1. הבריכה צריכה להיות פתוחה בערבים, במשך היום מאד חם, עד כדי סבל בחוץ, בערב יכל היות מעולה או לחילופין תשדרגו לעוד בריכה ממוזגת 2. החדרים עייפים, ראו ימים יפים יותר, המיזוג , או נורא קר… אין ביניים

פינוי מהבריכה ברבע לחמש. מענה איטי ולא יעיל כשהגענו בלילה ורצינו שיפתחו את שער החניה.

1.Got cought there during missiles attack by Iran. Had to use shelter and cancel rest of our stay including cancelled stay. 2.Almost never the front desk answeres phones after 16:00, Tried for four days. This in not hapening even at a one star hotel.

הריהוא בחדר מאוד מיושן ולא מאוד נקי , במקלחת אין מים חמים גם אחרי שניסו לעזור לנו עם התחזוקה, ברז המים היה על הכי חם ועדיין זרם זרזיף חלש, אין אפשרות למלא אמבטיה, דבר שמאוד רציתי גם כי הפקק לא אטום ןהמים יורדים וגם כי אין מספיק מים חמים לרחצה , של שני אנשים אם ממלאים אמבט, בהחלפת המגבות בבוקר קיבלתי מגבת מקופלת יפה אך עם כתם ולא נקייה, שתינו תה ונגמר הסוכר, חשבנו שאחרי הנקיון ימלאו אך זה לא קרה , בנוסף אין רשתות בחלונות ובערב היו על התקרה מאות מעופפים קטנים.

The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food selection is impressive with a rich and diverse menu, and the wine bar is absolutely wonderful. The spa facilities are spotless, relaxing, and truly indulgent. Overall, a top quality experience that I highly recommend.

In the lobby of the hotel is a "work of art" depicting the alleged Nakba with Halocost motives. This is extremely offensive for me as a Jew, especially after October 7th. The breakfast was disappointing as well.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2025La vue sur le lac de Tiberiade. Les bâtiment ont une histoire, de la personnalité et du charme. Situation excellente pour rayonner sur la région. Service de très bon niveau. Très belle chambre (nous avions été upgradés).
Petit bémol : Au petit déjeuner, on apporte des myriades de petits plats, dont on ne prend que la moitié, par goût ou par saturation.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The dinner was also very good. I enjoyed the spa.
The problem is that the swimming pool opens only at 10:00, when it is already VERY hot. Why not let the guests come and have a swim at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM when the weather is still okay? Additionally, there is no entertainment available at the hotel.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025ציפיתי למקום מבורך וברמה טובה. איש הקבלה היה אדם לא נחמד שעל כל בקשה ביקש תוספת כסף כאילו 1990 שקל לא היה מספיק. המעית צרה מאוד, ישנה מאוד ולא נוחה. לא זכינו לעזרה מאנשי הצוות בהובלת המזוודות, השטיחים ישנים ודהויים. החדר קטן מאוד , צר ובדיאבד הסתבר שאסור לפתוח חלונות. חלון אחד פתחתי ואת השני הבנתי שאסור. חנק בחדר. בלילה מכת יתושים קשה. חוסר אונים של הצוות מה לעשות. נשלחו שתי עושרות פיליפיניות שעמדו וחייכו עם שואב אבש ישן ולא התגברו. בשעה אחת עשרה בלילה. עם חלוק וחצי לבושה העבירו אותנו לחדר אלר. לא היו יתושים אבל אי אפשר לפתוח את החלונות . בקיצור אכזבה ממש גדולה.
ארוחת בוקר הייתה בסדר. השרות הייתה טובה.

ביום הראשון חנינו בחנייה מס' 4. נמסר לנו כי עד לסוף הנופש חנייה זו תהיה שמורה לנו, אך ביום השני לנופש קיבלנו הודעה על כך ש"שודרגנו" לחנייה בקומה 0. החנייה הייתה צרה ולא נוחה והתחושה היתה של חוסר הוגנות.
