Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und der im Preis inklusive Besuch des Ice Hotels auf dem Gelände war ein wirkliches Erlebnis, auch wenn wir es vorgezogen haben in einem normalen Zimmer zu schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war das beste was ich je auf Reisen erlebt habe, hier gab es wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Vielen Dank auch für das Zimmer Upgrade und das wir unser Motorrad direkt vor der Zimmertüre parken durften, alles nicht selbstverständlich
Es gab wirklich nichts, für uns war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt und ein Highlight des Nordkapp Trips.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The house was nice and warm, big table and TV, bed was big and very comfortable, the bathroom - modern and overall everything was clean and tidy! The amenities around the camp were plenty and you even get a free visit to the ice hotel!
The walking space in the bedrooms was a bit limited especially to fit your suitcase and the kitchenette was missing dish soap and sponge to clean the dishes. But those were small things and overall the stay was very nice.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Booking.com canceled our reservation unexpectedly and refused to give us the same price when we rebooked. The hotel matched the price and delivered a very comfortable cabin for a full family with excellent breakfast. It is evident that Ice Hotel care about their guests.
Only thing I can think of is that the bunk beds were small for grownups (when trying to put kids to sleep), but the children slept very well once put to sleep.

Litet kanalutbud. För mig som handikappad som måste sitta och duscha är tvålen alldeles för högt monterad på väggen och svår att nå ovanför huvudet. Inga brickor i restaurangen vilket innebär att för mig som handikappad (återigen, har benprotes och saknar större delen av fingrarna) och har svårt att bära saker att jag måste gå flera gånger och ta flera tallrikar i onödan.

Dans la 2ème chambre, les lits sont assez étroits et le lit en hauteur est assez proche de celui d'en dessous donc c'est fait pour des petits enfants plus que pour des ados. Le niveau d'équipement est assez limité si vous y restez plusieurs jours.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Vi var mycket nöjda med hotellrummet, personalen, frukosten läget etc. Det mest minnesvärda bemötandet fick vi av en ung kille, förmodligen sommarjobbare, som mötte oss med ett glatt leende på väg till parkeringen. Han hade jobbat hela natten och beskrev att det var "jätteroligt". Det blev ett kort samtal som gjorde att vi lämnade hotellet med ett stort leende på läpparna.
Det var lite svårt att hitta rummet.

MEN kocken kunde ordna annan mat. Det hade dock inte varit nödvändigt om man redan från början bara hade haft en panerad rätt.
