Pour un 5 étoiles bof ... Petit déjeuner ordinaire pas d insonorisation internet qui ne fonctionnait pas la télécommande de la télé bon plus .J avais envoyé plusieurs messages a l hotel avant d'arriver pas de réponse .

Având nevoie de cazare pentru o noapte, înainte de îmbarcarea pe feribot către destinația noastră de vacanta, am citit săptămânal recenziile câtorva hoteluri favorite din Piraeus. Recenziile de la Theoxenia m-au contrariat cel mai mult. Nu am înțeles cum pot fi atât de diferite. In aceeași perioadă hotelul primea note de 9, 10, 1 și 5. Pentru că este perfect localizat pentru nevoile noastre, am decis să riscăm si sa rezervăm aici și bine am făcut. Ok, nu este un hotel de 5 stele la standardele cu care mulți dintre călători poate s-au obișnuit, dar o notă sub 8 nu are cum să fie corectă, din punctul nostru de vedere. Camera a fost impecabil de curată, suficient de spațioasă, răcoroasă, cu un pat mare și confortabil. Micul dejun a fost bun, chiar dacă nu extrem de bogat, și mâncarea suficientă. Vom reveni cu siguranță.

Am fi preferat mai multe variante vegetale la micul dejun.

They have major problem with the Internet. It is not working properly. They said the entire area is affected since the provider was changing cables. I went to the hotel and cafe next door they didnt have any problem. Finally they admitted it’s only them and the problem has been going on for more than a month. The staff lies all the time. We wanted to take a bus tour and asked where the stop in the area was. They said they could sell us the voucher. I did not want to buy from them unless there was a discount. They said they could not give discount. I declined to buy from them. They insisted to give a voucher saying ‘please give this to the bus driver we are just trying to help them’ even though I did not pay. I said OK. When I was buying the tour directly from the bus company I asked for discount. Guess what the response was ‘We could provide you discount but since you brought this voucher we will need to pay the hotel a commission so we cannot give you a discount’

This hotel is situated very close to the ferry terminal. Great location, close to the Mall and restaurants as well.

La posizione, in centro ed ottima per accedere al porto.

Tutta la struttura e' un po' datata, per un 5 stelle l'arredamento andrebbe rimodernato. La colazione, per un 5 stelle, si presenta scarsa per qualita' e tipologia di alimenti..

Location & staff was very helpful.

No ice machines for water. It’s very hot in Athens. They should have ice machines so guests can stay hydrated without having to pay $4 for a bottle of water.

المكان كان قريب للميناء، فطور جيد النظافة كان يوم ينظف جيدا ويوم لا من الظاهر انه عاملة نظافة تتغير.فكانت عاملة مهملة لعملها تترك الغرفة كما هي فقط تغير المناشف وغطاء السرير العاملة التي اشتغلت يوم سبعة من شهر سبتمبر.

الاثاث قديم جدا قدم التاريخ لايستحق ثمن الاقامة ابدا حتى نصف الثمن لايستحقه

Room was clean and well presented and the location was ideal for the ferries.

Breakfast was satisfactory, but the hotel did not reflect a 5 star rating, probably more 3 star with regards to expectations, but ok for one night.

Great location, 10 min walk from the Port and 15 min walk from the Marina. Staff are lovely and helpful. The price is very reasonable including breakfast.

It’s not 5 star standards, place could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The breakfast has a large variety however the food was very average.

Gli arredi interni edesterni non erano di classe 5 stelle, la colazione non era all'altezza. Mi hanno addebitato 2€ per una bottiglietta di acqua bevuta dal frigo bar della camera. Mi sembra un po' vergognoso.

Muito abaixo das expetativas para um 5 estrelas. Quartos e instalações antiquados, os pés colavam-se ao chão no quarto. Pequeno-almoco péssimo com tolhas e cadeiras com nódoas.Depois de ter pago no local o valor total da estadia com um cartão fisico, mantiveram retido durante 1 mês o valor da reserva que tinha ficado cativo noutro cartão. Apesar de vários contactos meus e da própria Booking para libertarem a quantia nem sequer responderam.

Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν το μηχάνημα για χυμό φυσικό από πορτοκάλια το οποίο δεν συναντάς αλλού. Επισης θα έλεγα οτι και η τοποθεσία βολεύει αρκετά.

Περίμενα καλύτερη σχέση τιμής με το δωμάτιο το οποίο είχα για πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο.Το πρωινό αρκετά μέτριο όπως και ο χώρος του πρωινού. Σίγουρα με μια πρώτη εκτίμηση για πεντάστερο, το τονίζω, θέλει αναβάθμιση!

Náš pobyt v hoteli hodnotím veľmi pozitívne, s manželom sme boli obaja veľmi spokojní, izba pekná, čistá, spalo sa nám veľmi dobre, raňajky skvelé a veľmi chutné. Čo sme veľmi ocenili bolo to, že hotel sa nachádza veľmi blízko prístavu, blízko je tiež autobusová zastávka, zastávka metra. Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Dávame 10 bodov z 10.

Nemáme nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo.

