Las instalaciones de la habitación, la cama tenía un colchón bastante viejo y las almohadas eran muy incómodas, además solo había una almohada para cada persona. Además el baño estaba muy viejo. La relación calidad precio, con el tema de instalaciones externas estaba ok pero de cara a la habitación no se corresponde lo que pagas con la calidad.

Spiaggetta che da sul golfettino posteriore. Personale disponibile. La navetta gratuita per andare alla spiaggia rena bianca
L'unica nota negativa, è la visibilità dell'ingresso del resort dalla strada. Occorrerebbe mettere un indicazione magari sul lato opposto all'ingresso.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026L'extérieur est très beau et pas de problème de parking, les chambres ont un petit charme. Les serviettes de piscine sont fournies et la piscine est très agréable et belle, pas de difficulté pour trouver un transat disponible. Le coin plage privée est ... mignon mais pas spectaculaire. Et il y a un coin pour les enfants. Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.
Un hôtel qui mériterait d'être réévalué. Les chambres sont trop petites pour un 4 étoiles et il manque des équipements (pas de thé ni café ni théière , et seulement shampoing et savon dans la salle de bain). Les lits ne sont pas confortables. Le restaurant ne nous donnait pas envie donc nous avons passé notre chemin mais nous avons testé le petit déjeuné (à 15€ par personne par jour) qui est très bien mais qui serait plus raisonnable à moitié de son prix actuel. La taxe de séjour à la sortie est excessive (3,5€ par personne par nuit alors que un autre hôtel quelques nuits plus tôt nous a précisé que c'était 1€ par personne par nuit). Pour le personnel, je ne sais pas si c'est de la timidité mais ils n'étaient pas particulièrement accueillant sans être méchant pour autant, juste pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

inammissibile in un 4 stelle la doccia con la tenda curare un po' di più gli esterni, il posto ha un grande potenziale, ma è lasciato un po' al degrado oltre bagno schiuma e shampoo non c'era nulla come set di cortesia

Complimenti allo chef per le ottime pietanze! Una bella e pulita piscina e tutto l’ambiente circostante al hotel. Utile la navetta per la spiaggia. Musica dal vivo la sera, ma per come è composta la struttura non da fastidio se sei in camera. Un piacevole soggiorno! Da ritornare!

La atención de recepción no me gusto mucho. Les falta un poco de empatía cuando uno llega.

Had a terrible experience trying to accommodate my group at the restaurant, that ended as soon as the maître decided he needed to make me and my friends embarassed before other guests. I've taken this to the attention of the hotel director, but I'm not sure whether this has been taken seriously - never got any feedback from her after our report.

Essendo incinta 🤰, avevo contattato la struttura prima del nostro arrivo spiegando che avevo diverse necessità, tra cui il bisogno di riposare bene e di avere una camera tranquilla 💤. Devo dire che lo staff ha fatto davvero di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno perfetto, coccolandomi e accontentandomi in ogni singola richiesta. Oltre alla location fantastica 📍 e all'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo 💰, la vera differenza l'ha fatta l'incredibile fattore umano. Un grazie speciale va a Maria Vittoria e Tania, ma anche a tutto il personale del ristorante e del bar 🍽️🍹: sono stati tutti estremamente professionali, calorosi e attenti a ogni dettaglio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'accoglienza impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 🏨🌟

Hôtel décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont séparées par une simple porte communicante, ce qui laisse passer énormément de bruit venant des voisins. L’insonorisation est insuffisante et cela nuit au confort. Dans l’ensemble, les prestations ne correspondent pas, selon moi, au niveau attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles.

