Todo. El personal lo que más, increíblemente amable. Mucha gente que hablaba español. El lago es una maravilla y el hotel también. Nos hicieron un upgrade en la habitación.

El único incidente que tuvimos es que no pudimos conectar el iPad a la televisión porque hubo un fallo de sistemas

Na ja, es scheint ein Personalproblem zu bestehen Gefallen eigentlich wenig. Der Pool war gut, aber um 10:00 lagen noch die Auflagen und Decken vom Vortag auf den Liegen. Die Lage am See ist zwar schön, aber da gibt es eine ganze Reihe von Hotels, die ein weitaus besseres Niveau haben. Hervorzuheben wäre Nadja im Restaurant, freundlich und kompetent. Das wars auch

Wir gehen bei Buchung davon aus, dass die gebotenen Leistungen auch erbracht bzw genutzt werden können. Es gb aber an jedem Abend ein > exklusives Event <, so dass entweder das Schloss Restaurant, die Bar oder andere für Gäste n i c h t zur Verfügung stand. Die > Events < sind mir eigentlich vollkommen egal, ich möchte nur, dass dies zu Lasten der Gäste geht

We really enjoyed the lake lounge and swimming area. The spa was great too, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The service was excellent throughout our stay.

Fabulous location and property, amazing SPA and lakeside club. Ultra-luxury room design and details. Fairytale-like views from our room. Great service and food offer at Schloss Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Very good SPA and concierge staff. Guests have the possibility to live unique experiences such as exploring the lake with paddle board and visiting the Sissi museum.

Check-in experience could be improved in order to make it more memorable and informative, especially considering the incredible potential of the property (history of the castle, extensive art collection, Sissi movie location, beautiful SPA…). Details and info about the hotel and the room were given too briefly. Also, something more could be offered in the room for welcoming guests (besides only two apples). Check-out instead was managed properly - however, more efforts could be done during the goodbye / departure moment with the car or taxi, in order to close the beautiful experience at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in a more personal way. Some plants in the gardens were dead and needed to be replaced.

Ligging

The location is stunning, the staff is great and I felt very welcomed bringing our dog.

The prices were too high imo, we only booked breakfast to have options but what you end up paying in the end you could easily go a week to the Maldives as well. Still great location, beautiful hotel and excellent staff!

Der Strand war einmal zur Hälfte abgesperrt wegen einer Hochzeit. Am nächsten Morgen war eine grosse Gruppe im Frühstücksraum was dann sehr laut war.

After a previous stay at Rosewood London and Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco at Tuscany which was stunning, we decided to celebrate a special occasion at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. First some positives, the property is amazing. Rooms have spectacular views, the surrounding lakes are surreal and the spa / pool area is also amazing. I had the opportunity to take a massage and must say the therapist did a great job. Room service and Housekeeping staff also 10/10. All requests were done promptly and well. The checkin was dismal. One Mr Lulu or Zulu who the GM introduced us to was absolutely cold and non welcoming. no smile, no welcome and to an extent seemed non interested. Half way through the checkin process he attended another guest and we were left to someone else to complete the formalities. The gentleman who checked us in subsequently also did a hurried job. We had reached the property at 1 pm and when asked for the room were told that the guarantee is at 3 pm. No mention of even trying to get the same readied at the earliest. The welcome at a property like Rosewood should be considered a ritual and guests should be made to feel a bit special on arrival. The breakfast today morning was at the terrace restaurant. There also the experience was horrible. No one seemed interested to ask for coffee, offer cutlery, ask for any warm dishes to be brought. Nothing !! We had to call upon the waiter each and every time and even had to ask for water / glasses / napkins. The response of staff was in Hmms and non professional. The resteraunt itself was not that busy and was adequately staffed. I had to call upon the restaurant manager and complain about the whole experience. When someone checks into a Rosewood property their expectation of service is not what u expect in a HolidayInn. I request the brand to look into this review seriously and invest in some service standards of some people working there.

