Lovely private hotel

Wonderful service, beautiful rooms which were thoughtfully appointed. Fabulous grounds and super salt water pool which was delightful to swim in.

Could not fault anything.

Beautiful property 15 mins walk from Dapia and 5 minutes walk from the old harbour. Intimate boutique feel

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even offer a complimentary port transfer service

Lovely neighborhood above the old port, great EU bakery and store down the street, and short walk to beaches. Nice decor & amenities, pool is great. Breakfast was excellent. Pick up & drop off to harbor is a nice touch.

Our stay at Orloff was absolutely wonderful, the property is so beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, it really felt like an oasis and I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was also delicious!

non ho avuto una buona stanza ,era troppo vicina alla piscina e chiunque passasse poteva vederci all interno . Lo staff era gentilissimo ma non ha potuto come da me richiesto darmi una camera con piu privacy . Gli altri ospiti erano una comitiva francese che utilizzava molto la piscina e forse sarebbe stato più rispettoso metter tutti loro vicini intorno alla piscina e dare camere con piu privacy a noi altri pochi ospiti

Exceptional staff all of them always helping you with your needs ! A paradise , great breakfast , nice rooms and a great massage ! A very dog friendly place .

Sometimes noisy in the morning with doors opening and closing , not ideal for late morning people.

We liked everything! 😊 The property had been on my list of places to stay for some time and it did not disappoint! The staff so friendly and helpful.The breakfasts amazing! 😋 The rooms very comfortable. Quiet location yet easily walkable to the centre of the town. It was so lovely to return from a days sightseeing and dip into the beautiful pool! The pick up and return to the port was very helpful. I without doubt recommend this property and certainly hope to return one day. 🤞

The breakfast was excellent and all the ingredients fresh. The staff made very good coffee to your choice and .combined with the very kind service made out it all outstanding. The area is quiet and close to the beach , a good local bakery and local shops around . The pool is quiet and very pleasant to retreat. I will come back !

Small size of rooms meant that one side of the bed was against the wall. Plastic shower curtains - who has them these days! No water or coffee capsules topped up daily. For the money property was simple and plain.

Such a romantic, lovely place in Spetses. The staff is very helpful, giving good advices. They helped us finding a scooter to rent, telling us which beach to go or avoid. The breakfast is out of charge.

Maybe a little fridge in the room would be a great add, and also 2 water bottles.

The place is amazing - it felt like a paradise oasis.. the staff are so caring and looking after you. The property is designed with a great taste an e attention to detail.and it is a well kept speakeasy type of place…They offer a complimentary breakfast(oh my what a treat) and a transfer from/to the port (this was a great surprise). The beach is only 5 mins walk away. I was with my dog and Cesare loved the place and local cats ;) can’t wait to come back!!!

From the setting to the decor and the food to the staff, our stay at Orloff was impeccable. I can not rate and recommend this place highly enough.

Çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgiliydiler . Çok yardımseverlerdi . a’nın en güzel plajına 7 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde ve eski limana 6 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde, ana limana da 15 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde çok güzel bir konumda . Odalar çok temiz ve modern. Çok memnun kaldık.

Very nice facilities, expansive breakfast, fantastic hosts. Plus there are 2 cats that come and go and provide extra host duties. Shuttle to and from the port.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The setting was peaceful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a lovely time!

Beautiful property and location in Spetses, but the thing that makes it special are the people and amazing team who work there - they are incredible and are always available to help with anything you need to make your stay exceptional.

Excellent location, quiet but also next to the old port! The stuff couldn’t be more polite and helpful!

The service and hospitality was exceptional and all the team went the extra mile to look after us. They are friendly and proud of their Island, gave us great recommendations for our time in Spetses. Renovated beautifully, nice pool, good location, great breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our room was compact and bathroom very small. We booked late for a busy time. Upside it had a lovely balcony with afternoon sunshine.

