Die Villa ist sehr schön aber die Gänge des Hotels sind leider recht nüchtern und schmucklos.

Ambiente particolare, bello e pulito.

Per essere una struttura a 4 stelle l'accesso (viale lungo per via giustamente della struttura) pieno di buche, basterebbe metterci un po' di materiale stabilizzante. La colazione per un Hotel di questa elevatura piuttosto scadente ( cibo scarso da discount), hotel più qualità con cibo migliore. Accesso al cane (11 kg taglia piccola) 30 euro, piuttosto eccessivo, (in Hotel 5 stelle prezzo 10 euro), inoltre con divieto di accesso in sala colazione tra l'altro su terrazza quindi in luogo completamente all'aperto. Prezzo elevato con fine non giustificato.

Very elegant building with great history should you want to Google search. Great food and very lovely staff. Room was great and spacious with a good working A/C.

External view of palace. Really big bed in room and it was comfortable to sleep on it. The breakfast area itself was really beautiful and well designed.

1. I was charged for slippers — for the first time in my life! 🫣 I honestly found this quite surprising for a hotel of this level. 2. The omelette was cold, despite being brought directly from the kitchen. This was rather disappointing, especially during breakfast. 3. Unfortunately, the corridors and the rooms did not live up to the expectations created by the hotel’s beautiful public areas. They felt rather simple, dated, and in need of renovation.

The Hotel offers a beautiful historical stay in a Palace. The rooms were well preserved and well accommodated. Breakfast options were really well catered too!

The walk out of the hotel was presented to be a little tricky due to the main driveway leading into the main road without sidewalks.

Siamo arrivati la sera tarda e ci hanno accolto con cordialità e professionalità. La stanza era molto grande e pulita, il bagno spazioso e con tutto il necessario per una permanenza di alto livello. La colazione molto fornita e di alta qualità, inutile dire che poterla fare sulla terrazza al fresco da al soggiorno un altro valore.

Nulla, non abbiamo trovato problemi o cose spiacevoli.

This hotel was such a wonderful and stress-free experience with our two dogs (one BIG and one medium sized). Dog bowls were provided. The palace is huge and the rooms are also very large. Everything is perfectly clean, the shower pressure is perfect, a fully stocked bar fridge (that is no longer a standard in affordable hotels), and very friendly staff. Also several electric car charges (flat rate charging price of €25, which was a great deal for us as our battery was very low). Huge parking area, fenced in park across the road from the back entrance for the dogs (be sure to take your own doggy poop bags and ask where the back entrance to the hotel is). Wonderful pizza place a few minutes walk down the street which has a very generous and incredible tasting menu. Dogs aren’t allowed in the breakfast room, so we paid €10 per person for room service breakfast. We were able to select a multitude of delicious things and loved having a late breakfast (9:30) delivered to our room. Comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. We enjoyed our evening here so much that we booked a night’s stay again for our return trip in two weeks.

Absolutely nothing. We feel so lucky to have booked this place on our journey from Vienna to Antibes. Much cheaper than other accommodation, but offers so much more.

Nagyon patináns , szép szálloda. Igazi főúri környezet. A szálloda tágas és kert is nagyon szép. Kedves személyzet. Minden kérésünket tudták teljesíteni. A szobák mérete is megfelelő, korhű bútorokkal.

A második emeleti ablakok picik és magasan vannak, amin nem lehet változtatni, csak a leírásnál szerintem jelezni lehet.

Rich breakfast with a wide selection. Clean room and romantic atmosphere. Large parking lot.

Night shift receptionist was very nice and helpful. Pool was an asset. Breakfast was quite complete and ok.

The restaurant was not great. Food quality was very average and the prizes were not. However, there was an excellent option just in front of the property. The waiter, who saw us every day, was not very kind.

I felt like royalty, the room was huge and had loads of the original features! Wine was reasonable too

Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden etwas dabei, das Hotel die Anlage und auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt und sauber gemacht und die Betten gemacht, es gab ausreichende Parkplätze, das Hotel ist relativ gut gelegen man kommt überall schnell hin, ob an den Gardasee, zu Restaurants, Supermärkten, Tankstellen, Bankautomaten, etc.. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch in Ordnung.

Das die Minibar nicht richtig gekühlt hat, es kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer gab, dass man Eier speisen beziehungsweise ein Omelette oder ein Spiegelei nur mit Aufpreis bei dem Frühstück bekam und das es keinen großen Spiegel gab, außer der im Badezimmer.

Das Gebäude ist sehr beeindruckend, man kommt sich wirklich adelig vor. Unser Zimmer (Juniorsuite) war sehr schön, geräumig und hatte eine gute Aufteilung, viel Stauraum für die Kleidung und ein sehr großes Bett! Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick war ein Highlight.

Man könnte noch viel mehr aus dem Hotel herausholen, vor allem bzgl. Ausstattung und schöner Möbel. Es ist recht schlicht eingerichtet und vor allem die Bar Möbel für draußen sind unbequem und wirken sehr einfach. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ einfach. Ich würde mir mehr Brötchenauswahl wünschen, und inkludierte Eierspeisen. Das Rührei war nicht gut! Aber es gibt viel.Obst und typisch italienisch viel Süßes. Man wird auf jeden Fall satt und für ein inkludiertes Frühstück hat es gepasst.

Am nimerit o camera fara balcon. Nu era șampon/ gel de duș la baie ci doar săpun lichid. Frigiderul răcește foarte puțin.