De ligging aan de spectaculair mooie Fuschlsee, de wellness, het ponton (strand) en de kunstcollectie.

De prijzen in het restaurant zijn expres hoog ( 19 euro voor 10 cl simpele Pinot noir vind ik niet oké). 25 euro voor parkeren vind ik ook niet oké. Ze hebben immers een groot terrein. (Werd kwijtgescholden toen we er een opmerking over maakten)

This is a hotel to be admired. If you like the high end of architecture, this is the place. A perfect balance of a large amount of money invested in this property, an amazing group of architects and designers, and a bunch of great artisans. To be in the hotel is like being in a movie. One of my family's favorite places. We will be back in different seasons.

The location is incredible, with access to the lake. The hotel has been recently renovated and the design is very well done. The hotel has lots of facilities including an exceptional pool and sauna area.

The service at the restaurant whether it was for the drinks or for the breakfast itself. The concierge service.

Дуже комфортний готель на дивовижному озері з блакитно-зеленою водою. Ми його обійшли кругом (11 км за три години). Отримали масу задоволення. Гарне розташування: недалеко від Зальцбургу, Бад-Ішля, Ґальштату. Багато гірних озер, гори, КРАСОТА!!!... Ослуговування в готелі на вищому рівні. Гарні номери (невисточало тільки полочки під телевізором). Чудові види з окна.

Bedienung im Restaurant Terrasse teilweise unkoordiniert: warten auf den 1 Gang fast 45 Minuten. Fries zum Steak zu spät…. Pancakes zu dick… Von einem hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse erwartet man etwas anderes!

One of the best experiences we had as a family but also as each individual in this trip to Rosewood. It provided a secluded and high end experience to every member of my family that made their stay there one to always remember and hoping to repeat.

Les lieux sont paisibles et invitent à la détente. Le lac est magnifique. Les chambres et les aires communes sont soignées et confortables.

Lage und Hotel sehr sehr schön, Personal freundlich aber nicht außergewöhnlich was man sich aber in dieser Preislage erwarten dürfte. Spa-Bereich sehr schön - und die Hotelanlage selber natürlich außergewöhnlich

Die Preise - vor allem bei den Getränken übertrieben..... 1 Glas 0,1 GV 2024 mit 11 Euro sagt alles. Katastrophal war das Frühstück, an jedem Tag kam es zu Problemen, extreme Wartezeit für einen Cafe - wenn er überhaupt kam trotz "Erinnerung" - auch andere Gäste haben darauf negativ darauf reagiert ... Schade

Кровать в 607 номере, разные уровни высоты матраса. В ресторане на террасе неприветливое, медленное обслуживание. Консьерж который работал 05.06 около 18:00, некомпетентный, по его словам не работал компьютер. Имеются вопросы к уборочному персоналу. Минус бал за персонал в ресторане, за консьержа, и за уборочный персонал, бармен девушка не умеет делать коктейли. Остальное все хорошо.

Das es einen Dresscode für das Schlossrestaurante gibt (was ich gut finde) und Herren trotzdem in kurzen Hosen und T-Shirts Einlass bekommen !

+ Hochwertige und geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. + Wunderschöner Seeblick vom Zimmer, der den Aufenthalt besonders macht. + Sehr gepflegter und attraktiver Seezugang bzw. Seebereich. + Hervorragende Lage des Hotels. + Der Spa-Bereich überzeugt sowohl mit dem Indoor- als auch dem Outdoorpool sowie einer insgesamt sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung. + Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Nespresso-Maschine im Spa-Bereich – ein Detail, das ich in dieser Form bisher noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt habe. + Sehr aufmerksames Housekeeping. Beim Abendservice wurden beispielsweise Wasserflaschen samt Gläsern neben dem Bett bereitgestellt – eine kleine Geste mit großer Wirkung.