Petite baignoire basse et glissante pour les douches, pas très pratique. Deux lampadaires dans l'allée derrière ne fonctionnent pas et personne ne change les ampoules, pile à un croisement, on ne voit rien ! Maître d'hôtel pas très sympathique, ne souris pas. Pas d'explications sur les plats au restaurant et uniquement des menus avec 3 plats différents. Pas de carte ! Petit déjeuner à éviter absolument. Rien n'est frais, tout est industrielle. Pas assez de places (tables) au bar de la piscine, nous avons dû retourner à notre chambre.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Stayed 5 days on a coach holiday. Lovely place. Has a fabulous swimming pool and 2 minute walk to their private beach, though it's really more of a lagoon. Not sure why other reviews have described it as outdated - it's deliberately built in that style, with rows of rooms like little cottages with very thick walls to keep out the heat, as well as having very effective air con. Rooms have a fridge, but not tea and coffee making. As a group we had a set meal of 4 courses, though they did cater for vegetarians and provided alternatives if someone really didn't like something. Food overall was good and plentiful. Breakfast buffet had everything, including cooked food, and was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Though it didn't matter much to us, it is rather in the middle of nowhere, with no local village etc to walk to, or even a bus very easily.

Non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio... alle 4 di notte Vado alla reception a chiedere spiegazioni e non fanno nulla... Ritorno dopo due volte e riescono la mia compagna e mio figlio a farli andare in un altra stanza.... Io per la disperazione vado a correre... Il giorno dopo chiedo di mettersi una mano sulla coscienza e di farmi un rimborso... Non solo non lo hanno fatto, ma un pranzo e una cena 600 euro scandalosi... Vergogna!!!

Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de son prix. Les équipements de la chambre sont insuffisants : il n’y a ni assiettes, ni verres, ni couverts.

Toen wij kwamen was er een grote groep reizigers, geen bedje vrij, geen stoel of tafeltje. Het bestellen van twee drankjes duurde enorm lang. Er was zelfs één personeelslid die snauwde dat we moesten wachten omdat hij het druk had. De rest van het personeel deed zijn best en waren aardig.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Mooie locatie! Eigen strandje. Goed zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Ontbijt was een buffet, met ruime keus en eten smaakte goed.
De bedden vielen een beetje tegen, harde matrassen je kon de veren soms voelen

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025This remote hotel IS NOT a four star it needs a full renovation, we took 150 photographs of the problems at this hotel. Very limited menu and very expensive. Numerous problems with our bill “overcharged” so ended up paying our bill daily. Massive mole hills all over the gardens, we were told they were caused by wild boars! They have 2 to 3 coach parties each night meaning they got priority over the small bar and dinning room, so we had to go in the horrible marquee that was dark and very old with a miserable head waiter. These coach clients made loud noises when leaving in a morning. The only good thing we could say was the cleaners did a good job but can only do what they could with the horrible dated rooms!!!!!

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Ho vissuto un weekend magico!!! Struttura meravigliosa, una camera vista mare bellissima, ampia, letto comodo e tavolino sul balcone per spegnere i pensieri. HO ADORATO TUTTO. centrale la posizione della struttura. Parcheggio grande e staff gentile.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025The room was a great size for me my husband and two kids, it was clean and very good access to the pool and restaurant just across also. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Some complications on check in but the staff were very happy to help and resolve this quickly. The tennis courts on site looked amazing also, though we didn't manage to make use of them. The pool was beautiful with difference depths in to accommodate smaller kids. Lifeguard on duty also which felt safe. Stunning views around.

Très isolé quand on n’a pas de voiture. Le monsieur qui nous accueille au petit déjeuner n’est pas très aimable, pas souriant, qui nous désigne où s’asseoir !

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Tutto bellissimo ringrazio in particolare il bagnino che è stato gentilissimo con il bambino, ha fatto di tutto per farlo divertire, struttura bella stanza spaziosa, ho trovato tutto il necessario per doccia ecc lo staf gentilissimo, tutto perfetto grazie mille siamo stati davvero da dio 🥹

les chambres sont à refaire la piscine est froide et constamment à l'ombre la plage pas terrible

Manque d information trop de lumière dans le parc salle de bains et WC a l étage il faudrait enlever rideaux de douche payer les serviettes de plage quand on les change

Too much music more annoying than agréable should be put in the description of the hotel as very annoying to us No view …restaurant ridiculously expensive for the menu €124 per couple + pay for cutlery