Alles perfekt: schöne Frühstücksplätze und hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Pool mit komfortablen Liegen, gutes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und ein überragender Service

Die Unterkunft selber ist perfekt. Nur zur Lage sollte einem bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft in Nähe zum alten Hafen liegt, der uns persönlich auch besser gefallen hat als der moderne Hafen. Zum modernen Hafen/Zentrum läuft man ca. 15 Minuten auf dem direkten Weg und der ist nicht so schön. Man kann aber auch am Wasser entlang gehen. Das ist netter, aber etwas länger.

Accueil à l' arrivée du ferry. Personnel très aimable, chambre confortable avec un petit balcon, bon petit déjeuner, piscine certainement agréable en été. Au calme et à 10 minutes du centre ville.

They were super accommodating. We had issues with the weather with ferry being cancelled, but they provided another solution which made it work. So beautiful, accommodating and very beautiful- we would love to come back!

the environment is very much personalized, the guests enjoy a high level of discretion and cozyness at the same time. the staff is very friendly and one feels at home, while enjoying privacy

The rooms could be a bit more traditional, other rooms are and also Orloff in Ydra is more traditional so the more modern, minimal look is not suitable i think

Accueil très aimable. Place de stationnement réservée, suite à notre demande. Des services de qualité (outre les piscines d'eau chaude, nous avons essayé les massages). Restaurant de qualité pour le soir. Buffet du petit-déjeuner varié et excellent.

De uitstekende service, de rust, de kamers…alles!

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie accommodatie met goed kamer / bedden. De ligging is prima. Op 5-10 min lopen van de Oude Haven met gezellige restaurants en op 15 min lopen van de nieuwe haven waar naast leuke restaurants het ook leuk winkelen is. Het dichtbijgelegen strand is op 10-15 min lopen. En als je niet wilt lopen: de verhuurder van E-bikes en scooters zit naast t hotel. Easy dus! Bij een volgend verblijf op Spetses komen we weer.

De stoelen op t balkon. Deze zijn prima maar niet erg comfortabel voor wat langer zitten. Een kussen zou al helpen. Daarnaast wordt t aangeraden om geen drinkwater te drinken op Spetses. Bij aanvang staat er een fles water klaar. Deze wordt echter niet bijgevuld tijdens t verblijf. Gelukkig is de supermarkt om de hoek, dus eenvoudig op te lossen.

The Orloff is a corner of paradise very near the old harbour and 1Km away from the new harbour in a quiet place. Its garden is beautiful full of flowers and trees. I had a pomegranate in front of the entrance to my room. The staff is exceptional. They will always help with a smile. A special thanks to Dimitris the manager for his kindness. He also helped organise my return when there was a ferry strike and everything went so smoothly. Iovina always came up with the best suggestions for beaches and places to dine out. The breakfast is really good. They have a lovely swimming pool that however I didn't use: the beaches on the island are fabulous! The island of Spetses is so beautiful, clean and full of the most fantastic flowers and trees. Even spectacular Palm trees. However staying at the Orloff was an added bonus. Thank you again to all the wonderful friendly staff, and hope to come again soon.

The resort is a 15 min from the center, which means calling taxi drivers or renting a bike if you want to avoid walking each time

Lovely atmosphere and the staff were great. The pool was also delightful. The old olive trees in the yard.

Road noise but that is generally only slow moving scooters.

We had a great stay! The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the whole resort was beautiful with a lovely pool. The real highlight was the staff: their service, helpfulness and genuinely warm attitude truly made the experience special. I’d definitely come back here if I visit Spetses again.

Selten das alles so super gepasst hat. Wir wurden an der Fähre abgeholt. Personal extrem aufmerksam . Da unsere Weiterreise erst spät erfolgte konnten wir bis 14h spontan das Zimmer weiter nutzen . Alles sehr entspannt. Vor der Haustür ist ein Verleiher von Quads bei dem wir für 35€ ein Fahrzeug einen Tag ausleihen konnten. 5 Minuten zum alten Hafen mit Restaurants und 14 zum neuen Teil kein Thema. Jederzeit wieder !

Staying at Orloff Resort was a great experience, I loved our stay there! The resort is exceptionally clean, it’s like a piece of heaven. The breakfast was really good, the staff super friendly and taking care of us. We were planning to stay for 3 nights but eventually we extended by 2 more nights. I really recommend this place!
