The location, we've been going for years and had fond memories with our kids there. The staff is really efficient and helpful in sorting out problems, we were impressed how they dealt with us.

There was a family reunion function all weekend and music was so loud three nights in a row we couldn't sleep. We feel functions like these impose on other guests, we couldn't use the restaurant even. Our booking was also not on the system and they had to put us in temporary accommodation for the first night and moved us the next day which wasn't pleasant.

The property is convenient situated for a family. The direct access was amazing with our 2 small kids.

When we arrived the freezer section was busy defrosting so we were unable to use the fridge. I actually had to take warm water and a cloth to defrost it myself. The advertised play area at the restaurant by the pool was also nonexistent. This was very disappointing for my kids.

Been to the resort for the 3rd time so that says a lot about it then..

When we arrived the property was not ready although it was past check in time - there were no towels and despite requesting no pillow slips turned up - they were just too busy to cope ............

Beautiful location, friendly staff, daily housekeeping and cleaning of the braai area and pool. An awesome experience! And 200m from private entrance to beach

All was great! One thing that would be helpful is a few more double adapters for phone chargers etc.

On arrival had to ask for dishwashing liquid, shower soap and bath bats. Had to ask for bath mats several times.

Resort is very nice and offer everything you need. The Resort has 2 swimming pool areas. Our unit /apt had a private barbecue area. The Beach was amazing.

- WiFi could be better, given the daily rate. - The blinds in the lounge area of unit 64 are need to be fixed. - Unit 54 upstairs door lock did not work, needs to be replaced.

It was just a pleasure in all aspects! Well appointed, comfortable and clean.

The unit was close to the entrance.

The unit needs a serious update, it felt old an outdated. The TV channels are a joke! Who watches SABC channels? This is not valve for money! Iron provided but no ironing board. Maybe consider putting in aircons and hair dryers for that price. We did a garden route holiday and this stay was the least favorite, everywhere else was top notch and some for lower prices than this. This was a studio apartment for 4. We won't be back.

Neat, clean and comfy apartments. Very good location - an easy walk to a beach. A relatively short walk or very short drive to the main / swimmable beach. Self catering facilities - equipped kitchen. Daily housekeeping. Restaurant on site and many options of restaurants / coffee shops nearby.

Please note that there are no grocery shops close by - you generally need to drive to St Francis to fresh produce etc. Bring your own swimming towels and hand soap for the basins in the bathrooms. The unit we had was upstairs - there was no balcony area to eat / relax etc. No braai area.

WiFi was bad in our room (room 57). I reported it but it could not be resolved. No clear rules ito how guests are supposed to behave. There was a big group that came in which was noisy and played music as and when they felt like it with no consideration for the other guests.

The location, the stuff and everything about the place screams comfort.

Lady at the reception as well as the man and lady at the restaurant were all very pleasant and helpful.

Nice big house with comfy beds and a lot of space. Check-in process was smooth and there we had a private parking directly in front of the house. Small shop to buy some snacks, but no fresh veggies or fruits. Short drive from the light house with fantastic sunsets!

Overall the resort was absolutely fine.

The TV was horrid as it had a burn in image on the screen all the time and it was too small. There is just way to much noise, live music and functions being held that carry on too late into the nights. The resort is breaking there own rules for respecting low noise levels by having functions and live music. Certain type of guests just constantly scream and make too much noise all the time.

A bit close to the restaurant so could hear the noise. Unit we had was not as close to the beach as advertised.

the breakfast was fantastic and we really enjoyed it. Service in the kitchen was great and menu offered a good variety.

Wifi connection and electricity was a problem right through the holiday.

location was great for our boys to go straight to the beach on foot via resort beach access to go surf. fairly large estate so there was roughly a 5 to 7 minute walk from our location to the waters edge. no issues getting some steps in though. but was located close to reception/pool/restaurant/shop which was great. we had our own pool but was not utilized due to wintery conditions. ample space for 2 adults and 3 active boys

we unfortunately has an unexpected power outage due to some community issue which took in excess of 24 hours to resolve. there is an inverter in the unit but does not last longer than 6 hours. this was an issue which does not happen often so doubt it would upset future visits

The bedroom was nice and big, but the kitchen was tiny, and we had to close the kitchen door to get to the stove (behind the door). The bath and shower rooms were HUGE. It would have made more sense if the two spaces (kitchen and bathroom) were swapped around. Overall, the place was neat, and we had everything we needed in the unit.

The staff tidied our bathroom and washed the two cups in the kitchen sink, but didn't make our beds. I just threw the duvet back on the bed while we got ready in the morning, as I don't like a messy room, and the beds were left untouched, which meant I had to make the beds before bedtime. Friends of ours in a different unit were looking for their son's sleep socks and found them snugly inside the boy's bed. This was after the cleaning staff had tidied and made beds. A bit more effort would go a long way. You don't expect a deep clean, but the basics, like shaking out bedding, would be great.

The whole Resort can be updated. USB port next to bed. Two reading lights at both beds. Crockery needs to be replaced. Stove......dont know what happed to the stove but it was buckled on top. Towls old.......Water pressure in the shower not good.....No privacy at the sliding door. People passing through.

Very disappointed with the Breakfast. As 4 of us went to breakfast and there was no breakfast due to not enough people at the resort.

We had to ask to get the room made up, the basin in the bathroom in Unit 52 was so small that when you put the tap on the water shot over the basin and onto the floor. I don't know if there was a fitting that should have gone into the tap to prevent this. We had to ask for clean towels as ours were hung up sopping wet. Their towels also need renewing as they are yellowy. The TV ONLY had Mnet and Sports. No movie channels. The safe didn't work. Only one bottle of water for the 3 days. The shelf was missing in the fridge door. No washing up cloth.