J ai été il y a deux ans a cette hotel était que je trouvais convenable. Cette année, j ai remarquée la dégradation. Piscine vide. Joint du carrelage salle de la bain noir et moisissure. Salle de gym le tapis en panne depuis 2 ans. Le personnel a la réception a peine souriant. Les femmes d ouvrages étaient plus souriantes . Le petit déjeuner était très convenable. Pas de bouilloire et tasses. Je ne recommande pas. Pour moi c est devenue un 3 étoiles. Tres déçue.

Le personnel inadapté pour un soit- disant 5 étoiles. Dégradation du bâtiment intérieur. Lunette de toilette devisee et plus petite le wc.😅

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are going to hop on a ferry or a seabus next day. The rooms are very clean and large, you do not hear any noise from outside or from the guests staying in the other rooms. The breakfast is very good also. We expanded our stay for one more day. I highly recommend the place.

As we were very pleased with the hotel we extended our stay one more day.

Great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious food at the downstairs restaurant and breakfast was delicious.

Ik had dit hotel speciaal geboekt voor het zwembad. Dit bleek echter bij aankomst ineens onbruikbaar wegens herstellingen. Ik heb dan een kleine compensatie gevraagd in de vorm van het weglaten van de minibar kosten. (Minder dan 30€) . Dit werd echter onbeleefd geweigerd zonder enig begrip te tonen voor de teleurstelling van het ontbrekende zwembad.

Not a 5* hotel, even not a 4* hotel. It's a 3* hotel. Everything is very old. Scruffy, broken .... No internet during whole stay. No kettle in room, no complimentary water, only minibar which you have to pay. No 5* hotel will do that.

In my opinion, it was not clean at all.

It was dirty.

The location was great and overall the stay was good.

The hotel is old and the rooms are begging for renovation… the breakfast was bad, which is so weird to me cause this is Greece, you can find great veggies, good quality cheese and honey and have a simple yet high quality breakfast. It feels like the hotels is not putting any efforts. The overall experience was not bad, but the value for money was not there.

Clean and comfortable room in GREAT location for port ... all for a very reasonable price - exactly what we needed after arriving without our luggage and missing our island ferry! Lovely restaurant around the corner. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was extremely outdated. Uncomfortable beds, shower didn’t work properly we had to hold the head of it to shower cause it wouldn’t stay up. Said there was a fitness facility except it was a couple weights in a very questionable basement.

Easy to walk to after our ship arrived into Piraeus, and the bed was soooo comfortable! Great breakfast in the morning!

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Εξωτερικά μπορεί να φαίνεται 5 αστέρων Αλλα εσωτερικά 3 με το ζόρι Μπανιέρα και νιπτήρας πάρα πολυ παλιά και ελαττωματικά!!

Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό αν και επειδή κατεβήκαμε στο τελευταίο μισάωρο, δεν ανανεώνονταν οι πιατέλες που τελείωναν

Avevo una prenotazione con colazione inclusa ma dovendo prendere una nave al mattino molto presto non ho potuto usufruirne perché la colazione è servita dalle 7.00. Mi chiedo se in una zona portuale non sia possibile prevedere la possibilità di anticipare l'orario

Гостиница новая. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовый помочь даже в том, что не относится к их обязанностям : подсказать, как добраться до каких-то мест, где поесть, вызвать такси... Хочется отметить исключительную чистоту как в самой гостинице, так и в номере. Горничной - отдельное спасибо! Завтраки хорошие, достаточный выбор, всё время добавляют еду, но на протяжении 6 дней - одни и те же блюда.

Расположение гостиницы неудобное - далеко от транспорта -20-25 минут пешком, до набережной - примерно столько же. При том, что электрички чаще всего без кондиционера, едут медленно и очень большое количество людей. Так что, мы передвигались, в основном, на такси.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο και η τοποθεσία του εξαιρετική!!! Καθαριότητα τέλεια και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό!!

Το μόνο αρνητικό στο δωμάτιο ήταν οι κρεμαστές που ήταν σχετικά ψηλά και μας δυσκόλεψ

Booked before going on a cruise, we had stayed before. We had a free day which we planned to spend at the hotels pool. Pool was ‘under construction’ Had we been notified we would have gone elsewhere where, we were not. Hotel didn’t seem to care.

Clean and comfortable and well located for an overnight before a ferry to Hydra the next day. The port is easily walkable from the hotel.

It was fine for the purpose we needed.

Känns verkligen inte som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, poolen var också avstängd utan information, blandad service av personalen som kändes mest ointresserade av att svara på frågor…

We booked in very late that night. Reception was very accommodating and helpful. We had a small issue with our room which they sorted out at 01:00 in the morning.

The hotel is a bit old. Needs modernization. Otherwise all good.

Es un hotel clásico y con habitaciones amplias.

Se nota que el hotel ha vivido épocas mejores y se ven muchas cosas un poco desgastadas y con poca atención al detalle (cosas desgastadas, sucias por el tiempo, …) . En España sería un 4 estrellas como mucho. También está el tema de la piscina, fue el gancho que nos hizo decantarnos por este hotel pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba disponible sin ninguna explicación.