- Das Servicepersonal war durchwegs freundlich und bemüht, allerdings fehlte es teilweise an Aufmerksamkeit. Es handelte sich meist nur um Kleinigkeiten, diese kamen jedoch auffallend häufig vor (vergessene Bestellungen, Missverständnisse oder kleine organisatorische Fehler). - Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie in Österreich hätte ich erwartet, dass ein größerer Teil des Personals Deutsch spricht. - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei den Speisen erscheint nicht immer stimmig. Ein gehobenes Preisniveau ist in einem solchen Haus selbstverständlich nachvollziehbar, einzelne Gerichte wirkten jedoch überdurchschnittlich teuer. Eine Pasta Bolognese um 34 Euro erscheint beispielsweise selbst im Luxussegment ambitioniert. - Die Kosten für einen Tiefgaragenplatz von 35 Euro pro Tag empfinde ich als eher hoch angesetzt.

An amazing hotel and spa. I recommend each perrson to stay there at list once in a lifetime. I definatly plan to come back! The spa is out of this wourld with so many opportunities of leasure. The room accross the lake was heavenly and the service is like nothing i ever expirienced.

The food opportunitues are not enough and the restaurant in the hotel is too expensive.

Perfect place to spend some time away from the city, lake views were amazing, hiking or walking around.

Restaurants could use some diversity, options were a little bit limited.

Breakfast does not get any better! Delicious made to order eggs and a buffet set up with tempting meats, cheese, fruit and hearty breads. And what puts it over the top are the cheery good morning smiles and of course the tranquil lake view. Rooms were very spacious, quiet and furnished with designer touches which brought local character of the region inside. The staff Schloss Fuschl assembled is amazingly engaging and genuinely warm. The treatment we received, such as a room upgrade, guarantees we will return to this soul uplifting hotel. If the weather is warm, head to the lakeside terrace to take the beauty all in.

Everything, not a single complaint! The staff, location, facilities, food, just sensational.

Everything about this place was incredible.

The location of the hotel is magic, the views over the lake and the surrounding mountains and forests are incredibly calming and beautiful. The room (we had one in the side wing with a direct view over the lake) was immaculately appointed, great attention to detail both in the bedroom and the bathroom. Very high quality of materials was used, the lighting was also perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere, yet, where you needed more light like in front of the mirror in the bathroom and the reading lamps integrated in the headboards of the bed, you had the light you needed. Both bed linen and matrasses were of very high quality. The collection of paintings - mostly old masters - in public areas is impressive. The Schloss restaurant offers perfect views to the lake (open only for breakfasts and dinner). Valet parking worked perfectly fine. The head of the restaurant - Manasi - was extremely helpful, professional and gracious in arranging a birthday lunch for my mother which I hosted a couple of days after our stay at the hotel.

Despite the fact that in general all staff was friendly and helpful but many of them did not come across as professionally trained. We lacked some sort of natural graciousness, also the way how food or beverages were served did not always correspond to the quality I would expect from Rosewood. Some staff happened to have clothes which was partially a bit dirty (eg from spilled over food). Eventhough for me it was no problem at all, but most staff did not speak or almost did not speak German which is a bit a drawback for a German speaking location eventhough I reckon that the majority of guests comes from overseas. The hotel bar is nicely appointed but the music played there was a huge turn off; it was a combination of Abba and similar rather loud or Pop Music which really does not fit to a nice classic hotel bar with a fire place. Calm Jazz or piano music would have been the perfect fit for the place. Hence we escaped as fast as possible after our pre dinner drink to get away from the music. We also noted that eventhough the hotel has been in operation for only two years, there already were signs of wear and tear (for instance there were places where plaster work and paint fell off in the corridor on the way to the Schloss restaurant and the bar). Such things should be really immedeately fixed and not left as they were. As far as the Seeterasse Restaurant is concerned, this was not a real architectural gem despite the beautiful views to the lake, both in terms of the decoration and the different rather cheap wooden ceiling panelling and the white heating panels fixed on the ceiling. This could have been certainly done in a more elegant way. The lighting in the ladies restroom is too dark, ladies who intend to refresh their make up can have difficulties doing so. Also fabric hand towels rather than paper towels in the public restrooms would have made a better impression.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den See sind einfach ein Traum! Daneben eine wirklich gelungene Renovierung, das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Zimmer äußerst ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Kunst im Haus, tolles Design! Ein rundum gelungenes Konzept. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Beide Restaurants im Haus sind ebenfalls sehr ansprechend, das Restaurant unten am See konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Wir fanden auch das Spa sehr schön. es dort gibt Liegen, die auf einer Glasveranda sind, man fühlt sich auch wenn der Raum geschlossen ist, als ob man in der Natur liegen würde, einer der beiden Pools ist ein beheizter Pool im Außenbereich, in den man von innen hinaus schwimmen kann

