Everything was great, comfortable room, well equipped, great choice at breakfast.

I need to make a complaint against this hotel, I pick a 5 stars hotel to find a value against money, the rooms have insects, the lobby itself has insects. I need a compensation for these moments. Need someone from Booking to reply to my comments urgently.

The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable, and everyday we got a plate of fruit. The concierge and reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was a lovely walk to the Shopping mall and Pedestrian Shopping street.

I found areas of the hotel very dark and “closed” and only tea and beer available in the lounge, no coffee was available. During the day there are no open cafes, and the only food option is to order room service.

During my Stay winter was just started so they switched off the AC without any alternative. although the staff were very friendly and resolved the issue.

The room size is quite big. All facilities functioning well. Breakfast is decent. Considerably good for the price.

All the staff at the reception are not that friendly. Can't see any single smiling face.

The breakfast is excellent. Everything is fresh and nice. Good variety taking into account all types of guests. They have a good variety of vegetarian dishes as well.

部屋がとても広く設備も充実していて、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。フロントスタッフの応対もよかったと思います。朝食もメニューも豊富でした。味がもう少しだけ改善すれば、言うことなしだと思います。

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location

It is a Chinese type of 5 star hotel but is approaching international standard in some aspect. Food is good here, especially the Japanese restaurant. But carpet of the floor is a bit dirty and AC noise a little loud. Detail of the renovation is not up to the standard of the international 5 star. But the service is good here, the staffs are kind and helpful.

張家港で一早く五星のホテルで、建立してからの劣化が否めない。しかしながらコンディションは高く保たれています。 従業員は普通ですね。

amazing Stay

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Hotel service was okay I think the issue is really being able to talk to someone in english. Theres a great bar at the back of this hotel with shows that can wow anyone.

Great food, bed, everything perfect. This is the place to stay if if you are going to this town.

Probably the best hotel in town, close to amenities, transport and commercial district. Hotel clean and good size rooms, good restaurants and facilities in general. Will come back here on any other business trip.

Service is good with a good price. A little surprise that the hotel had difficulty to provide the invoice that matching the HKD pre-payment made on Hotels.com.

Purpose was business visit.Large well furnished clean and comfortable rooms.Luxurious bathrpom witb tib and showerstall, WC with electronic conyrols.Excellent housekeeping.complimentary fruits ( grapes and banana) daily.Complimentary Mineral water restricted to 2 small bottles a day.Do not drink tap water, there is an electric kettle can boil water if needed.No ironing board on the room.Laundry service is fast, clothes get returned in about hours. Only one western restaurant ( other is Chinese). Breakfast and buffet dinner only, mix of Chinese and Western dishes.Buffet dinner costs 98 RMB.As I am vegetarian I survived on bread and salad, fruits.Western restsrant does not open for lunch.Room service menu does not have vegetarian options. TV and internet did not work in my room.Housekeeping staff speak only mandarin, reception staff , concierge etc speak good English.Very friendly and hospitable people.

I can recommend this hotel for business trip. Could location to go running, close to Starbucks(around corner-400m) gym and pool. Room are fine but the beds are really good. Bathrooms are well equipped. Breakfast buffet is good. Remember to mention non smoker rooms. Laundry service is really good especially for shirts.

Fantastic hotel, always makes me feel very welcome. Visited the spa, again exceptional service. Highly recommended.

電梯內會天花會滴水下，酒店内泳池空气唔好，可能無開冷氣，如此酒店有五星级，要有很多地方改善才能吸引人客來住。

I stayed there for two nights during a local business trip. Although alightly older, the hotel is nice and has a lovely Japanese restaurant within the hotel. Plenty of staff speak English and both western and chinese breakfasts were available at the huge buffet.

The room was as booked. Japanese restaurant is very good. I can truly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights on Business. The staff are all helpful even with the language barrier. The room is clean, the bathroom has a tub and surplus of amenities. I like this hotel, its very comfortable. Theres a bar at the back of the hotel (Phebe) which made it even more fun! Will definitely stay here next time im in Zhangjiagang!

Nice and large room with all the comfort. Huge hotel with all commodities. Gym has pretty old apparels. Breakfast is OK but can be better. The hotel has a great location downtown Zhangjiagang. Overall impression is that this hotel is good but some areas need to be renewed such as gym and rooms corridor. Will probably try another hotel next time.

Good breakfast, generous rooms but a bit worn. Business rooms are in better condition. Flaky and bad internet connection. No chance of using Viber, Facetime, Skype or other via Phone.

We were visiting suppliers in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou and this hotel fitted the bill in terms of price, size, service and location. We didn't take dinner but the breakfast was excellent. When I next visit the area I will have no hesitation in booking again, very pleased.

Nice hotel. Good price. Good buffet breakfast. Their English is a bit weak but otherwise no issues during our 1 day stay.

例年になく寒い冬に行ったためか、暖房の効きが弱く、また風呂はバスタブに湯を溜めてもシャワーも温かくなく寒かったです。 ホテルは特に水回りの傷みが激しいです。 セキュリティボックスは壊れていましたが、すぐ交換してくれました。 朝食は種類が豊富でしたが、広くて暖房の効きが弱いです。ホテルの立地はとてもいいです。

Hotel is not so clean and needs renovation. Staff is good. In a small town. Not much choice in this town. Already one of the best in town.

Chinese restaurant is good and no need to go outside if you don't feel like. Rooms are good value for the space they have. Beds are a bit too hard. Long swimming pool for making your laps in the morning. Standard breakfast room with good coffee.

Excellent place. Clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful. The dinner buffet is not so great but there are a few other restaurants to choose from. No ATM in hotel but it's just across the street.

Stays here every month for years. Like this great hotel and nice staffs. Many choices for meals, especially for business entertainment. View from south rooms are pretty nice. Sauna center is free for hotel guests.