Das Gebäude an und für sich ist beeindruckend

Die Atmosphäre war kühl und distanziert, das Personal hat seine Pflicht getan, ohne persönlichen Engagement, bis auf eine Ausnahme. Das gesamte Haus wirkt eher kühl, mehr auf Events und Meetings ausgerichtet, es fehlten im gesamten Haus Blumen zum Beispiel, oder einmal die Frage, wie es uns gefällt.

La nostra camera era davvero molto grande e pulita. Letto molto comodo e decisamente grande. Il buffet della colazione era molto ricco e c'è la possibilità di farla all'esterno su una bella terrazza.

Come posizione non è ottimale. Ci vuole certamente la macchina se vuoi girare, la località è carina ma molto piccola.

La chambre est vaste et simplement décoré. Le lit très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation de la chambre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre un très large choix d'options. Il est possible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, ce qui est très agréable. Tout est propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très sympathique et répond volontiers aux questions et demandes.

Le mobilier est d'un style plutôt ancien et mériterai d'être un peu plus moderne. Les lampes dans la chambre sont d'un style retro et diffusent une couleur de lumière très jaune, plutôt étrange. Il est impossible de fermer la porte de la chambre à clé.

L'aspetto esterno della villa, spettacolare. La colazione in terrazza, guardando la facciata della villa e il parco. Il parcheggio molto ampio e la possibilità di caricare auto elettriche.

La camera era molto basilare in termini di arredamento e servizi, potrebbe beneficiare di un ammodernamento.

The building itself was magnificent. The architecture is incredible and definitely worth seeing. The bar staff were friendly in particular. The breakfast room has an amazing view!

The location was really poor, and I feel it should’ve been stated how far away it is from everything if you don’t have a car. Some amenities were poor, like the power in our room having been blown when we arrived and the shower head dripping black liquid and refusing to turn off with force. At times, those on reception felt a little stand off ish and my friend and I were made feel like burdens to them. The view outside the room window was also very poor. Food wise, there were very few options for picky eaters in particular, and virtually very few restaurants outside of the hotel.

Не компетентный и не дружелюбный персонал. У дочери был день рождения, при брони попросила заказать шары, естественно за дополнительную плату. Мне ответили что услуги кухни нужно заказывать день в день… Ну ок. Администратор не знает в котором часу у них отъезд. Нас начали выгонять с номера в 10:50, хотя отъезд в 11:30. Винтажные старинные номера, сантехника, это красиво, но не работает. Кран с горячей водой открывается, а закрутить его невозможно без применения грубой мужской силы. Кондиционер в номере не работал. В обеденной зоне его нет вообще. В номере и коридоре нашествие муравьев. Они попали и в чемоданы, мы все покусанные. Ну и вишенка на торте, это горничная, которая возвращалась в номер без стука, в момент когда муж переодевался. У нас был номер делюкс. На фото присутствует красивый балкон. По факту получили номер с маленькой створочкой под потолком в конце комнаты.

das Badezimmer benötigt einen kompletten Service. Das Kaltwasser im Bad hat nur teilweise funktioniert. Obwohl wir am selben Tag das Zimmer gewechselt haben, bestand im zweiten Zimmer das gleiche Problem. Da wir sehr müde waren, hatten wir keine Lust mehr, erneut zu wechseln.

Soggiorno in villa nel periodo estivo da svariati anni . Purtroppo , questa volta mi sono dovuto ricredere . Ho soggiornato una notte in villa prenotando 2 junior suite . Con me si trovava anche il mio cane taglia piccola 3 kg . Sevizio di pulizia aggiuntivo alla camera x fare alloggiare anche il cane 30€ Piacevolmente il cane non può entrare né al bar , ristorante e sala colazione . Colazione rispetto gli anni precedenti di gran lunga ridimensionata . Caffè e cappuccino della macchinetta ( pessimo ) perché il servizio bar la mattina non è servito . In camera una volta venivano fornite 2 bottiglie di acqua gratis . Ora nemmeno l’ombra costano 2 euro a bottiglia . Una vergogna . Conclusione … il mio soggiorno è costato 366€ per una notte . Direi non ne vale più la pena soggiornare in villa

It was absolutely a beautiful place to stay stunning just 😍 loved the outside seating area and the terrace to eat a lovely breakfast , welcoming staff, the fabulous accommodation, amazing beautiful building would definitely recommend x

The only one thing was after breakfast I went to use the toilet near terrace and it was really off putting some one had either been sick or exploded in both toilets not a nice scene. However don't let this put you off booking as the hotel was spotless the guest that made the mess should of told a member of staff.

Et la grosse déception pour la non possibilité de prendre le repas du soir car mariage ( dommage)

Sono stata già diverse volte in questa bellissima struttura e non delude mai. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, camere ampie e cconfotevoli.

We tend to stay here when we are in northern Italy. We have always had a positive experience and they have the best breakfast out of several places we have stayed. They also cater for those needing Gluten Free food. Room and facilities are always clean and in good order. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the front courtyard while you have your breakfast, you just can't beat it.

It was beautiful hotel and grounds. Breakfast setting was great.

Room service (snack) option was awful. Could get better. No coffee machine in the rooms and can't get coffee until breakfast opens. Limited snack options.

Slecht onderhouden kamer (interieur gebouw), scheuren plafond, vlekken op muren, vieze voegen badkamer, verweerd douche cabine- oude smoezelige indruk ook gebouw en meubels. Geen eten en drinken na 22.00 terwijl op roomservice kaart 22.30 stond.
