Marina Bay City Center

Professionnalisme,gentillesse du personnel,situation géographique…

Tangier is our new favourite destination! Marina Bay Hotel exceeded all expectations. Staff — Anas, Shemya, Imaan, Laila, Sakeena, Mohammed, Nabil, and General Director Amine — were warm, fluent in English, and incredibly kind. We got a lovely sea-view room upgrade for my wife’s birthday, plus free airport transfers accommodated by the hotel staff/management team. Delicious food, brilliant service, and Amine even drove us to the medina! My wife and I checked in as guests we checked out like family. Absolutely perfect — book here, you won’t regret it. Thank you for the unforgettable birthday stay! Never met so many incredible people under one roof. Peace be with you all, thank you for a highly accommodating experience. We will see you again soon.

It is right by the city centre. Everywhere is walkable esp going to Old Medina

Nothing at all. We had a lovely stay. Although during our last night the AC was leaking but the hotel transferred us to a bigger suite.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Marina Bay in Tangier. We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Wafae, the hostess, who was absolutely wonderful. She was very welcoming, kind, professional, and always ready to help. Her warm attitude and attention to detail really made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we stayed only one night, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. Thank you to Wafae and the whole team for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

Staff were very attentive to our requests straight away even upgrading our room on arrival

Nothing

Merci encore!

C’était parfait!

Everything

All great very clean Great manager director

Everything is lovely Clean confortable and breakfast great

Nothing not to like at all

Excellent choice of hotel

All good Great director settings rooms and breakfast, very clean which i like to

Greqt location with great value. Yousef, weaam, and wafaa were great help and very respectful.

I didn’t like that didnt offer vanity care package in the bathroom. Also, i didn’t like that they didn’t provide water every day.

Yousef was great.

The location is good

We reported on our first day that the shower door was leaking, but unfortunately nothing was done to fix the problem. We had to ask Housekeeping to provide extra towels to soak up the water from the bathroom floor. As a result, I have to used the handheld shower hose carefully to avoid getting water on the floor. This has been very inconvenient and is not what we were expected during our stay. Also, hair dryer electric cable lose.

Service en locatie! Perfect

Everyone was so welcoming. We had problems with our intended room and got an upgrade a couple of times because staff were really keen that we feel most comfortable. The hotel also offers premium laundry service. Ms Wafaa, Monsieur Amine, do kind and helpful.

De zeer grote suite met adembenemend uitzicht

Everything - this was an oasis in the heart of the city. Great service, restaurants, cleanliness, view, the bar and tapas were highlight! Loved our stay!

Having to leave

Staff is very helpful and nice!

Rien

The location and the view, just to wake up in the morning and see the view of the marina was exceptional and brought happiness everyday, 3 minutes walk to beach brought extra comfort and relaxation to the whole atmosphere. Plus the staff were very helpful, specially Mr Miloud who helped us to organise our day and arranged a tour guy for us. Thank you

The room was clean, spacious for our family of 5, had aircon, staff was helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was amazing, the pool was excellent.

No parking available but staff helped find parking for our rented car

Emplacement

Location is perfect for a beach holiday and the medina is only a short walk away. Room was large and clean; great shower. Facilities are good with pool and gym and hotel helped arrange taxis for us.

Hotel caters to families as a result corridors and communal areas (pool) were noisy. Breakfast options very wide ranging but somehow lacked options. We stayed in other lovely riads in Morocco for half the price.

Loved how clean the hotel was, amazing facilities available

Le personnel surtout Wafa à l’accueil

Rien

Tutto a breve/brevissima distanza.

Nulla

The property was all round great as it always is..

The big rooms, friendly staff. Great location

The swimming pool not big enough for the many guests.

Rien

Location great. Breakfast great but not ready at 6.30am like they state

Great location, right by the marina. The view from the room was amazing as it overlooked the marina. The staff were all very helpful, especially Mustafa and Salma, who helped us check in, and were very accommodating and were able to upgrade my room. The breakfast was great as it had a vast selection of food, and was well worth the price.

The lifts were a bit small, and one of them broke down during the stay.

Moussa

The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was spotless and well maintained. The reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever needed. A special thank you to Wiam, Chaima, and Salma for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I have nothing to comment on.

Locatie
