Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Mi è piaciuta la posizione all'uscita dell'autostrada, il parcheggio ampio e dotato di una colonnina di ricarica gratuita per auto elettrica (più due posizioni Tesla sempre vuote). Peccato che, non essendoci controllo da parte del personale, le auto si piazzavano in ricarica anche oltre il tempo necessario alla ricarica, impedendo ad altri di ricaricare. Prima colazione decente.
Non mi è piaciuto in generale lo stato di manutenzione della struttura, ormai molto datata, ma che necessiterebbe di notevoli rifacimenti per mantenere un livello da 4 stelle. Ad esempio la porta della nostra camera aveva una serratura difettosa e difficile da chiudere senza sbattere la porta, questo ha causato la caduta di un pezzo di architrave di legno. Quando siamo tornati dalla colazione, senza alcun avviso, degli operai ci stavano lavorando, c'era una scala davanti la porta di accesso alla camera ed abbiamo dovuto scavalcare i calcinacci per entrare in camera. Anche l'ascensore emette sinistri rumori e preoccupanti cigolii durante la salita/discesa. In generale i controlli del personale sono quasi inesistenti.

Das WC im Zimmer 115 ist kaum zu nutzen. Völlige Fehlkonstruktion. Eingepfärcht in das Ecke der Bad. Selbst mit 1,70m kann man auf dem WC nicht sitzen und seine Notdurft verrichten. Steckdosen sind Mangelware im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist bestenfalls mittelmäßig. Preis-Leistung: Preis 4*-Niveau. Leistung max 2*. Schade.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Close to the autoroute and adjacent to a good Italian pizza restaurant. Good breakfast and good sized rooms. The suite rooms are very spacious. We only used the hotel as a stopover between long journeys. We didn’t travel into Parma city so cannot comment about location to the city.
Surprised that on arrival the restaurant was closed, including the bar, and it was only 20:00.

Das Personal war beim Frühstück war nicht zuvorkommend. Es hatte diverse Stechmücken im Zimmer. Im Lift war es ca 40 Grad und man hatte Angst er bleibt stecken.

Stanza singola con problematica dello scarico molto rumoroso, problema risolto ricevendo la possibilità di pernottare in un altra camera. Camera tripla con spazi minimi.

Camera con ragnatele, bagno schiuma non ricaricato, avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale ma ci hanno dato 2 singoli e li hanno uniti con la spiacevole sensazione che si dividessero prima o poi, partecipavamo a un evento con 100 persone e hanno tenuto il bar chiuso, neanche l’acqua, abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera ce lo concedevano se pagavamo un surplus
