Verginia Sharm Resort & Aqua Park

everything was nice. we were checked in earlier and overall felt like the staff tried hard to help. the food was abundant. every other day we were offered barbecue. pools were nice and the hotel trees and flowers were very beautiful to look at

sometimes it felt like rooms could be cleaned better. water in the bathroom spilled all over when the floor when shower was being used. the internet was not very good but they had a solution - portable routers.

The hotel was perfect the staff so so friendly The bar staff, the restaurant staff and the reception speciality Me. Hasan and Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim

Everything was amazing

Torneremo sicuramente. Una menzione particolare per Mohamed, alla reception! Unico ed inimitabile!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely recommend I would genuinely recommend this hotel. I travelled here as a solo female traveller, and from the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed, respected and well looked after. My flight was significantly delayed, so I arrived at the hotel almost at midnight. Despite the late arrival, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even offered me a small snack when I arrived. After such a long and tiring journey, that little gesture meant a lot. Throughout my entire stay, everyone was extremely friendly, respectful and attentive. You can really tell that they care about their guests and want you to have a good experience. The room was great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — coffee, tea, a charger and even a UK-style power socket, as well as European sockets, which was very convenient for me travelling from the UK. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. They were so, so friendly and there were activities happening all the time, including yoga, exercises in the pool and different entertainment throughout the day. They also organised a night out where guests from different hotels could meet and go out together. As a woman travelling alone, I really appreciated this. The entertainment team made sure everyone was looked after, travelled together in vans and brought us safely back to the hotel afterwards. I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. They also had fantastic shows, including belly dancing, which was really enjoyable. And if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, there is also an adults-only pool, away from the music and activities, so you can relax peacefully when you want some quiet time. The waiters and restaurant staff were also excellent. They were constantly attentive, making sure we had what we needed, bringing bottles of water and drinks, clearing and cleaning the tables regularly, and generally making sure everything was comfortable.

There's Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

The all inclusive buffet was excellent, there was variety over the 7 days we were there. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. We had nice towel origamis from the cleaning staff that put a smile on our faces.

There was a lot of music from the pool-side audible from the rooms even with the french doors closed. We enjoyed it though it would have been great to have a quieter room. There were limited number of TV channels.

Çalışanlar her biri gülen yüzlüydü. Yemekler güzeldi. Heryer tertemizdi. Çok memnun kaldık.

the staff is amazing, they are very very helpful and accommodating, the food is good, the hotel is very well designed so that everything is in close proximity to each other. so all the rooms are close to the pool and the restaurant.

The hotel was amazing everything was clean and the hotel staff was professional and respectful I really like it my room and my holiday was amazing 😍

Bellissima struttura molto curata e pulita

Nulla

Consigliato

The staff were very friendly and welcoming..

The phone network/Internet was a bit weak but I'm pretty sure that's not their fault and probably a city network issue

The property is genuinely beautiful the pictures do not do it justice. The place is way more beautiful than that. staff are really nice especially Ahmed Gamal he made me beautiful swans on the bed from towels, immediately fixed an issue with a toilet(genuinely in 1min he got a worker to fix it). The food is nice too and it felt really safe and comfy. Everyone was so nice to us. At the hotel there are good animators that make shows and entertain people during a day.

Consigliato!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, helpful and professional, and the food was excellent. A special mention to Moustafa for his professionalism, kindness and attention throughout our stay. He really made our experience even better. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

Odalar temiz .

Welcoming staff, always smiling and helpful!

Condizioni igieniche precarie. Wi fi non funzionante. Ristorante senza scelta e pessima igiene. Il personale ti toglie piatti e bicchieri mentre stai mangiando. Bar inesistenti. Pulizia delle camere approssimativa. Struttura vecchia e da riammodernare cimpletamente.

It was a very nice stay but only 1 night, would definitely recommend. Hesham & Fawzi were very kind.

The wifi was a bit slow but very nice overall.

Struttura fantastica e personale super accogliente!

Tutto bello

Staff are friendly

The food quality in the buffet was really bad. The reception area has no air conditioning
