The Place is Vibrant there is a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby so its a Great location and very close to the pool.

A barbecue set up would be nice in the garden.

Si vous êtes entre amis la résidentielle ne l’admet pas donc tomber pas dans le piège nous on l’a su la veille de notre arrivée c’était galère pour retrouver autre chose en un peu de temps. Erreur du hôte qui l’avait pas mentionné.

Washing machine and AC

1: the place wasn't clean, the sofa was stained and the ground was dusty 2: there was no separate bidet in the bathroom 3: the smoke alarm kept going off every 3 minutes it was very annoying 4: there was no internet at all 5: the nearest beach is min. 16 mins by car and not 5 mins like stated 6: there were little to no amenities and the soap provided was already used before 7: there were 3 beds and only 2 blankets and both blankets were very light 8: the beds were super uncomfortable 9: the bathroom curtain's rod fell constantly and was very poorly mounted to the wall 10: the shower head kept falling too it fell on my head and my son's arm 11: there were weird baby bassinets and supplies that were very smelly and awful that we had to move it to the balcony from the smell 12: there's no housekeeping service whatsoever 13: the only adequately-working equipments were the AC and the washing machine 14: there were many insects and flies and no insect killer spray provided All in all, it wasn't a pleasant stay and I wouldn't recommend it neither will I be coming back.

Everything went smoothly upon arrival. The place was very clean and internet was available. Everything matched the photos shown in the advertisement. The bathroom was clean and functional, and all facilities worked properly. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants and beach areas by car. The host was very helpful and responsive. Ohana Beach Club which is about 15 minutes driving is worth to go, even though its not for free. The beach is beautiful and you can spend the whole day there. If you don't like the beach you can go to the big waterpark inside the resort. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. It was a comfortable, well-equipped place and we would definitely recommend it and come back again.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly—he guided us with great local recommendations and even provided a QR code for access to Marina Resort, which had many amazing beaches. The location was perfect and the weather couldn’t have been better!

Honestly, everything was wonderful. We have no complaints at all.

Mr. Ahmed was very helpful and cooperative. Wifi and the internet access was great. Access to Marina beach was amazing.

The aqua park was extremely crowded and poorly organized, with the surrounding area being both unclean and heavily congested. The bathrooms around the aqua park were not well maintained, and the loud music made the atmosphere uncomfortable, and there were additional charges for some of the aqua games(for kids)

The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Had a wonderful stay at this summer home—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were exceptionally respectful and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both comfort and genuine hospitality.

افضل سكن في بورتو جولف من ناحيه النظافه والاثاث وأدوات المطبخ مثل الصور تماما كانها شقه فندقيه مع الاطلاله البانورامية على مسطحات خضراء ومسابح ويوجد أكوا بارك في بورتو جولف جميلة وفيها أنشطه للأطفال انصح فيها وخدمة دخول المارينا بارسال كود الدخول يوميا وخصم عند دخول شاطى النادي الأهلي وانصحكم فيه الي يبي مكان نظيف وجميل بعد معانه بالبحث عن سكن جيد بالبورتو مارينا وبورتو جولف واشكر الأستاذ علاء على حسن الضيافه وسرعة الاستجابة بالرد على كل استفسار وتضبيط السكن سواء في نفس الشقه او قبلا في المارينا لانه اخترت امدد المده كامله بنفس الشقه وضبط الموضوع لي

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely amazing, and the host was fantastic, always quick to assist us with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless and everything was well-maintained. Plus, it was located very close to some large swimming pools, which was super convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place and had a great experience!

initially, there wasn’t a drying rack for laundry, but as soon as I requested it from the owner, they provided it right away, which actually turned into a positive aspect of the experience.

