. The afternoon tea was exceptional (and we would put it up there with Adare Manor Spec). The Spa had a great offers. The therapist in the spa were amazing at their job. The termal suite was out of this world and so relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel for night away.

There's really good things about this hotel and spa deal: Starter and Desert were delicious but main mean was bad. Charcuterie board part of our deal was tiny. Accessing steam room/sauna was a bit awkward as you have to walk through a noisy gym. We knew it was a leisure centre before going but when you're in your robes walking through a carpark to get there and then through the gym, its a bit awkward! I think adding an hour or two as part of the Girly Getaway in the Hydrotherapy would've mad our stay a 4/5 star experience :) The staff were really nice expect maybe one lady who was rude when partner arrived for breakfast five mins early lol. He was happy to wait though until it opened! Overall it was a really nice experience but as stated, the main courses were not nice and the charcuterie board was very small for two. I have to say the leisure centre cleaners were lovely and he majority of hotel staff, so thank you! :) I really think with a few tweaks this place could be wonderful!

My wife and I spent one night bank holiday sunday at kilashee hotel. Lovely location and facilities but what let it down was a couple of things during our stay. Check in took and additional 50minutes, communication was not always great to help us understand when we would get into our room, no reception manager spoke to us. We were told that a housekeeping manager was checking our room, 30 mins later we got in. When I went to get a shower in the room there was no towels. The following morning we came down for breakfast, I ordered an omelette which took 35 mins to come which wasnt great. Very disappointed in check in and breakfast. Other than that it is a nice hotel with good facilities.

We hosted a large family occasion during a busy summer weekend for the hotel (July). Every single member of the hotel staff has been exceedingly friendly and helpful, both in the run up to, and during, the occasion. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve encountered in a hotel. Thanks to everyone in the Killashee!

A truly beautiful hotel with really comfy beds, a great breakfast and helpful staff. It has a great spa, beautiful grounds to explore and is so peaceful. We've stayed many times and always enjoy it. Price wise it's pretty good value and the location is great for a quiet getaway not too far from Dublin and the motorway if heading south.

The distance from the hotel main entrance to the pool, located in a separate building behind the hotel. The breakfast was a let down, surprisingly so, when compared with the meal we had in the bar the evening before. Nothing stood out as the star of the (breakfast) show. No 'selection of sourdough bread' as advertised, just ciabatta. Even the engagement from the breakfast staff was different. Mayo vs Kerry the day before? No tea/coffee/ultra milk/biscuits? tray in the room. Searched everywhere for it. Gave up and reception sent some up to our room after asking was there none there or had we used it up... : ) Really?

Beautiful location. The room was nice, but the breakfast was outstanding. The grounds were so beautiful. Only sorry that we didn't have longer there to check out everything there.

No one really explained where I could eat and drink - I did not know where the bars were etc I wanted a simple snack and was told there was only a lunch menu. There was in fact snacks upstairs and a cafe at the leisure centre! Wedding was a little noisy outside the front of the building after 10:30pm A fan would also be useful

Beautiful location with wonderful staffs. The whole family will enjoy the wood walk and garden and delicious food. A must go...

Had a girls overnight stay with summer glow spa package. Hotel and spa fabulous. Great location. Staff, food, rooms all excellent. Would highly recommend.

We decided to try Kilashee Hotel after reading the positive reviews. We were apprehensive that we might be among wedding festivities, but this was not the case. The bedroom & spacious bathroom were spotless . The bar staff were knowledgeable & super friendly . We dined in the Oak & Anvil on our first evening & in The Pippin Tree on the 2nd evening. We had a glitch with our Vegan meal in the Pippin Tree but the manager Mr Nitin Gautam was just fantastic & made it right straight away. It was refreshing to see this hotel take an interest in training staff properly. This was our first visit to Kilashee hotel but we do plan on returning again

I attended a wedding, grounds, location, staff, breakfast, room all to a very high standard, now the price was not cheep but you pay for what you get. We did have options of other Hotels in Naas but we just loved the location and the feel of being away from all the trafic and noise, which is what we need. Ken and Jean Phoenix Foley

A beautiful hotel and picturesque grounds. The perfect place to attend a wedding. The rooms can get very hot in the Summer which can make it difficult to sleep. A fan was provided which was a big help, but air conditioning would enhance this stay even more. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. A wonderful hotel to stay in. I hope to be back!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless throughout, with a high standard of cleanliness in both the public areas and the rooms. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing plenty of space to relax. I was also impressed with the food options available. There was a great variety of choices to suit different tastes, and the quality was excellent. Another highlight was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation, food, and service provided. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful setting and close to the people we were visiting. The breakfast that is included is wonderful with many options. The gardens were lovely, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large. Will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely gorgeous time as a group of 4 woman going to Killashee on a package with B&B, a treatment and a 3 course dinner. We all agreed that the hotel, the staff and the overall ambience has only got better since our last stay 4 years ago. The decor of the main areas in the hotel as well as the service really feels like a 5 star experience. The price however we felt was very reasonable for what we got. My only grip was a poor vegetarian main course ( no choice). Other than that it was fantastic and will definitely be going back.