Beim Service hakt es immer mal wieder, einmal funktioniert der Frühstückservice top, einmal ein einziger Fail, ewige Wartezeit auf die Eierspeisen. Erst nach einer halben Stunde auf Nachfrage wurden sie serviert. Einige Speisen auf dem Buffet wurden ab 10:00 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Eine Parkgebühr von 35 € pro Nacht finde ich übertrieben. Anfragen per Mail oder über Booking dauernd in der Regel eineinhalb Tage. Für uns war es etwas merkwürdig, dass man immer auf Englisch angesprochen wird, das lässt sich aber verkraften. Die Preise in der Bar und im Restaurant sind im obersten Bereich angesiedelt. Dem entspricht die Qualität der Speisen aus meiner Sicht nicht, das Essen ist gut, aber einfach zu teuer. Im Spa werden den ganzen Tag die Handtücher auf den unbesetzten Liegen nicht weggeräumt, in den Toiletten dort fehlt immer wieder Toilettenpapier.

I have to say, Rosewood really gave us a wonderful memory for our 1st year Anniversary. By checking in, the staff gave us 2 glasses of special welcome drink, nice color and nice flavour! They prepared a delicious cake, a bottle of Rosé and a very warm hand-written card in our room. The weather were also perfect for nice photos, the view from every corner, especially from the restaurants are like fairytale. We were really so grateful for this wonderful and remarkable experience in Rosewood.

Everything is perfect! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful scenery

Extremely disappointing spa experience at this property. I booked a specific treatment and was given something completely different instead. When I brought it to their attention, there was zero accountability and no real effort made to resolve the issue. Their “solution” was offering me the treatment I originally booked the next time I return… despite knowing I likely won’t be back to Austria anytime soon. No partial refund, no real apology, nothing. For a Rosewood property, the level of customer service was honestly shocking. I expected far better. Do yourself a favor and skip the spa here.

Excellent lake-side retreat, really good rooms and great food and drink options. Staff very friendly. Staff helped with taxis to airport and Salzburg.

As expected, and this is not a criticism, everything is very expensive. I didn’t mind this for food & drink given the quality, but it was going to cost €40 to wash a gym top and shorts - I asked the hotel if there was any flexibility on that and they said they’d check with housekeeping, but never got back to me.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Betten bequem, die Anwendungen perfekt (!), der Hund durfte mit ins Restaurant, das Essen war einwandfrei, Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt, eigentlich war alles auf den ersten Blick optimal....

... wir sind allerdings einen Tag (3 gebucht) früher nach Hause gefahren, weil wir uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt haben. Das ist eine persönliche Sache. Wir kamen uns in diesem komplett "smart" organisierten Haus vor wie in einer amerikanischen Kulisse, und eigentlich waren wir doch im schönen Salzkammergut in Österreich. Vielleicht sind wir auch zu alt für so ein modernes Haus?

Yes it’s an expensive hotel, but the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff is probably the best I have experienced. The lake views and surroundings make it such a special place. The spa was beautiful and whilst treatments were expensive, again the service was amazing.

The lighting system in the room was a little overcomplicated, but this was a minor detail. Everything else was first class