A wonderful location, a nice and clean chalet , but the thing that this ideal place to stay is Dr. Hassan, he is a very respectful and professional person special thanks to him and also Mr. Alaa from the staff is a very helpful person, and for sure it will not be the last time

2 towels for 3 people. It says beach access, but the apartment is a long way from the beach. Only stay here if you have a car. Construction everywhere and restaurants are a bit of a walk on dusty roads. First time in alamein and didn't realize how big it was big it was

I’ve been talked to the responsible guy that I need to change the dates because I had an issue and I would not come, he told me that he’ll call me back, I told him I’ll be there late and when I arrived and tried to contact him several times but no one replied, also there is another number tried to call me for the same booking and when I called him for check-in, he didnt answer either, As shown in the attached photos. Plus the location is wrong. This is unprofessional and impolite.. If I’m charged with any fees, I’ll raise an issue and I’ll make a report against this guy.

The cleanliness of the chalet, Staff are very friendly and ready to serve you at anytime

I loved the Gardens very relaxing view and how we can monitor the kids while they are in the swimming pool i also liked the night events in Porto.

Very clean property and helpful staff especially Dr hassan He did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable .. we’ve faced some issues to go to the beach , and he came physically to help us with the admission process until we got to the beach

I liked everything. Ala was very helpful he was always available when we called him. He arranged for our access to the beach and the Lagoon in Marina. Our view of the golf and the swimming pool were great.

We needed to drive to get to the Beach. Although the distance was very short but because we hard to drive to the overpass, it took as 15-20 minutes to get to the beach.

Professional, kind and friendly management, fast respond to issues, great access to Marina beach and night life through a simple QR code visits, maybe Porto Golf itself doesnt have a great reputation/ standard, but the management prepared the apartment to a very a high quality that you will enjoy your stay inside the chalet, then they facilitate and recommend you what you need to enjoy your beach and going out time in Marina

if you have any complaint or need, just ask the management, they will fix it ;)

Clean, Airconditioner in all rooms, the decency, friendliness and politeness of the property owner and easiness and smoothness of the whole deal process on arrival and on checkout day. I would like to express my gratitude to the owner and really thanks for the nice stay!

The location is not that close to the beach and if it is your first time to go there, you just need be fully aware about the roads entry and exists beforehand to avoid wasting time if you missed them, especially if your stay is short. If your stay is longer than two nights this wouldn’t be a problem after you get used to it.

very nice host, Dr. Hassan was always available, gave us a free tour in Marina and New Alamein City upon arrival and also planned activities The chalet was also very clean and it had everything needed. Would recommend!

Uber is hard to find here, Dr. Hassan has a driver who was always available or bring your own car.

We had the best family holiday! The apartment was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. The attention to detail was impeccable. The accommodation was super comfortable and fully equipped. Dr Hassan is the kindest host we have ever dealt with. He was very hospitable, helpful and responsive. He made sure we were always comfortable, looked after and entertained and recommended us the most beautiful beaches and activities that took into consideration our two little ones. Dr Hassan assigned us his staff as personal driver and to sort out any issues we may have come across. It was truly a home away from home. The location was fabulous with beautiful clean pools underneath the building that are staffed. We were able to order lots of food straight to the pool side without having to get out the water! Amazing security as the building's gate unlocks with your face! The resort is covered with pools that are free to access, safe for kids. Free access to the aqua park as well and lots of cafes and small super markets to get your essentials. There was also a bouncy castle park near the shop promenade the kids really enjoyed. We are definitely returning! We wish we could have thanked Dr Hassan in person for a truly unforgettable experience

The aqua park is very small and a bit too chaotic for little ones. We preferred the pools under the apartment complexes. The cafes have good food but by the end of our stay we were a bit bored of cafe food. We recommend Zona cafe! The nicest beaches are a bit of a drive away and are all paid. Uber doesnt yet operate in the resort so we were quite reliant on the assigned driver. (Double check the correct fees for a journey with Dr Hassan so you do not overpay ;) )

We really enjoyed our stay at golf porta marina. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The kids enjoyed their stay. Such a child friendly environment and most importantly we would like to thank Dr Hassan for always being helpful. He really made our stay in porta marina more enjoyable. He suggested to us the different activities that was available whereby he created a nice program for us for each day. He showed us the area so we knew where everything was during our stay. We Thank Dr Hassan for all his help and making this holiday a memorable holiday for all of us especially the kids. We definitely recommend this place and we are definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Porto Golf need to put more signs to easy get the location where when you are in Alexandria Marsa Matrouh Road no signs to guide you.
